This company cleaned a living room, dinning room and hall way.  They were 15 minutes late.  They left several stains.  I called them back, and again they were late.  They recleaned the spotted areas, the areas did not get cleaned to the point where they were insignificant.  I then cleaned the spotted areas with spot remover (aerolsol, which I purchased for this problem).  After two applications, the spots were essentially gone.  Granted, the carpet is a light color, but if the company had been diligent in cleaning the areas that were spotted, then I would not have had to redo them myself.

I text messaged Randy Groves to come for an estimate.
He came promptly and explained cost .
We scheduled a time and he came to cleaned areas above.

Their initial work was cleaning the upholstery of 3 large overstuffed chairs. This was done well. In the process their cleaning hoses left soil on the carpet. When later notified of the marks, they promptly returned and went the extra mile in cleaning the hallways and stairway carpeting. We were very pleased with their deep cleaning equipment which we had not ever experienced in cleaning by any other company.

Groves was very responsive and professional.  They were on time and did a great job.  I am very satisfied and will us them again. I even received a 10% discount for being finding them through Angie's List.

Randy the owner called me the night before.Heasked if he arriving at 10:30 as to 10:00 would be a problem.  I responded "not at all" and low in behold he was right on time.    It was exactly 10:30 when he knocked on the door to start the job.
I would say this is a number 1 company in everything they do.Everything went extremely well.   An awesome job and very professional in keeping me informed of all procedures they were doing.

I trust him with anything, and I would leave him alone in the home. He does a phenomenal job, and I have never had a complaint. He always says if I were to have a complaint, he would come back and re-do the job. I would never use anyone else.

He schedules you and shows up on time. He does his own vacuuming. He protects all the furniture and walls. He does a great after treatment and just does a great job. He is also good at getting stains out.

After experiencing a flood in our basement due to a broken pipe we needed a contractor for both mop up and carpet cleaning.  Grove's recommended another company for the water mop up as they were not equipped to handle our situation. When it came time to clean the carpets they did an excellent job.  We especially liked their use of corner guards to protect the walls from hose damage.  Overall they were honest,punctual, and did their work well.

Everything was completely professional from the first phone call to departure.  The appointment was easy to make for my convenience.  Randy and Andrew couldn't have done anything better.  My carpets look fabulous and I shall only use this service in the future.

The owner, Randy, came with his nephew Andrew.  They were right on time and set to work immediately.   They moved furniture, thoroughly vacuumed my carpet, treated the cat urine spots by flooding with an enzyme solution, cleaned the rest of the carpet and then used the truck-mounted extractor to pull the soiled liquid out.  They did a phenomenal job!  The carpet has never looked this good and the urine smell is gone.  I thought I was going to have to re-carpet my house, it smelled like the tiger's cage at the zoo before they came.  I couldn't be more pleased.  I waited a week to write this report because sometimes after the shampoo smell wears off the urine smell returns, but not this time.  My cat has not re-soiled since the carpet was cleaned, which may mean that she can't smell it anymore either.  I will definitely use Groves Family Carpet Care again and have already recommended them to friends and family.  They are professional and polite and the price was very reasonable.

They were very pleasant and professional. First they vacumed the couch and then sprayed and worked in the cleaner. Then they vacumed up the excess moisture and had a big fan to speed up drying time. My couch was a lot of work and it came out looking great.

We were not happy with how the carpets held up after they left. The price was right though. They were very professional, all I am upset about is the end results a few months later.

They were extremely professional, and they put up cones in the house so their hose did not scuff up our walls which I really appreciated. 

The owner was very professional and presentable.  He called about 30 min. before his scheduled time and asked if he could come early.  He and his nephew took over and did a great job with cleaning my house.  They had excellent equipment to assist with their cleaning.  The price that they quote me at was very reasonable.

They are really nice people and they did a really good job. We didn’t think he would be able to get one chair clean and he was able to. It looks good. The price was very fair and he was responsive. We would call them back again without question.

Last night I broke a bottle of olive oil in the kitchen. Some got onto our dining room carpet. I sopped it up as best I could, but there was still a 6" area yellow with oil. I called Graves this morning, and they said they could stop by this afternoon and that it should only cost me around $30 (!!). I was thrilled. They came over and in about 20 minutes got the oil all out, cleaned a few extra unrelated spots near the oil spill, and charged me $30. Randy (the owner) had his son with him training him. They were both professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier. I then asked him to give me an estimate for cleaning the whole house. It was very reasonable. I plan on hiring them for that too.

Our carpet had not been cleaned professionally since it's installation 12 years ago(it was in the house when we bought it). We always rented from Home Depot, etc. We have two dogs and 4 inside cats. These carpets were badly stained and smelled of animals. Everything we tried to remove the stains only made them worse. I found this company on Angie's list and couldn't be more pleased. When I called Randy I told him I had a carpet cleaning challenge. Boy, did he and his assistant meet it! When I first talked to him about what kind of carpets we had, he was kind enough to tell me this carpet being white and also berber was a difficult one to clean. Said he could not promise perfect results. Well, he did better than anyone expected. He took the time to prepare and work on stains, etc. It's not perfect but that isn't his fault. To us it looks brand new! There are a few resulting stains but they are barely noticeable. Of course the animals (dogs & cats) are banned from the house but they are not suffering. They have igloo's (dog/cat houses) and big fully beds on our covered decks. Thank you Randy! You are the best!

I came to know of them through Angie?s List. They are a small family business. My neighbor also uses them. My experience with them was great. They had given me their card. I would hire them again.

Randy arrived exactly when he said he would as usual and went right to work measuring and figuring an estimate. I've never worked with anybody so honest. If there is furniture we don't intend to have him clean under, he measures it and carefully removes that amount of square feet from his total. The upholstery price is per foot and the stairs are charged per stair. Everything was vacuumed and then cleaned very thoroughly. He used guards to assure that his hoses would not harm or mark the corners of our walls. His equipment is modern and well maintained. He parked his van (equipment is truck mounted) on the street instead of in the driveway with the exhaust venting into the house as some others have done. He's great with the dogs and takes care to not let them out. He left a bottle of spot cleaner, and gave us a repeat customer discount. Ever since we found Randy on Angies List he has been our regular carpet cleaner - we really do appreciate him and heartily recommend him.

Randy Groves has been to our home every 4 months for the last 2 years. He does a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. We have 3 cats, who are all indoor cats, and during his service, he was very careful about not letting them out. He pretreats the carpets, cleans them, and then uses some type of grooming tool to lift the carpet fibers so that the carpeting looks like new. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everybody.
