Description of Work: Sanding and refinishing/staining of fifty year old wood floors in a 900sq ft home. The floors had some water and pet damage and a lot of wear, but after Alex's team finished they look brand new. He gave us great suggestions for which finish to select, and the workmanship is excellent.

+ -1 moreGlobus LLC did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood flooring. Alex clearly communicated the process and timing for us prior to the job starting. We removed all furniture and baseboards prior to their mobilization because we wanted a clean line under the base and around the trim (this step was more important because we were adding a dark stain). We had to vacate the home due to the fumes, so we were especially concerned with the duration of the work. We did not experience any delays and we were back into our home after 1 week. They also refinished our fir stair treads and landing. Everything looks great and we receive compliments daily.
Description of Work: Hardwood Floor Refinish - Sand, Stain, and Seal all hardwood flooring throughout our first floor.
