They were super easy to work with, their crew came in and started to work immediately, and tore out the old floor covering in the living room, hallway, kitchen, and laundry, and laid the new flooring all in 8 hours.

Before I order a sandwich, I research the sandwich. I look at reviews about the ingredients. I check to make sure the restaurant is up to snuff with their health inspections. Then and only then will I order the sandwich. With this kind of personality do you think I would go all "willy-nilly" and just pick any flooring company--well, do you? The answer is a resounding NO! When the chance came to get new flooring in my home I had already been researching types of flooring--I wanted Luxury Vinyl Planking, my color selections--I wanted a medium gray, and it needed to be as waterproof as LVP can be. So I invited Spenser from FCI into my home to show me his wears. I fell madly in love with the first LVP he showed me. A lovely Shaw flooring with beveled edges, so it looked more like real hardwood. The LVP is just perfect. Then he helped me select a sheet vinyl for the kitchen and bathrooms. I have kids and dogs, and I am vastly outnumbered, so I must pick my battles. Where liquids go in bathrooms and kitchens is a battle I am ill prepared to win. So sheet vinyl in the "danger" rooms it is. The sheet vinyl is lovely. My feet keep telling me I should have done this sooner. My eyes are telling me I picked so well for my affinities. My nose is telling me it is about time I got rid of that stinky ol' carpet. The installation process was amazing. I love Floor Coverings International Vancouver. I would send my family and friends to Spenser and the crew over there without hesitation. I was well taken care of---you will be as well.

I canâ t say enough great things about this company. We were moving into our new home that we had just purchased when we realized that the carpet was beyond disgusting. We hadnâ t noticed it before because they had big area rugs. We had to sleep downstairs in the living room because we could not even go upstairs it was so gross. We met with Tyler the day after we moved in. He presented a lot of options. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were originally scheduled for the following Saturday for install but lucky for us somebody canceled. Our install was scheduled for Wednesday which was just five days after our quote . The installers did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and super nice. We are so happy with the entire process. The carpet is gorgeous. No need to look any further than this company.

They replaced our carpet on 9/12/20 and did an excellent job from when they came to our house with lots of samples, to the quote to the installation. My wife is bedridden and they helped move her bed around throughout the process with compassion and speed. We really appreciated that so much.

The product is great, the crew was skilled, efficient, polite, and personable. This project was interwoven with other deliveries/installations, and the rep worked with me to make everything happen efficiently, however, there was an instance where I would have appreciated better communication about the scheduling of the floor installation. Other than that, the whole process was a joy, and I highly recommend this company.

Tyler has been amazing. Patient with indecision and helpful for budgeting. His crew got our upper floor done in half a day. It looks gorgeous. Now we are just waiting to finish the rest of the house.
