Very efficient, professional. We might have done more price/bid comparison but we had many projects underway and Scott w/ FCI made the selection, install easy for the upper floor of home--full service (even furn moving support). Great customer focus with whole team: sales-delivery-install-owner. Only lesson has to do with the product--with suggestion that 'imperfect' boards (there are always some in a manufactured run!) NOT be installed. Would use them again for our main floor.

Scott was fabulous as were the installers and installation. They did a super job and I couldn't be happier. I would certainly look for contractors for other services through you all.

Overall, a very good experience. There is one room in the back of the house where it appears the carpet was cut short. Instead of recutting or stretching the carpet, the carpet layers actually laid the carpet short. It is about 1/2 in from the wall-quite a noticeable gap. I would recommend Floor coverings Intl, but I would also recommend inspecting their work prior to letting them go.
