NEVER, EVER, EVER, USE THIS COMPANY FOR HARDWOOD FLOORS! JUST BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AND MANAGE THE JOB YOURSELF BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL DO AFTER PAYING THEM!!! BEWARE OF THE ENSUING NIGHTMARE: My hardwood flooring job was assured by Monica to be completed in 5 days. After 11 days of work, and managing the project myself, because Tiffany wasn't able to do it herself, 5 months later I finally received my last vent. I was told completion of a 1200sqft project would be 3 days, 5 tops, that FCI would use an "in-house" crew, and the project would be managed on-site by one of their employees. They were the highest bid I received but since they were going to do everything i needed, I agreed. I booked tickets for my wife and daughter for a week away so we could do the project. Tiffany called me, begging me to help her out, to see if i could be flexible on demolition day, bumping it from the Monday my wife is gone to the Friday before. I agree, thinking it would bump the timeframe up. Two twenty-somethings show up, tear my house apart, kind of clean up, and only take half the mess with them because they need to leave room in the van for another project's clean-up they need to pick up. I clean up the rest, because I have a 1&3 year old who I don't want eating the nails, and then get a call from the "contractor?" they hired to the job to see if he can come on Sunday... Anyway....long story short, he tells me he will be here at 8-830 for the next 5 days, shows up at 10:30-11, works until 8ish. WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD IN THE HOUSE. I need the job finished on time, I'm trying to be nice, staying out as late as i can with my son, while paying for my wife and daughter to be gone. Yada, yada, yada, Friday comes, 8 days after my 5 day job started, we've seen Tiffany, our "project manager", twice. My floors need two more days for install, baseboards need another "day or so". They were rushed, have 1/4" gaps all over the place and FCI said "thats just how base boards are". I could lose a spoon in some of the gaps. After five months fighting with Tiffany for my vent, with her telling me about all the favors she did me, including re-installing my bathroom that I paid for, finally, the owner made it happen. None of my vents were in a week after they finally finished my 3-5 day job in 11 days. I got most of them 2 weeks later. I got my last vent in December for my July job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HARDWOOD FLOORS!

My salesman, Joe re-calculated my job 3X to be able to meet my budget. We had options for a Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C

We loved the people we worked with at Floor Covering International. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. The work was great, we only had some minor issues with the actual product being shipped broken but they were quick to replace it and finish up the job. Our floors are beautiful!

The installers were on time, worked without a break, and did a beautiful job. They had to move my furniture and took great care in doing so. I'd be happy to hire them again, and will if and when I need more flooring work done. Just outstanding. (I think the price of carpet today is extremely high, but again, that has nothing to do with the installation, and the quote was in line with others I got.) Exceptional work by Jeff and Josh.

I had to put a rate of 1/2 star in order to move to the next question, however, I would not rate this company at all, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. The "designer" clearly had 0 design experience, the installers did not know how to install wood floor, the carpet fitters installed the wrong carpet and the owner of the company attempted to get out of giving us our money back by telling us "it is supposed to look like that". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.

Had a small problem with the installer but it was quickly fixed by the supervisor.

Although the installers arrived much later than expected, the entire job was completed by 6:30 pm that same day. The quality of their work was very satisfactory.

Everyone was very accommodating courteous prompt and knowledgeable. Theylayed my kitchen floor several years ago and this job was as well done as the last. Thanks Derek, Juan, and Sam for a great job. Betty N

Went with company because of Zach's down to Earth, easy going, honest demeanor. He was super quick responding after request placed. The installers are why you should go with this company. They are excellent! Alex is a work horse! He is a hard worker and maticulous to do his very best work. Vadeem rounded out the team with his gentle spirit. He got a long well with my kids and I appreciated that. They went above and beyond in that they noticed some of my furniture was getting wet outside and they took it upon themselves to move it in for me. They seemed SO concerned because my husband wasn't going to be home for hours. I love my carpet!PERFECT

At first I was not happy with the carpet, wondering if it was what I chose. It's growing on me. I'm so-so with it now. I question one thing about the installation, and have reported it, but so far, no action. Two phone calls and ?

I am twice as pleased as I ever hoped to be. I have a funky old, little home that had lots of flooring weirdness. Now it's so beautiful, I don't want to put the furniture back in the house! From the minute we met Zach, no other business compared to his top-notch customer service and attention to detail. He really listened to our needs and came through with super carpet for our house and vinyl for our bathrooms. The products came within a week, installed in 1.5 days and we had two different visits after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied as they inspected to make sure the job was to their satisfaction (and ours). Their prices are competitive and they were very easy to work with. The installers take pride in their work and are happy to help make your home a better place to relax. Excellent and personal service - everything was completed on time, with great quality and attention to detail. Worked with Zach and Andrew from FCI, and the installer was Michael. We've chosen them again for addtional work in our home. Very highly recommended.

They were prompt and courteous - had a nice variety of carpet samples for me to view - installation included moving all my furniture. The carptet is beautiful and the installation was very well done.
