These guys are GREAT! Beautiful work, amazing how fast they were without sacrificing quality. Cleaned up after their work, timely, polite and professional. Couldn't have asked for better. Our floors are beautiful!

The installer did not have enough product to complete the project and ended up using a different color tile in my closet. He did not have enough baseboard to complete the project correctly and he ended up piecing together the baseboard in front of my front door with about 6 little pieces he put together of left over baseboard. He did not caulk. The edges of some of the tile dont meet the baseboards.

Tyler, the project manager was exemplary throughout the entire project - the installers were very professional and Knowledgeable - some Anomalies came up but they were handled immediately. Would definitely hire them again, and you would be making a great decision by hiring them as well.

Floor Coverings was a nice company to work with and I would consider hiring again. Love the flooring. My biggest complaint that is not that bad was the installers were slow getting it in. they did a lot of running back and forth from two different areas they were working on and appeared that maybe one of the two was having issues or not sure (Just my thought). After all work was done it did and does look good. We are happy with the results.

New carpet looks great!

We were delighted with the carpeting we had installed in our spare room. Eden came out during the hottest days (we hadn't had air installed yet), and took the time to make sure we were happy with the type of carpet, and the color choice. They tore out the damaged carpet, and waited a day for us to paint the under floor with Kilz, then installed the next day. I am very happy that I chose the memory foam padding, being on my feet as I spend time quilting is not hard on me at all. Thank you, Eden and Jordan! We hope to use them again for replacing previous carpeting in other rooms.

Eden and Jordan did an excellent job in meeting my needs for putting in a new laminate bathroom floor. From the beginning to the end of project, they were on top of it. The installer did an amazing job too!!! They even came back days later, just to check on the floor and made sure I was satisfied with it.

This company is the greatest! They were reliable, efficient, and professional. The work was top quality. I love my new floors. The floor person was very knowledgeable about laying flooring. The person I worked with setting up the job was professional knowledgeable, and listened carefully to everything I wanted. She then made it happen. I will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend this superb company.

Did not complete the project. The tiles were not completely attached/glued to the floor. They are squeaking each time when someone steps on them. Their employee, Logan Nelson, came back for the evaluation and then, I never heard from him again. Paid $1,000 extra to expedite installation and now have to do it myself.

Nancy and Toby were very gracious and helpful every step of the way! If there was ever an issue, it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Nancy and Toby were very good at customer service and provided good value. They were available to answer questions and patient each time we changed our minds on the tile. The only issue we had was regarding a language problem with the people doing the work. It was at times difficult to communicate with them but in the end we are satisfied. We had a few questions on how portions of the project would be handled and each time through discussion we were able to resolve them. I have another project I am looking at and will consider Floor Coverings International for it.

When I wasn't happy with my new kitchen/dining room floor, they went out of their way and paid for out of their own pockets for an upgrade vinyl plank floor, to make me happy! Couldn't ask for more! Thanks Toby and John.
