Never keeps us supplied with water. Always have to call to remind them that we've run out of water. We'll be looking to find a different water option soon. Seems like they are just not interested in doing business.

January and February was a major battle. I actually thought they went out of business because I could not get a hold of them. Once I didn't get a hold of someone, they did offer me a refund.

We will see if they show to pick up their bottles and equipment

I signed up for this account via COSTCO. For 2 weeks I've been trying to Call Sierra Springs to change our delivery address to a new location. I've waited on hold for over 20 minutes and have finally given up. I can call in saying I'm a new customer and it only takes about 30 seconds to get a person on the phone but they won't help. Today during my call, I asked to woman to give me a supervisor (I move in less than 5 days!) and she rudely told me I'd have to wait on hold like the rest of the existing customers to receive help. SHE was in NEW SALES and couldn't assist me. I was so angry I told her to cancel my service. She told me I had to call back on the customer service line. UNBELIEVABLE poor service.

Delivered two machines (one leaked from faucet and then second one leaked underneath unit) that leaked water onto my laminate floors and damaged them. No return service or follow up call. Still have damaged floors and broken machine sitting in my house six weeks later!!!

I have my own cooler, they just drop off the water. The experience is pretty benign. They just drop water off. I put an empty bottle out and they replace whatever you want and if you want an extra plastic water bottle, you just let them know. It's not very exciting. It's not very interactive but that's what you want. They come every two weeks and they replace the empties.

They're a good company to work with. They're very prompt and they come out every two weeks, to our door.
