I thought it was excellent. I have no complaints at all, they worked long hours to get the job done. I spoke with the owner and his workmen were very nice people that weren't loud! They do work throughout several housing communities in the area.

Creekside Contracting did such a superb job on both the interior and exterior of our house, we just contracted with them to return for additional interior walls. The owner, Nick Springer, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. It's evident he takes pride in his work, and actually enjoys what he does. Additionally, his crew was prompt in adhering to their set schedules, completed the work extremely quickly, and were meticulous about details. The end result was a newly-painted house that makes us smile as we approach the exterior, and we delight in admiring our cheery, flawlessly-painted walls. We look forward to this next job Creekside Contracting will complete, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Creekside Contracting, LLC is still in the midst of painting our home as this is being written, but we are so impressed by the level of skill and dedication, that we had to extol their praises before the job is concluded. The owner, Nick Springer, has demonstrated great pride in the quality of his work, a contagious enthusiasm for color and the emotional lift various hues provide, and patience in working with the customer to find just the right fit. Additionally, he has gone above and beyond to accommodate our schedules, and his crew is reliable, talented, and dedicated to superior craftsmanship. It went really well. The owner spent time with me to discuss what I wanted to do, gave me some hints and tips on color and showed me some photo examples of other homes they painted. Took time to do the estimate and didn't rush the appointment with me. Very professional. I needed some repair work on an area of the front of the house, and was given a reference to a firm who does siding. That went well, too. They did great work. Once the day for painting started, they came with a full crew and got to work. It took a good 10 hours to paint the house. No plants were damaged, and there was no overspray or drips, etc . . There were a few spots that needed fixing and they came back the next day to finish. Overall I was very pleased and will use them again.

Last year Creekside did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. So when I needed my guest bathroom painted I once again called the owner of Creekside, Nick Springer. He showed up for his appointment right on time. I was not quite sure of the color I wanted. He made some excellent suggestions as to colors he felt would look good. I was so thankful for his genuine kindness and enthusiasm. My entire experience was very pleasant. I am looking forward to having more rooms painted by Creekside. I will definitely continue to refer Creekside to my friends and family with full confidence they too will like the finished work.

They paid attention to all the details and didn't quit until we were happy.

Overall they did a good job except for the doors that never dried. They used the wrong primer and had to redo that part before they painted the doors. They are redoing the doors next spring. The lead painter was very nice and listened to me when I told him my expectations. I liked him and the rest of the crew that worked very hard and did a nice job. Update: In late June Nick the owner showed up with a factory representative to take samples from my doors. I had asked in mid spring when they planned on getting to my doors and he came out to look at them and I showed him that the doors had huge areas where I could peel of big strips of the paint and that is when Sherwin Williams became involved. We both waited forever and finally in Mid August Nick had his crew start taking the old paint off. It was determined (according to Nick the owner) by Sherwin Williams that the primer was bad. They finally stripped the doors and re-did them with another paint (Resilient). WHile all of this was going on I washed my back decks that were painted by Creekside and the paint started coming off so they had to redo those too with a stronger product. I am glad it is all over and I have to admit that Nick really backs his work. It was a big hassle for me but the work got done without any added cost on my part. I downgraded them to a B because of the length of time it took them to finally be done with my project. The communication also was vague at times with me being told they would be out the next week but then I didn't hear from them. I was very flexible for them. We had a disagreement over how many coatings should be done one the deck redo. I thought that both decks should be redone twice but was told the one only needed one coat. At that point I was done. I also wasn't happy that one of his workers ruined some of my deck boards During the pressure washing too get as much of the old product off. There are now deep grooves and lots of ridges on the deck off of my bedroom. They repainted them but I have had a few people comment how bad my deck looks even in the repaint.

I chose another contractor.

We were in the middle of a remodel project right at a peak time for contractors. Nick was able to get us squeezed in as he knew we wanted the painting done prior to us moving in. The crew worked long hours and did a great job.

I did not receive a call back on my request for an estimate until 2 weeks after my original call. The person calling was very nice but I don't think a customer should have to wait that long for a call back

Creekside's crew showed before 08:00 and strated patching and masking off the house. By noon they had started painting - continuing until almost 7:30 P.M. They returned the next morning to finish painting the trim, pull away the masking and perform paint touch up. The crew was very professional. Once the job was completed at 11:00 a.m. of the second day, the crew's lead did a walk around with me to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. In fact he found a couple of spots on the front gutter that had been missed and took care of it right away. We are extremely happy with Creekside, they did an outstanding job. The house looks great.

We were very happy about their service. They had a large team that came out to get the job done before the high heat came the next day.

I was dreading painting the exterior of my house. I had never done this before and had heard so many horror stories. Thanks to Nick, owner of Creekside my whole experience was extremely positive. Nick is very professional, thorough, a great listener and definitely has an eye for detail. He went above and beyond what I had expected. His crew did an excellent job. They worked hard to finish my house in one day. I have had many compliments from my neighbors on the new appearance of my house. I would and have highly recommended Nick and his crew. I would certainly use them again in the future. Thanks again Nick for making my experience a great one. Job well done!!

Never could get a call back.

Called Creekside. Nick came out and was very friendly and professional. Gave me a quote right then and there. The crew Did a great Job, quick but not hurried.

Nick is friendly on the phone. Scheduling the review of work to be done and receiving the resulting bid was relatively hassle-free, although there was some excuse-making along the way that was less than professional. Nick made helpful suggestions about the paint scheme we chose. The interior painting was done in a day in March by Danny, a very nice young man who paints for Nick. Overall, we were pleased enough with the work Danny did to request that he do the exterior, which was done in May when the weather was better. Danny and his helpers spray-painted the exterior in a day and a half, and we are pleased with the appearance of the house, although I had to ask Danny to re-do a few small areas that I felt were not up to standard. Nick is very competitive in price, but be sure you're comparing apples with apples when you get painting bids. I discovered after-the-fact that I was assuming that Nick was quoting me for two coats of paint, but my assumption was incorrect. He does one heavy coat of paint. The coverage appears to be good, but at least one of the competitive quotes I received was from a contractor who applies two coats, which would explain why his quote was quite a little more than Nick's. When the painters left, they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and I discovered after they had gone that they had planted a Creekside Painting sign in our front yard. I called Nick and asked him to come get it, and he informed me that I had signed a contract saying that his sign would be up at our place for 90 days after completion of the job. That was news to me, and he told me to look at the bottom of the contract, where he had cryptically scribbled in something with the word "sign" in it, and said that he "always" includes that in any contract he draws up. I am honoring the "contract" and the sign is still up in front of our home. I also thought it was kind of petty that he requested that I pay him an additional $8.15 at the completion of the job to pay for the tax increase that had taken place between the time I signed the contract and the time the job was completed. So I wrote him an additional check for $8.15. So, since we're basically happy with the end result, I would consider hiring Creekside again in the future. But I can't say that this is my "go-to" company for painting.

We chose their services becuase of their Angie's List ratings.They did a good job. They were thorough. We had a couple spots we wanted to have repainted and they were happy to come back to repaint them. There was even one coat we weren't sure that we liked the gloss and they offered to come back and repaint it for free. They were very accomodating and cleaned up very well. They had really good people on the job and the owner was very involved with the interest of the work. They did a top notch job and we are 100% satisified with their services.

.We were very happy with the work that they did. They were very friendly and professional. The price was a little higher than others, but it was worth it to us. I would recommend them to my family and friends. We will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the quality of work; they kept their appointments and commitments. Three young men worked on it and I was very impressed with the respect they showed towards me and my house. They were nice, quiet, clean and seemed to get along among themselves. There was no loud music or bad language and I will use them again in the future.

I used Creekside to paint my house. It was definitely ready as the house is 10 years old and this was the first repaint. Nick and his crew exceeded all of my expectations - which were pretty high given the reports I read on Angie's List when researching painters. From the initial quote process through completion Nick and his crews were prompt, professional, and did high quality work. At the end of each day the work area was cleaned up, and any equipment left on the premises was secure, organized, and not in my way. Creekside did a great job, despite some challenges that were not in their control. My house has steep and tall roofing - 12/12 (45 deg) pitch, and ~40' above the ground at the peak. This was not a problem for Creekside, but it was for other bidders. Weather delayed work a couple of times, once due to rain, and the other due to high winds. I was thankful and impressed that the safety of the crew was not compromised for schedule. Finally, my wife and I had trouble with the color on the cedar shakes, located on the tallest sides of the house. The shakes were weathered, but we wanted to try to salvage the "natural color" of the wood. We did not like the semi-transparent finish we chose first, so we chose a solid color that we thought would give us close to the "natural color" effect. WRONG! The crew was about halfway through the second color when I got home from work, and as soon as I saw it I knew it would need a different color. They were polite and professional in stopping the work for a day and a half while we made our final color selection. Nick was very fair in the amount charged for these "do overs". I have already recommended Creekside to a neighbor who is planning to have his home painted next spring.

Nick showed up promptly to view the home and give me a bid. He was incredibly helpful. Realizing that this is my son's first house purchase and his repair budget is limited Nick worked hard to contain costs wherever he could. He provided me with a slew of helpful hints on what to do and what not to do with rental property. Nick kept in contact with me at all times so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. The outside work was done in just two days inspite of trying to work around cold and rainy conditions. The outside looks 100% better. The interior ceilings are popcorn ceilings and much more difficult to paint so something I didn't want to tackle. Nick gave me an estimate to do those and was able to get them done in one day. Again, the difference in the house is phenomenal. Looks like a totally different place. I would definately recommend Creekside Painting.

I liked everything about them. They were prompt and on time. They did a good job and everything was cleaned up.

Spoke with Nick over the phone regarding a quote. After going over a few of the details, Nick realized I lived in an area of older homes which he had done work in the past but said he didn't even want to quote my job since there was a good chance of lead paint and I wanted some sanding done. He was honest in his reasoning and said if I got it tested and there was no lead he would quote it. He said he would have another guy call me about doing the job but I never heard from him. After getting the results back that there was no lead, I ended up just doing the job myself.

They have done really good work in a lot of houses in our neighborhood so we knew that they had a good reputation. They offered to power wash our house and caulk it ahead of time so that we would be protected during the winter even though we weren't going to do the painting until spring. We thought that it was very flexible of them to do it that way. They were very careful and we did not have any problems with them. There weren't any damages or anything which was very consistent with what the other people in the neighborhood had told us about them. We would absolutely use them again in the future.
