I referred to Angie's list when looking for a contractor to paint my house. Creekside stood out, so I added them to my contact list. Creekside was wonderful. He was timely, polite, and helpful. They helped my choose the perfect color. Creekside employees showed up when I was told that they would, finished when expected. Couldn't have asked for a better process or result.

Nick Springer came out to give me a price quote which I thought was very reasonable. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He explained what colors would be longest lasting and helped me pick out the perfect green!! When his crew came to paint, they were very polite and through. I have recommended Creekside to friends and family since.

Nick Springer was great to work with. He was friendly, retuned all my calls promptly and provided an estimate very quickly. Nick was great at communicating and letting me know his schedule, and when he expected to work on our house. We were open as to when our house was to be painted. Nick was also a great consultant, providing tips on colors and siding maintenance. As far as the team who actually did the painting, they did an excellent job. They did a great job in taping off windows, doors and lights, no overspray, no damage to shrubs and bushes around the house, and great clean up.

Received phone call from Nick, who explained that his email had been down the week I'd tried to reach him, and because of heavy scheduling and the holiday, wasn't able to get back to me when his receptionist thought he could. He apologized for the miscommunication, and wanted me to know that it's not the way he runs his business. I appreciated his call, and came away with a much better impression than my previous report indicated.

Excellent service. Easy to keep in contact. Arrived as scheduled. Meticulous masking. Finished the job in just a little over a day, very efficient and thorough. Courteous crew. Honored requests to protect new plants. Covered all mature plants. Cleaned up their debris and equipment thoroughly. Double checked work at end of job. Would use their service again.

Owner Nick Springer was very good to work with. He was prompt in providing an estimate, and his crew finished the painting earlier than expected. He also returned as promised to paint the trim on a new window installed after the initial painting. He used high quality paint and recommended colors that matched what I had in mind.

They did excellent work, gave great personal attention, and had good customer relations.

THE WORK WAS DONE THE DAY AFTER THE ESTIMATE. THE CREW ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE BECAUSE THEY HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING THE HOUSE, BUT COMPLETED THE JOB IN ABOUT 8 HOURS. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH, POLITE AND CAREFUL OF OUR THINGS, AS THEY HAD TO WORK AROUND OUR FULLY FURNISHED HOUSE TO GET THE WORK DONE. THE COST WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER BIDS WE HAD. THEY AND NICK MADE THE JOB A PLEASURE. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PAINTING NEEDS.

CREEKSIDE, AND NICK DID A FABULOUS JOB WITH PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. NICK WAS EASY TO WORK WITH, VERY NICE, AND PERSONABLE. HIS STAFF WAS NICE WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS. OUR HOUSE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL NOW.

I PHONED TO GET A BID AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OWNER WOULD LIKE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS WHEN WE HAD THE TIME. NICK WAS ABLE TO COME TO OUR HOME WITHIN 2 DAYS TO GIVE US THE BID WHICH WAS WITHIN REASON OF OTHERS WE HAD GOTTEN. I WAS FEARFUL THAT DUE TO HIS BUSINESS WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUR HOUSE PAINTED BEFORE THE RAIN HIT BUT WE DID. THE CREW WAS VERY COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED HARD THE WHOLE TIME THEY WERE HERE. OUR HOME IS APPROX 2100 SQ FT AND IT WAS FOR THE MOST PART FINISHED IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. BEFORE THEY FINISHED WE DID A WALK AROUND AND I NOTED A COUPLE AREAS THAT NEEDED TOUCH UPS. MOST WERE DONE ON THE SPOT AND ONE WOULD NEED TO BE DONE THE NEXT DAY. NO ONE WOULD BE HOME SO I WONDERED IF IT WOULD GET DONE AND WHEN I GOT HOME THE NEXT DAY ALL WAS COMPLETED. I WAS MOST PLEASED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE, EVEN DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAILS. THEY DEFINITELY WANTED TO BE SURE WE WERE 110% SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK... THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AS WELL. EXCELLENT CLEAN UP JOB AND THE HOUSE LOOKS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS.
