CHECKMATE CARPET CLEANING

Description of Work: Owner of Checkmate forgot about appt., I called to see if he was coming and he ended up getting here a few hours late. Cleaned carpeting in den, hallway, stairs and 4 bedrooms, 2 rugs and some furniture (2 couches, 3 LR chairs, 4 kitchen chairs. The whole process took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours and although the quality was good, the cost was astronomical, particularly in relation to the cost per hour and the skills needed to do the job. The owner is a slick talker and tries to convince you how great he is and that he charges so much because it's such a tough physical job and he's so much better than the rest. I found none of these points to be accurate. I fault myself for agreeing to have him do the work once he gave me an outrageous quote -- but I needed to have the work done and he was quite the fast talker. I would never use Checkmate again. Although the quality was good, it was definitely NOT worth the cost.

Description of Work: They do not come out to the Welches area.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets through out the house and power vacuumed furniture. They showed up on time, and did a great job. They didn't try to up sell alot of extras. Explained options and then let me decide. The carpets and everything looked great and dried quickly!!! It has been several months now since the service and the carpets still look great!!

Description of Work: Pablo the technician arrived on time and was friendly. He did a great job on cleaning my carpets and did carpet patching where stains were impossible to come out. He made it look almost like it had never been patched. I would strongly recommend their services.

Description of Work: spotted and steam cleaned exposed parts of living-dining room, hall and 3 bedrooms

Description of Work: Cleaned our carpets twice, including stain removal. Also came to clean carpet area and treated for vomit.
