Aspen Pest Control

I have been using them for about three years.

We have a quarterly service with them. the technician took about 45 minutes to complete the work.

We are doing an annual thing with them where they come out quarterly. Their punctuality has been great. It's just one guy who comes and it takes less than an hour. The next round they came out and we weren't home, but they call and let us know their coming.

We are happy with them. Takes them a very short time to complete the work. They leave my very area clean. We have a dog and they notify us when they arrived so that we can make sure the dog is in they are very conscientious about that.

They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Very nice to deal with.

I use Aspen for quarterly pest control services. A few weeks after my last treatment the weather warmed and the ants arrived. I called aspen and set an appointment for a two hour window the next day. The morning of my appointment something came up at my kids school I needed to attend that landed right in the tail end of my service window. I called aspen right away and told them what time I needed to leave. They assured me they could work with my new time restrictions rather then reschedule. The technician called me 15 min prior to the start of my service window to let me know he was heading my way. He arrived right on time. He was clean and dressed professionally in his uniform, and made sure to wear booties every time he came inside. He communicated with me to understand exactly what, and the locations of my concerns where. He explained what he was going to do and what I could expect from the treatments over the next week. He not only treated the areas of concern but gave me a second complete treatment of my house both inside and out in the yard. (I opted not to have work done inside with my previous regularly scheduled service).

They are a great company! I've never had any problems. If I ever have a question, they are very fast to respond. They are even nice enough to make extra trips out to my house when I have a specific issue (wasps love my deck), without charging anything extra. Their service really works, I haven't had any bug issues since I hired them!!

Worker was very efficient, thorough and friendly. Will return, shortly, if problems persist.

Awesome I began using Aspen a few years ago and have been extremely satisfied and well cared for as a customer. Have never had a conversation regarding quarterly events or on any subject that wasn't handle with professionalism and by great folks! Need pest control, you'll be very happy if you go with Aspen!

We signed up for a quarterly contract. They are very good. We got a call today to remind us tomorrow is our day.

Overall very well. The reason for the B rating is that some of the treatment employees did more than others. We are still using them but it's hit or miss on the employees. The great news is that we are not seeing any carpenter ants! Note: The price listed is for a quarterly treatment service.

They are very responsive and we have had no pest problems since we engaged them for regular maintenance.

Aspen Pest control has always provided wonderful service. They call ahead of time to let me know when they are going to be providing service to my house. The person that comes to the house will stop and ask if there is a specific area that needs extra attention, and they are always very careful about closing the gates and leaving things as they found them. I have not had any "pest" issues since I started using their service, and I know that the products they are using are pet friendly. If I have to call them about something they are always very helpful and have provided good information and advice even if they do not provide the service that I am asking about. They are very prompt in returning a call if I have to leave a message. They are a local company, so I always talk to somebody that knows this area well, not somebody in a call center that is reading off a script.

They worked with us and came back as promised and at no additional charge to spray and place additional traps when the initial spray did not knock out the nests. Because this will be an ongoing issue not just with ants but also spiders, we have contracted with them for quarterly spraying. Everyone at Aspen Pest is professional, friendly and efficient.

They are always great and professional. When you need them to come out in between it is always fast.

They did okay. Price was great. We signed a contract with them and they're coming back. They were more reasonable than other people that we had called. They offered a discount to senior citizens.

It was really good, we like them a lot! We have a contract with them, so they come every quarter. They are not pushy, which I appreciate, because other companies have come to my door trying to get me to drop my contract with Aspen, to go with them. Those other companies have been very pushy! I think Aspen is really, genuinely nice! If there is ever a problem between services, like we have had ants before, I have seen a spider or two, (normally I don’t see spiders in the house when the treated), but they will come back for no charge for that treatment. They do good quality. I am wondering what other services they might offer, as far as snake removal or things like that, because we have snakes in our backyard. So, I don’t know what other services they might provide, that I am not aware of. They always get back to me. I am often not here when they show up, unless it is an indoor treatment. So, indoor treatments they have always been punctual, the outside treatments they can come while I am not home and they leave an invoice on my front door. I would sign another contract with them and I have told other people about them.

It is okay so far. The best part is they do close and lock the gates so the dogs can't get out. I don't have a worst part yet. They were very good.

So far, it's good. I think they were thorough. They took the time to explain what they were going to do. It was good.

They were great. They do quarterly for me. I had been inundated with sugar ants for many years. I had been trying to do it myself and do all that kind of stuff. My son had them out for him and he told me me about them. So I called them and they came out and it didn't take them long, they got rid of the sugar ants. So I'm keeping them on. They're going to come back next year and start on stuff. Those sugar ants are a pain and I get very, very upset. They not only do that, they go around the house and they check for bees and wasp nests and other things like that. They take care of the house. So, as far as I'm concerned, they're worth their weight in gold. The people that come out are knowledgeable and they know what they're doing. You have to be completely satisfied with their service. That's a good price. They even say if you have a problem after they've been there they will come back. They call beforehand to let me know they're coming. Everything is so so good. They call and say, "We've got you scheduled for such and such." So I'm here and that's fantastic.
