Professional, friendly, trustworthy, and extremely responsive! We have been with Aspen Pest Control for 3 years. Daron, my service man, always shows up with a clean professional appearance, lets me know he's there and asks if I have any areas of concern. After every treatment he lets me know he's finished and takes the time to explain exactly what he did, and what he observed during his treatment. I have never had a problem getting a hold of the office. They call before every visit to let you know they're coming, if I don't want or need treatment inside I don't even need to be home. They bill correctly and on time every month. This spring we had a sugar ant infestation they came out right away, treated and took the time to explain exactly what to expect. These extra treatments are no charge. The owner, Joseph, is very personable, and friendly. He takes the reputation of his company very seriously and will make sure that his customers are treated properly. The products they use are safe and won't harm my small children or dog. I can't recommend Aspen Pest Control highly enough!

Overall very well. The reason for the B rating is that some of the treatment employees did more than others. We are still using them but it's hit or miss on the employees. The great news is that we are not seeing any carpenter ants! Note: The price listed is for a quarterly treatment service.

It worked out fine. So far, it seems to be working. The price is for each quarter, based on coming out for a full year. Otherwise, it would be higher. I asked them to do some special stuff and they did it without question and without additional charge. I just continue with this program. It's pest control. It's all they do. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the job they do.

We're very happy with them, excellent service. We're still using them. They come out quarterly. I have been using them for a couple of years. Their price is competitive. I would tell others that they are very professional, they come out on a schedule but if we call them with a problem they come out immediately. For example we found some mouse droppings under the sink and they came right out when we called them to take care of it. They went all around the house and found where the, a little hole where the mouse/mice were coming in. The other thing I would tell a perspective customer is that they are very careful to close the gates when they go into the back yard so that your pet, so that my dog does not get out. They're very conscientious. The workers were very professional. We get an email that they are coming the next day. When they come to the house they ring the doorbell to let us know they're there and ask if we need anything sprayed inside with their safe spray they use. Then they go about spraying outside, front and back, including the fences. Then they ask if you want them to let you know when they're leaving or not. They always check in when they come to the property. They were great at finding how a mouse got in the house. They went all the way around and found a little hole where they were coming in. They found some wasps nest in the backyard fence and got rid of them also. I'm very impressed and that's why I keep using them. They're very good.

We are happy with them. Takes them a very short time to complete the work. They leave my very area clean. We have a dog and they notify us when they arrived so that we can make sure the dog is in they are very conscientious about that.

We are doing an annual thing with them where they come out quarterly. Their punctuality has been great. It's just one guy who comes and it takes less than an hour. The next round they came out and we weren't home, but they call and let us know their coming.

I use Aspen for quarterly pest control services. A few weeks after my last treatment the weather warmed and the ants arrived. I called aspen and set an appointment for a two hour window the next day. The morning of my appointment something came up at my kids school I needed to attend that landed right in the tail end of my service window. I called aspen right away and told them what time I needed to leave. They assured me they could work with my new time restrictions rather then reschedule. The technician called me 15 min prior to the start of my service window to let me know he was heading my way. He arrived right on time. He was clean and dressed professionally in his uniform, and made sure to wear booties every time he came inside. He communicated with me to understand exactly what, and the locations of my concerns where. He explained what he was going to do and what I could expect from the treatments over the next week. He not only treated the areas of concern but gave me a second complete treatment of my house both inside and out in the yard. (I opted not to have work done inside with my previous regularly scheduled service).

They are a great company! I've never had any problems. If I ever have a question, they are very fast to respond. They are even nice enough to make extra trips out to my house when I have a specific issue (wasps love my deck), without charging anything extra. Their service really works, I haven't had any bug issues since I hired them!!

Aspen Pest control has always provided wonderful service. They call ahead of time to let me know when they are going to be providing service to my house. The person that comes to the house will stop and ask if there is a specific area that needs extra attention, and they are always very careful about closing the gates and leaving things as they found them. I have not had any "pest" issues since I started using their service, and I know that the products they are using are pet friendly. If I have to call them about something they are always very helpful and have provided good information and advice even if they do not provide the service that I am asking about. They are very prompt in returning a call if I have to leave a message. They are a local company, so I always talk to somebody that knows this area well, not somebody in a call center that is reading off a script.

They worked with us and came back as promised and at no additional charge to spray and place additional traps when the initial spray did not knock out the nests. Because this will be an ongoing issue not just with ants but also spiders, we have contracted with them for quarterly spraying. Everyone at Aspen Pest is professional, friendly and efficient.
