Everything went well, and they did a good job.

The workers were friendly and polite, but one of them spent too much time in the kitchen which prevented him from addressing other areas in the house. Another issue was that I had to provide my own window cleaning solution and other supplies to them.

They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was pleased with the service.

It went well. The workers arrived on time, were professional, and did a good job. They did damage a duct, but they repaired it immediately. They also installed the electronic air filters backwards, and they were shorting out. However, we fixed it ourselves with relative ease, and we believe that Aegis would have corrected it too if the error had brought to their attention.

They were perfectly competent, and they were nice. I am completely satisfied with the work.

This was an Angie's list promo. The only issue I had was getting the company to call me back when I had to re-schedule, but that was because they were swamped by the number of calls they got from their ad. The 2 gals who came got a lot done - and done well- in a short period of time. They had everything they needed with them to do the cleaning and were very pleasant, asking me if there were other things that needed to be done when they finished my list. My bathroom showers look great! I would certainly use them again.

I originally called Aegis Cleaning Services to schedule the cleaning but my calls went to voicemail several times, so I sent them an email saying if I had to be there I wanted to schedule early because I needed to go to work. Kristin the owner call me back several days later but they were so busy, I had to schedule out a month to get a 9 am start time. Kristin said it would be good if I were there because she usually likes to come on the first visit so she can do a walk-through the house and give an estimate for future cleanings. Then today, when they didn't show up I called at 9:10 am and got voicemail. I then called again at 9:20 am and finally reached Kristin who changed her story completely. First she said they were going to be there between 9:00 am and 10:am, which was the first I ever heard of it. I was highly surprised since I made it clear in writing and on the phone and in scheduling that I needed to get to work. Then, after I told her to forget it and cancel the cleaning, she left a message that she doesn't come out to inspect homes that her crew does it. I would say this business is flaky. Poor phone system that usually goes to voicemail, poor availability, no follow up -- this could of all been avoided if she called a day ahead to confirm and discuss arrangements, and just plain poor communication. I would say, if you can't take pride in the way you run your business and keep track of what you tell people a month ahead, and then have to back pedal by changing your story, then No thanks!

It didn't when the business failed to respond.

I have tried 5 times to contact this company and their voice mail is full. I'm just trying to get a deal done, but had to receive a refund of my money.

It was a couple hours worth of cleaning for the whole house. They did a good job, I wish it was a little bit deeper clean. I've never used a house cleaning service before so I didn't have anything to compare it to, but it was good. I think I'm going to try some other providers.

They did very good job. I will probably call them back next year.

Always on time, and efficient, really good products. We found them online, met with them, very personal and upbeat. Great Service. Anyone would enjoy them.

I am soo happy to look out of my sparkling clean windows today!! Family is coming to visit and I just didn't have time to do all of my windows, especially the second story ones in my entryway. I wasn't sure how I was going to reach them anyway. I decided to call Aegis since I had a good experience with them last month, and ask about pricing. When Jeff returned my call, I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was so I scheduled an appointment right away. Jeff's crew was on time, got to work right away, worked efficiently, did a great job and left no mess behind them. They even did the screens which I was surprised about. Thank you!! I will certainly be calling Aegis again in the future!

Jim was an extremely hard worker and punctual. Our roof took a lot of cleaning over several days due to weather conditions. We hired this company to keep my husband off the roof ( we didn't need another fall). Jim pressure washed the roof and at the conclusion, washed our windows. What we would have done differently would have been to cover landscaping and inspect work on roof. There's a lot of debrie on the roof that came down on plant material below which my husband and I cleaned up. (Jim cleaned sidewalk around house, and the parking pad.) We hired a roofer following the cleaning. As it turned out he could not apply sealant to some areas of the roof due to "excessive mud left behind". My husband had to brave the roof, clean the areas and apply the sealant himself. Also, when the detached garage roof was cleaned dirt was aprayed onto a couple of windows of the house that had just been cleaned. Not a problem for us to clean the windows as opposed to asking Aegis to return. Bottom line, we will hire this company again due to their work ethic but will be more prepared for what our responsibilities will be, e.g. check roof after cleaning, have landscaping covered, and check cleanliness of windows in differing light. We recommended this company to a neighbor who learned from our errors and appears to be happy with the work that was done.

I was so happy with the service that I received from Aegis for my air ducts that I immediately hired them to come help me with my spring cleaning. Their prices are reasonable enough that it made it a no brainer to get some help with my regular house chores so that I could focus on other projects around the house. Jeff sent over Kristin who was on time, friendly and did a very thorough job...I'm looking forward to her coming back in two weeks. Makes my life that much easier and reduces my stress. My husband and I felt it was due time to get our air ducts cleaned before the summer heat hits us and the air conditioning begins to run. A friend referred us to Aegis and I'm so happy they did! Jeff and his crew were on time, professional, friendly, did the job in the time promised and the price was great for the amount of work done! I will now feel much more confident about the quality of air that we breathe this summer. I would recommend this company highly to my friends and family. Thank you Jeff!

These guys (Jim and Cesar) busted it the entire time - I mean they were sweating the whole time they were here. Jeff was in charge of orchestrating and the bid - and he kept things running efficiently and right on time. It was a big job and they were VERY conscientious. I was not aware of what kind of technology was out there for removing water stains and years of Portland funk; they were also able to remove some serious over spray from having the house painted. My Mother came by while they were working, saw the job they were doing on the windows (I had 46) and when I told her the price they list for inside and out cleaning - she is now going to have them come over and work on her house. THANKS GUYS!

Kristin and her team are great. Very friendly and left the house in great shape. We have her come to clean the whole house every two weeks, and she's reliable and does a great job every time.

Arrived on time, friendly, went right to work and left no mess. They also gave me a one hour window for arrival time, not the 3-4 hour window other services give you. A real plus in my books.

They did not do a great job. They removed moss off of part of the roof. They didn't clean up after themselves as well as I would expect, or as I have had done in the past. The price was descent. But there was a lot of debris left over. The job could have been done again a month later basically. He showed up when he was supposed to.
