They were overall pretty good. They had some trouble getting the actual windows out. There were two guys that didn't have the eye for dirt that I have.I felt like I had to put pressure on them to get the tracks clean. Overall I was about 90% satisfied.

I had two yound women clean my (un-air-conditioned) three story condo, during the last heat spell. Fortunately, I was the first job of the day for them, so it was not too hot in here. They arrived early, carried all of their equipment up and down the two flights of stairs, and even finished early. They were very pleasant and professional. I've only used two other cleaning services in my lifetime, but they were by far the best.

Came promptly to perform services. Very professional and explained every step along the way. Completed all vent duct cleaning and then maintenance of my furnance. Would definitely call them again.

2 ladies came on time, both pleasant. I went over the list I prepared (at owner's request) and showed them the specific areas in the master bathroom that needed deep cleaning. The offer was for 2 hours; however, they did not stay more than 70 minutes. I did NOT go back into the bathroom to look (which I should have). When I did, later in day, I discovered the very areas I had specified had not been cleaned. The furniture had not been vacuumed either. I waited awhile but finally called owner. She told me she received several complaints from others in my area regarding these two employees and she offered me another full cleaning for free. I accepted and these two employees came out on time, and did a great job. So, the first time I would rate the company as an "F". However, the second time I would rate the company as a "A". So, my rating wound up being a "C" overall. I did have them out one other time and they did an adequate job so I would use them again and rate them high.

They came out and cleaned my house...not quite to the quality I am used to. The ladies that came out were very nice, though. I was satisfied overall, but didn't do quite as much work as I had hoped for in the 4 hours.

I had a negative experience with this company. This company would not return any of my messages and I couldn't get them to do the work.

I purchased the deal in early August and they could not fit me in their schedule until mid-September. They additionally recommended me to wait until spring time to have work done for the appropriate season. I expected them to be able to service my home in 1 or 2 weeks, not over a month.

Rick and Nick arrived on time and presented me with Aegis business card. They removed their shoes and made an assessment on number of windows and informed me ahead of time that they may need an additional 30 minutes and quoted me addl cost. The windows look perfect, they were very much in need of cleaning. Very polite, pleasant young men. They even let my dog in and out as needed. :) Thanks so much, it is so refreshing to have such professional service. Will definitely use them again.

We realized that nobody would be home so we called to reschedule. My husband called to confirm and the woman said that there would be a $75 fee to reschedule. We were never told about this. We decided to go with the appointment anyway, but she refused and said that we would owe her $75 for cancelling.

Angie's List had a special on them; it was one person for four hours or two people for two hours, and I picked up on that. There were a couple of things I found afterwards that I wasn't happy with. I had asked them to vacuum the furniture because we had animals, and I noticed that one chair wasn't even touched. Another thing was that they were supposed to move things and do the dusting, but I found a spot that they had missed. They seemed to have an idea of what they were going to do when they came in, and they got it done right on time. They didn't go over the time because they would have had to charge me if they went over a little bit. They are running another special for eight weeks with two people for two hours; that will include eight sessions of cleaning every other week. I am thinking of taking advantage of it, and they are coming in later to work on that, though I think that their pricing is a little bit high. When I called them, the first person I talked to was wonderful. He told me that two people would be coming out to clean my house, but those weren’t the two people who actually came. He also told me that there was going to be a company car, but they didn't have a company car. There were a couple of things that I was looking for to verify their employment, but they didn't have them, although they did have some papers with them. I am giving them a second chance with this special that they are running, just to see how they do.

The overall service was very good. The workers arrived as scheduled and began working immediately after a short conversation. Their was very efficient and thorough. The only thing they did not do was mop. They did vacuum all areas and clean all counters, tubs, sinks, etc. the bathrooms, kitchen

1. Person who made the appointment put it in the wrong place; we had to reschedule because crew didn't know to come here the 1st time.2. Crew was over an hour late. "traffic"3. Work was well done, but superficial and plenty of dusty areas missed. Good enough if the missed areas are dealt with on a return visit, which, however, we have not yet arranged. We don't expect them to see/do everything on an initial visit.4. "Green" chemicals worked well and didn't smell bad.5. Staff was adequately skilled and extremely friendly and pleasant. 6. We would use them again, but they don't rate an "A"

They were really very good. They were very professional and very timely. They were responsive to my particular needs. They were very pleasant young women that came.

I was really happy with the reasonable price, how quickly they were able to schedule me in, and the outcome of both services was better than I had expected. The fact that they use green cleaning products that are safe for my family and pet was a HUGE bonus! I will most definitely be using Aegis again for my future needs!

I bought a coupon through Angie's List. I had no trouble scheduling the appointment. The two ladies who came were very professional and did a wonderful job. they even called me on my cell phone to see if they could come early! I will definitely schedule them again.

The house cleaners arrived and were friendly. I told them my priorities were having the bathrooms cleaned and the floors swept and cleaned, but that I needed the entire house cleaned and would pay for however long that took. I left the two cleaners and when I returned after four hours of cleaning, the main floor of my house was still dirty. I have a two story house with 3 bdrms and 2 1/2 baths, so I was surprised to see that only the upstairs bdrms and baths had been cleaned. The house was picked up for them when they arrived. I went into a room to get my children ready to go out and within 10 minutes, they had packed up and said they were done. I did a quick walk through and found some dirty spots on the floor which they mopped, but let them leave because I was running late for an appointment. When I took a closer look later, I saw the following: 1. Bathroom floors were dirty 2. Outside of toilets and toilet bases were not cleaned. 3. Stainless steel refrigerator has streaks all over it like a wet sponge was wiped on it. ?It looked worse than before they came. 4. Kitchen counters were still dirty / never wiped down 5. Entire areas of the main floor (hardwood floor) were not swept 6. ?Main floor was not mopped. 7. ?The children's play tables were not cleaned. I contacted the company that evening with this list and told then I had spent my night cleaning the house after paying their company. I received a response 3 days later saying the cleaners could come back and clean the areas they missed in the next week. I am not having them back in my house because, a) it seems strange to have someone just clean half your house and b) I'm puzzled what they could have been doing in my house for 5 hours and don't trust them to come back. I don't use house cleaners often, but have occasionally in the past and my house has always been spotless after I return and usually in 4 - 4 1/2 hours. I was told their usual rate is $40/hour. I would highly recommend using another company for your cleaning, especially for the price. You should not have to clean your house after spending so much money on housecleaning.

Kristin was helpful and responded right away when I was clear about our cleaning needs. The girls that came to clean did a great job - were quick and efficient. After our good experience I left a message to arrange a regular service on a day the office was closed and got a call back within an hour from Kristin who was not only away from the office but was on vacation! I appreciated the attention and I have scheduled them to do regular cleaning for us.

Staff was mostly young and didn't seem to be cleaning long. Company seemed overwhelmed with trying to fill coupon offers.

Love Aegis! I had them clean our house today and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I used a special Angie's List coupon for this service and had a terrific experience - they got many customers this way and I think were overwhelmed scheduling all the appointments, but they did a terrific job - so thorough and went above and beyond to correct some structural problems with my vents - I was thrilled!!!

When I called Kristin to schedule our cleaning, I immediately was put at ease! We had not used cleaners before and I was nervous about having people at our home while we were at work. I knew Kristin's people would be trustworthy and do a nice job after speaking with her on the phone. My husband came home to two people working on the house who were professional. The only reason we rated them lower on quailty was that one toilet bowl was not cleaned thoroughly, but everything else was just fine. However the floors were done well and all dog hair was gone, which was wonderful. Overall, we were pleased to have a clean house and that only green products were used. Thanks!

I took advantage of their Living Social offer for 4 hours of house cleaning. The team arrived on-time and introduced themselves. We did a walk-through, they went to get their supplies and began their work. They were very detailed and thorough. As I did my walk-through when they were finished, I was very pleased with the results. One of the main reasons I took advantage of their offer is they use safe, green cleaners - and they work. I called the office and scheduled them on a regular basis. I definitely recommend this company.

They started by cleaning out the furnace and then all ducting was vacuumed with a brush.We have a couple of air exchange type vents that are not actually return vents to the furnace but apparently just go between floors. These were also cleaned at no additional charge. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Using the Angie's coupon made it a great deal! We did have to vacuum a bit after, but there wasn't much left over and wasn't a big deal.

They did a good job, and they didn't leave a mess.
