They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and I was pleased with their work. I would hire them again in the future.

To be truthful I was disappointed when I received a call from this company that their truck broke down on the way to my home to clean my windows. However, I do believe this was a legitimate reason since after this incident they have been here two other times as promised and the crew was very professional and well groomed. Even though I only had them cleaning the outside of our windows it was necessary for them to come into my home to reach the windows on our second story deck. When they did enter the house, they took off their shoes without having to be asked. There was a crew of 3 the first time they arrived to complete the 4 hours of window cleaning I purchased on Angies List Big Deal. This meant they were only here for 1 hr and 20 min total. (4 man hours). We have many windows and also our deck is surrounded by glass panels. I was not surprised that they ran out of time before being able to completely do the job. Since I was impressed with the job they had done as agreed upon on the Big Deal I asked them to come back and finish. The second time Nick came by himself and finished in an hour. I would ask for Nick again in the future.

After a few mishaps in scheduling and there GPS mis-directing them the crew got here in plenty of time to wash all the windows inside and out. They do not use harsh chemicals as I would not have allowed it in my home. They cleared the windows and screens with precise timing and were finished well before the 4 hours were up. They even did the bathroom mirrors. And they were respectful of my space which is very important to me and mine. The windows are clear and clean once again and as I have Cathedral ceilings and tall windows in the front of the house that is a boon to me. I will use them again for the next round of window cleaning in the spring and perhaps vent cleaning as well. The first scheduling their van broke down and wouldn't start so we can blame that on mechanical issues. The second scheduled time the driver wasn't familiar with my area and let the GPS send him all over the place. I did give specific directions on the scheduling. Perhaps they will listen to the people who live in the area over a GPS in the future.

We were scheduled to have them come out and clean the windows at a certain time. That time went by and never heard anything while waiting around and we had everything ready to go, things pulled out from windows, etc. I called a couple of time and received their voicemail. Finally, I was informed that the previous job had taken twice as long but no one bothered to call and inform me of this. I found out by calling a few times and leaving messages. They did show up with one extra person so they could get it done fast. With three people they were able to get it done but one of the things that was super important to me was the window tracts. They did an okay job with that. Had to ask a few times to redo but overall they were really nice guys and I'm glad I finally have clean windows! It was a very good price!! However, I do feel their communications could have been better as we sat around all day waiting for them to show up. We were scheduled for 10am and they showed up at 4:30pm.

Aegis did a great job cleaning all our windows, some of which are in high, awkward spots on the 2nd floor. They were so much faster and better than I could have been. Next time I'll skip the part where I pretend that I'll eventually get around to it myself and I'll just have these pros come in and nail it again.

Two guys that showed up were professional, fast and efficient.

The guys were very respectful to me and my home. They even called to make sure it was okay if they got there early. They did a fabulous job and had time to clean all my window sills too! My only regret is I didn't have them come last year too!!!!

Everything went well. We were scheduled pleasantly and quickly; the team arrived promptly; they were careful and thorough. I hired Aegis back to clean out my gutters and downspouts and had equally good service. (They did, however, misestimate the scope of services for that visit and I ended up buying new gutter screens. That was okay, but a surprise that I would rather have planned for.) In general, this is a great service-oriented company and I would hire them again.

Explainediately Sorry, but I have already done that in my prior comments. To repeat - I thought the two men (employees) were professional both in the way they treated me but also the way the job was done. Also the follow-up phone call impressed me.

I purchased a Air Duct cleaning deal thru Angie's List from Aegis Cleaning Service. The lady from the office called ahead to let me know the men who would be doing the air duct cleaning were going to be a few minutes early. Which I appreciated very much. Once they arrived they checked out the air ducts to be cleaned and went right to taking care of business. I am very pleased with their work - I found them to be efficient, professional, and courteous. All in all a very good experience. My heater filter was really dirty - one of the men went to 2 stores trying to find a new filter but unfortunately they didn't have it. So they cleaned the filter really good and gave me a couple of suggestions where I might be able to purchase a new one. In talking to them I found out they do a lot more than air duct and furnace cleaning. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They showed up on time and got right to work over all they were in and out in a timely fashion very very pleased with my carpets when they were finished :) :) :)

Arrived in the time window they said they would. Went right to work and did exactly what they stated they would do when purchased online. In order to get a some of the air ducts they had to move some furniture and they put it back exactly where it had been. We were very satisfied with the work performed.

The crew was super nice and very professional. They were fast, careful and thorough. The only tiny things that weren't perfect were that they left a couple of the storms loose/off, which I will have to tighten/replace, and they probably could have got the sills a little cleaner in between the window and storm window. Those are small details however, which I didn't notice before the crew left. Overall they did a great job and I would be happy to use them again. The best part is how amazingly, sparkling clean the glass is, you can't even tell there's glass there any more and there is SO much more light in my house. Makes me very happy.

Don't know if this company would have done a good job cleaning windows or not, as they never actually showed up to do the work. Work was originally scheduled for 9/19/2012 with arrival between 1 and 2 pm. They called shortly before 2 to cancel, stating that their van had broken down. I called them back that afternoon after rearranging my calendar to reschedule. No answer all afternoon. I left a message asking them to call back. They did not call back that day or the next. I finally reached them the following afternoon and rescheduled with them for the following week, 9/28/12, again with arrival between 1 and 2. They called at 1:30 to say they were going to be late. I asked how late, they said they weren't sure, maybe between 3 and 4. They called at 3:50 to cancel again. When I told them this was unacceptable they asked what I wanted them to do. I said I wanted them to come do the two hours of work I had paid for that afternoon so I wouldn't have to take yet more time off of work. They told me that was impossible. That was pretty much the end of the conversation with them. Not even an apology for canceling a second time. Very disappointing and my first negative experience with an Angie's List Big Deal provider company.

They are a green company, which I really like, and they did good job.

It went very well overall. They were professional and courteous.

They were on time and friendly and brought their own coffee into the house. I wished they would've worked a little more quickly becuase I feel that they could've accomplished more.

The girls were on time and so sweet. When I came home, I couldn;t believe they had found a way to still vaccuum my very messy front room. They pushed stuff a side and made everything beautiful. They dusted everything! There's nothing like coming home to a beautiful home and you didn't have to do it!!!

My wife found the add on Angie's List and had been wanting our windows washed, last time was two years ago, we're getting a little older and just didn't want to do it anymore, really. She ordered the service which was a month out, understandable at that price that many people would most likely want it too. The day they said they would show up we hadn't heard a word so my wife contacted Angie's List to see if they were still in business. Typically we get a call at least the week of. Well, they showed up exactly when they scheduled it, got to work instantly and did a fantastic job all around. Nick and Rick were very polite and professional. They washed our third story windows in the back which really suprised me! I figured they'd have to skip them at that height but they just put to ladder on the sill, climbed up and started washing. Wow!! We are delighted we now have a crystal clear view once again! The back of the house is wrapped with windows because of a view. Yes, we will use them again next year, even if they don't have a sale, but it would be nice if they did!

Appointment was easy to schedule, the crew of two men arrived right on time. Very friendly and personable. Did very thorough work. One of my cold air returns in above the entry, and they called to have a ladder brought over to they could get in an clean it too. Good experience. Would recommend them.

Not well. When i booked the appointment I was asked to make a list of priorities. I also asked many questions about what type of cleaning they would do ... Floors, windows etc. The two women arrived promptly as scheduled. I reviewed my priorities with them. I wanted to have them do more in depth cleaning with my priorities being bathrooms,window ledges, refrigerator, baseboards, etc. since I'm able to keep up with floors and dusting. They seemed to have a set routine and used that rather than my priority list. One woman seemed more experienced and a hard worker. The other I watched dust with only sliding a cloth around objects, not picking them up and dusting the complete service. The bathrooms were well done but several of the jobs on my list were left undone. I would use another service next time One the same day I had 2 men from the same service come to do inside windows. Once again, there seemed to be one very experienced man who seemed to be teaching the other man the job. An excellent job was done and I would use their services again.

Required a follow-up call to be scheduled, and even though it was a special deal, I saw cheaper service elsewhere. Couldn't say whether the cheaper service would have been lower quality but this seemed to go pretty easily. Don't remember the exact cost. Don't want to misquote so I left that section blank.

I knew when they were at the door and I knew when they left, the work was disappointing.

left rooms uncleaned, left rugs in a pile, did not vacuum areas.
