Their equipment was damaged so they had to reschedule the job but they were able to come before winter where is more demand on our system. They were professional in their approach. I found it curious that they were out of the Portland area yet we are in Springfield.

It went very well. They were on time. Professional. And very nice.

They were prompt to set an appointment and arrived on time. They did a great job, were friendly and professional.

It was excellent all the way through. I liked that they didn't charge me extra to take a look at the gutters. They did leave a couple of empty packages of lights outside but overall they did a good job.

I was very happy with the gutter cleaning itself - the gentleman was prompt, professional and thorough. Scheduling was very difficult. They did not answer three emails asking to schedule the cleaning online rather than on the phone. When I did call, I got the answering machine (even during their stated business hours) and I left messages. Their message did say that they had an unusually high call volume because of their special deal and coupons. Unfortunately, I am difficult to reach by phone (which is why I tried to schedule via email) and was not able to answer the phone when the return call came. This went on for some time - finally I spent a day sitting next to the phone and left several messages... finally I got a call and booked the cleaning. I was very happy with the service and communication after the booking process.

They did a good job, arrived on time, worked hard, asked questions about how we wanted them to spend their time, and left probably a little late but refused to bill us for the extra time they worked. We would definitely use them again.

I called to make the appointment and they started asking questions of what I would like to have done. During the conversation, I noticed the extra charges on the deal. They were pleasant but the over charges were unacceptable.

After I purchased the service from Angie's big deals they called within 2 days to make an appointment. We had trouble connecting but were able to find a day that worked for both of us. They arrived on time and performed the work as contracted. The deal was for only 12 vents so I needed to pay for the extra vents and exchanges and I added on the dryer vent. While they were here they showed me how to clean my furnance filters and helped move my daughters bed back. The two gentlemen were friendly and knowledgable. The business is currently located in Vancouver but they are trying to start a business in Seattle. They were clean and put everything back in place. After receiving the service I looked up frequency of air duct cleaning and recommend you review that information before having the work done. The short answer is there are very FEW reasons for having it done.

It went very well. They were scheduled to show up between 9 and 10am, and when they weren't there by 10, the office manager called me to say they'd be there in 45 minutes. I really appreciated that they called. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and the ducts are now clean for the first time in who knows how many years!

They showed up on-time. They were clean, polite and answered my questions. Upon my request, they checked my drier duct while they were here. They said it would be an extra charge if they needed to clean it, I agreed. But, they came back later and said that it looked good and there was no need to do it at this time. So, it was very nice to feel like they weren't just trying to run up the bill on me. I would use them again.

It was a good experience. An associate from their company came out on a very rainy day and did a thorough job of cleaning our gutters. I appreciate that he cleaned up after his work, and took the time to speak with me about possible repairs and additions to the system. I will be calling this company again in the future.

Would recommend FULL TRANSPARENCY in advertising (4 hours for $70 is really 2 hours with 2 people working -- which is fine, but still, not 4 hours). Only complaint is when I sent an email recently for follow up work there was absolutely no response. Never heard from them.

The company finally called back after the first chap who came told me they would need to attachan anchor on the roof to tether the gutter cleaner for safety purposes. After several days I received a call back from the company and we set a new meeting date after I agreed to pay $175 more than the $119 paid through Angies List. The second man came, went up on the roof, but rather than attaching an anchor just did the gutter cleaning saying that he did not need a tether. Because he did not attach a new anchor to the roof he only charged me $75, not the $175 I had agreed to pay when an anchor was expected to be attached.

Two young women came. They gave me a 2 hour window for their arrival (12 - 2pm). They came 1 hour after the window (3 pm). They called to let me know they would be late. They use rags instead of paper towels, which I liked. They did a good job of cleaning the obviously dirty and visible areas. They did not do a good job of cleaning the less visible areas (under the desk, behind the sofa, bottom shelves, etc). I had to leave before they were finished. They were honest and returned my house key as instructed. They came 2 days before I had my baby, so I was too tired to be real picky. I just wanted someone to dust and clean things a bit before life became chaotic with the new baby. It was fine for that, but it was not a thorough cleaning.

The service went well. It is, however the minimal service and it will likely cost you more then the coupon amount

We scheduled an appointment twice and adjusted our schedules so we could be there to let them inside, but both times they called beforehand and canceled it. We are going to get a refund from Angie's List and go with a more reliable company.

I was out of town when the work was done; my son was here to sign off, so I don't actually have first hand experience. Son said they were on time and did the job. The gutters drain well now.

I took advantage of one of ANGIE'S LIST deals to have our air ducts cleaned. Our home is only 2 years old but since we have a cat that sheds terribly and I have allergies we decided to be proactive and take advantage of this deal. I did not schedule immediately after purchasing the deal but about a month after I had purchased a representative of AEGIS called me to schedule. I am very grateful the company took the initiative to call me so I got scheduled in before the deal expired. The workers arrived right on time. They were courteous and professional and a real delight. They were in and out in about an hour.

Called to have gutters cleaned. Took a bit to get them to respond the first time but once they did the gentleman showed up on time, was courteous and did a great job. I will use them again.

Provider arrived on time, spent total time that I expected, and did a good job of cleaning my house.

They were so backed up that it took about 2 weeks for them to get over to us.There was a lot of rain during that time, this being Oregon. I fell a lot better now that the gutters are clean, and will remember to schedule it earlier next year!

It was wonderful! I hadn't realized how dirty the windows were and what a difference it made looking out now that they're clean. He worked well, moved plants, etc if needed to reach the inside of the window, and put most everything back the way it was. He was quiet and efficient. The only thing was that I found a number of his window washing cloths in various rooms afterwords, where he'd apparently left them when they were not longer usable for the window. I look forward to having this service offered again in the Spring. I'd sign up right away.

The person who came was on time and very nice. Everything worked well except he wasn't aware that our windows were double paned and that you can't push h****** a large double-paned window without the risk of breaking the seal allowing moisture/air inbetween the two panes. My husband had to warn him of that as he was pushing very hard. While he did a good job it wasn't great. The inside of the windows were not as clean as I had hoped. But, it was 100% better than before he started so I am in general happy with the job. The person I spoke to Aegis was very nice and helpful. I was impressed by her professionalism and support. I know these online deals can be stressful for a company and she handled the onslaught of appointments well. The person who did our windows just wasn't that experienced.
