Description of Work: First used At Your Service plumbers earlier this year for leaky valve at water heater that was a fairly extensive leak. They fixed it promptly. Signed up for their Diamond club membership that gave a significant discount (but does cost approx $8 per month that is applied to future service). They came out again around August to look throughout my rather old house for plumbing maintenance (this is include free annual inspection). Reviewed with me possible issues & corrected many issues at that time. May be slightly pricy (but not significantly higher than competitors) & the discount with Diamond membership is useful.

Description of Work: Replaced a toilet valve and flushing mechanism in a 50+ year old toilet. As usual, Andy explained the choices of how to fix the problem , the difference in prices and the pros and cons of each. The work was performed fairly quickly and he was very tidy...wearing booties in the house and mats on the floor of the bathroom. This company values its customers and it shows. I will continue to use At Your Service and request Andy to do all of the plumbing work in this 75 year old house! Thanks.
