The overall service from start to finish was excellent. Andy was very courteous throughout and answered all quetions. He did not mind me watching while he was doing the work. I think that he did a very professional job.

Our plumber was Andy, and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and really treats his work almost like art keeping everything very clean and neat. We received several quotes for the job and At your Service was not the cheapest, although they were very competitive. They had also been recommended by two of our friends. They were great to work with. Immediately returned all calls, and very quick to get the quote done and work scheduled and completed. Andy was very thorough going over everything, listened well to what we wanted, and came up with great solutions to some of our trickier problems. The work was completed on time, on budget, looks and functions perfectly. We will definitely use them again when we remodel our bathroom and upstairs. Highly recommend!

I called At Your Service Plumbing when I noticed that our bathroom faucet had started leaking more than it had been previously. Since we were having someone come out for that issue, we decided to have them take a look at our kitchen sink (which had been leaking for awhile) and to assess our hot water heater due to issues with running out of hot water. We were able to set up an appointment to have a plumber come out within 4 days of my phone call. Andy arrived within the time frame specified and was friendly as well as professional. He assessed the three areas of concern promptly and educated us about our higher end and lower end options in terms of a plan. He didn't pressure us in any particular direction and his communication was very clear and direct. When it became apparent that the work would take longer than one person could finish before our dinner reservations that evening, the company promptly sent out an additional plumber (very friendly Dan) to complete the projects in a timely manner. There was a bit of a sales pitch/push to join their membership club (which initially set my salesperson alarm bells ringing) but after reviewing the documentation provided regarding the club, it did seem like a pretty decent deal. We ended up joining the club in the end. After having experiences with poor communication with other contractors in the past, we were very happy with our experience with At Your Service Plumbing. Neither of the faucets drip anymore and the hot water doesn't stop after 5 minutes!

They are the best. We had used them for the last couple of years at the old house. They have this cool offer where one can become a member of their club where we need to pay them about $5 to $10 a month. When we call them for a service, they inform us that we have $60 saved up in our account and since we are a member, they will not charge us the service fee to show up. It is like we get a discount and we get the monthly fee back towards our bill but we have used them so much and they are very expensive. However, when they show up the door, they put a mat down so that they can wipe their feet, they wear boots over their shoes, and they call the day before they come, five minutes before they come and after they have left. Their customer service is impeccable. They go above and beyond and I would highly recommend them for anybody but they are a level costly. I spent about $6000 to $7000 after I moved into this house for plumbing, so their offer does not work for me anymore. When we left the old house, we needed a new garbage disposal and when I used them, all my credit was gone and now every time they come out I pay them their usual price.

They said they could have someone out the next day between 12 and 2. We talked a little bit and I asked if they could quote me what the faucet would be and they said they charge by the job, not by the hour. I asked for an approximate price for the faucet and they said it depends. I told them my main point is that I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars, so I don't need a really expensive faucet. He said they had a top of the line one with a five year warranty but I declined it as it didn't sound like what I wanted. He assured me they had all kinds on the truck so it would be just fine. I reminded him that I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on it; they said okay then, it will be $49 to come out and take a look. Today two technicians came out and looked around. They said one of my pipes looked like it had a crack in it. They said that a new dishwasher air gap protection would need to be installed. They said I probably also have a clogged line. They had also offered me their diamond service plan. They then gave me a price of $675 for a special faucet they had. Then they quoted me how much it would be to fix everything else. I said I would pay them for the service call and had them leave; they waived the service fee for me as I was dissatisfied with the situation because the expectations I'd been given on my first call were not met. The technicians were pleasant but I was displeased with what I was told over the phone.

It was fantastic, they were the epitome of professional and completely explained what they were doing and more importantly the price for everything they were doing. As a new home owners we were concerned about being uneducated in the services being performed and Dan took the time to explain everything he was doing and why it was important.

Brian H. and his trainee arrived as scheduled and quickly came to the conclusion that the old garbage disposal unit would have to be replaced. He then gave me a quote for a new one to see if I wanted them to replace the old disposal unit and then put in the new disposal unit with my approval. The job was done in a very short time and the new one works great.

They did their inspection of the problem and let us know exactly what needed to be done besides replacing the toilet which is what I originally wanted done. They did what I asked and were very efficient.

It didn't work out; they were too high. They did offer a discount around $50. The guy knew what he was talking about. We don't think we would use them because of the price.

Andy came and checked my home to let me know what needed to be done. He had broken it into several steps to I could choose to have what I wanted done. We talked about replacing the hot water tank and laundry sink. Since all this would have cost around 10K we decided to just repipe and have the drains replaced first. So we called Andy and he came out to update the work sheet and we set a date to get started. To save money we did some of the demo work needed on the old shower before Andy arrived. It was the corner kit with the glass doors. I originally thought about reusing them but since the space is so tight with the toilet next to it we opted to not put them back and use a shower curtain instead. The morning of the first day I got a call to let me know when to expect Andy and he showed up right as expected. Andy got started and then his helper Nick arrived. Things were going well but then he found that the shower pan had not been installed properly and the floor needed replacing due to leaking at the drain. I called Terry Hicks of Tacoma Home repair to come. Terry had done my addition last year and I had called him before I set the repipe date as I kinda knew this would be an issue. Terry came and fixed the floor and reset the shower and shower walls and installed new flooring. There was a small bit of wall work to do but Terry and his crew took care of that and I painted as I had paint left over from the addition job. Andy and his helper Nick were here for two days and finished the job with ease. They cleaned up very well after both days and removed the all old piping and drains. We hope to be able to replace the supply line from the street to the house as soon as we get this job paid off. Which by the way they financed at twelve months with no interest. In addition to the new shower valve and shutoff valve, Andy also replaced the basement wash basin's faucet and washer connections. I'm so very glad to have the drains flowing freely now. They were old galvanized steel pipes and so full of crud there was only a small opening for the water to drain. I will use this company again and have already recommended them to some who also needs repiping.

From the moment I called At Your Service Plumbing I was treated as a valuable customer. The service was prompt, and I felt, reasonable. This was a fix that a few years ago I would have done myself. My father was a plumber and he made sure we were all capable of doing our own home repairs. It was refreshing to find someone that was knowlegable and professional at the same time. I have delt with other plumbing companies that were cut-rate and not nearly as well trained. I will use At Your Service Plumbing again, and I will recomend them to my friends and family.

I had to reschedule the appointment I originally scheduled and they worked with me on that. The technician was prompt, very polite, used mats, booties, etc. to be sure of not damaging my home. He thoroughly inspected the sink, confirmed the garbage disposal was beyond repair and replaced it with one that is working very well: the piranha. He was very thorough, determining where the main water shut-off valve for my home was before starting the job. My home has an interesting water shutoff system which he inspected. The cost of the service was a fixed price, so his inspections did not add anything to my bill, but did make me feel my 11 year old house's plumbing system is doing fine so far. I invested in an excellent non-toxic product to keep my drains clear which this company endorses and sells. The sink drain was disturbing and had a bad odor prior to the removal and replacement of the disposal. I have been pleased with the work and would use this company for further plumbing work. I am impressed that it is a small, family owned local business, as well.

Excellent service, competent diagnosis. excellent work price is moderately high, but about like other companies, no complaints.

At Your Service Plumbing gave us a very competitive estimate. Their contact person, Sherri, arranged work schedules with the subcontractors (construction, painter and flooring). AYSP Dan was GREAT! He was prompt, efficient, courteous, thorough and used high quality plumbing components. They guarantee and warrantee their work. The entire job took several weeks (demolition and rebuild) but Dan cleaned up after himself after each day he worked. He took the time to explain what he was doing. Sherri was FANTASTIC, her help was invaluable. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!! A++ WORK.

I really liked them a lot. More recently, they have been a little pushy with selling their service. Everytime they have come they have done a good job.

the company has a very impressive business plan with their promptness and with their instant cost analysis based on communication with their office representative. that said, they were reluctant to be my advocate with the company remodeling my powderroom and would have charged me for a fix until i asked them what i was getting for my annual membership. had a groan in the bathroom pipes every time i flushed the toilet in another bathroomm and they couldn't find the problem. my husband figured that the problem was the outside hose.

We called on a Saturday when our water heater stopped working, when my husband described the issue over the phone, we were told that it would likely need a new part and since the warehouse wasn't open until Monday, we could save ourselves the more expensive weekend service call and have someone come over on Monday. We were their second call of the day on Monday and they called ahead to let me know they'd be a little later than they thought (which I appreciated since I was able to stay at work a little longer). Once they arrived, it took a while to figure out what the problem was. The service call cost $59 which was OK but they had to disconnect the exhaust to determine if that was the problem and that cost extra. I kind of felt that the $59 to come out to the house should have covered all the diagnostics that needed to be done to tell me what the problem was. It turns out a gas control valve was broken and they would need to call the manufacturer the next day to see if they could get the part. The first visit cost about $118. The called the next morning and replacing the part was going to be very expensive and take a minimum of 7 days to get the part. As the water heater is fairly old, we decided to replace the water heater entirely. They were able to come out that day to replace it at a cost of about $2700 to include the labor.

It was backing up and water was coming out the vent so they came in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for us. We were very pleased with them. They showed up when they said they would. We knew in advance how much it would cost and it came in at just what they said which I thought was reasonable. They have an optional customer loyalty program so they?ll come out and do one free service, you get a discount on services, and they guarantee that they?ll come out within a certain amount of time. They have a pretty comprehensive list of services. They were very good at what they did.

They were excellent overall. Their prices were a bit high but the quality of work makes up for it. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Another company service saved the day! With our drains backing up only two weeks after another company had been here late at night with a service call totaling $800, another company referred to us by At Your Service Plumbing arrived on Saturday and did much more work, including putting a camera down the drain once it had been cleaned (that would have been an additional $400 for another company) and found there was no break as another company had suggested. Another company treated our drain with an herbicide and we will have him do so yearly. All this professionalism and work cost $560 which was less than half Beacons would have charged for the full service.

Our kitchen drain backed up on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, my husband called intending to leave a message for Rod so that we could get on the list of repairs for the following week. Instead, Kathy answered the phone. Initially she said that it would be Wednesday before they could get to our house. A few hours later she called back and said there had been a cancelation and that the repairmen would be there first thing Monday morning. They were there first thing Monday morning. They finished the work promptly, were pleasant, and very clean in their work. A nice touch was the fact that a few days later, we received a card from Rod, thanking us for the opportunity to serve us.
