Dan and Matt were friendly, yet very professional. They arrived when the dispatcher told me they would and were ready with their doormat and shoe covers. I explained what the home inspector stated on my report as to what was wrong. Dan and Matt took a look and Dan quoted a price. When a price was quoted to perform the service, Dan showed me the company's list of services and costs, so the price wasn't mysteriously pulled out of thin air. Dan explained what the problems could be and luckily discovered that it was a relatively simple fix. If he had been dishonest, he would have cut a hole in the wall of the adjoining room and charged me A LOT more money. As a clueless new homeowner I was relieved by his honesty. I don't really know what plumbing repairs cost but the price seemed reasonable to me and the work is guaranteed for 2 years on material and install. When they were finished, they gave me a very nice binder with all of the paperwork. And to top it all off, I got a thank you note in the mail from Dan about a week later. Wow!! Totally impressed from beginning to end. These are my plumbers for life!

As a new customer, I expected to have to wait for service. Initially I was given an appointment in two days; they then called me back and rescheduled my appointment for the next morning (today). This morning I was called just before the appointment and given the plumber's name and arrival time. Fast and punctual all the way around! Mike inspected the area where the leak had occurred (bathroom wall between the toilet and shower), and then checked the crawl space for any leakage/damage. Much to my relief, there was no evidence of leaks anywhere. Mike then noticed there was no sealant around the plate for the shower faucet. The patterned shower wall had an indented line heading directly into the middle of that plate, which could have been the cause of my leak. Mike applied caulking to the main shower, and also offered to do so in the master bath. He said to call right away if any leakage occurs in the future. First and foremost, Mike is knowledgeable and honest. He was straightforward and thorough in evaluating my problem. He didn't use jargon I couldn't understand and did't pressure me into buying things I don't need. Second, I was so impressed with the company and the way I was treated, I've signed up for their Diamond Service. And last, a disclaimer on the cost of service. I did use a $40 coupon, so the cost would have been around $150 (which still seemed fair for my issue).

Very professional and had all of the parts on site in the truck which made him very efficient. Was able to quickly fix all problems. Showed us little tips and tricks we could do as homeowners to handle at our level for future needs. Pricing was reasonable and was used by the same standard across the board. Would definitely use again in the future for the peace of mind given by a job well done.

It was still covered under warranty, so they came to fix it for free. Everything went well.

On Sunday early evening of 12/28/14, I noticed I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The kitchen sink cabinet was soaked with at least a 1/2 inch of water. I was able to get this fixed the next morning, but funds have been tight. I grew up in foster care and today I work with attorneys who represent families involved with the foster care system. I work as a legal nurse consultant and testify as an expert witness in the area of developmental health of children in foster care. I am grateful for all that I have accomplished since foster care such as obtaining a nursing science PhD from the UW, having several of my manuscripts published, and advocating for children in foster care today, but it has not been easy financially. I am waiting for payment still from an attorney I sent an invoice to on 12/1/14 for my services already rendered (over $3,000). Although, I was given a 15% discount that I could only use the day of 12/28/14 saving me $112.65, the job still cost $752.62. I was also told that if I called back to have the work done at a later date when I had the money, I would not be given a %15 discount. The work was great and professional, it was just so expensive. It seems that there was no way to negotiate a price, payment plan, or anytime of payment arrangement. There was a laminated price list I was shown that was non-negotiable. I was not looking for any price reduction per say, but maybe someone to work with me in my situation. I have always been financially responsible and recently paid for over $9,000 of siding work with a contractor I found from Angie's list. The siding company, Champion Windows, was expensive but I felt that they wanted my business and were willing to work with me financially and I came away feeling like I was offered a great deal and that they would work with me financially. I am not faulting Andy Gleixner, the plumber. Perhaps, his company's policies are set in stone and he is not able to negotiate a final price/quote with the clients. Delilah Bruskas, PhD, RN

They were prompt, very clean and professional. They fixed it right.

When I called them, they actually were there. They came and we had an appointment right away. They've been to the house before. They sent me a note after they were here thanking me for using their service. They left me a whole book of the service information of the house which I bought. I thought it was really good. The cost was totally fair. They charge the service fee and by the job. It doesn't matter how long they're here.

Although they had to come a bit late, the company called well in advance to let me know of the emergency. They also were willing to work me in to whatever I needed if coming a little late was going to prevent me from my days responsibilities. This notification from a company and keeping to their word was out of the ordinary. Most companies do not value your time. Very Pleased. They charged me exactly what their little book said for that job and the tool they used. Still high for me, but companies have to be able to pay their employees and bills to keep in business. At least there was no upcharge or pushy selling, and they gave me the quote before they did the job for me to accept. Oh yes, I used a coupon from Angies List!

It went well area was clean and decontaminated. We decided to have a temp valve placed and It was placed to keep sewer water from backing in to our basement . They also gave been here numerous times to Fix leaks clogs etc Always great service.

We called them to get some toys our son had flushed down the toilet out. Normally I'd just leave them alone, but it was causing an obstruction and solid waste wasn't flushing any more. I wasn't able to be in the house when the plumber came, so my wife was there to supervise. Less than 2 minutes into looking at the toilet the guy starts trying to upsell my wife. "Well we're going to need to do this and that, oh and that." So he gives her a quote of $500 to take the toilet off and pull out the toys, but since it's so much money it would be more worth her while to replace the whole unit. This is going to cost $800 - because he'll only sell her a $300 toilet. Keep in mind, all we need is to get the toys out - the toilet is old but fine. At this point my wife calls me and we decide that all we need done is to get the shut-off valve next to the toilet fixed (which wasn't part of the original estimate, but needed to be done) so I can pull the toilet and do all this work basically for free - $3.50 for a new wax ring. My wife tells him that we're just going to get the valve fixed, to which he promptly makes her feel unintelligent for not doing what he's recommending and then insists on inspecting all the shut-off valves in the house. After this rediculous exercise, he finally fixed the valve. After taxes it cost us $350 to get a valve - which itself only costs $10 - fixed. The guy was in the house less than an hour. I don't have a problem paying people for their time. I'm a web developer I get paid a hefty hourly wage and it's worth it. I can understand paying $80/$90 an hour for a plumber - s/he's a skilled professional they're worth their time. All in all this should have been a less than $150 fix, but it was over twice that. And then there was the constant up-selling. All we needed was to get the toys taken out of our toilet and in the end we were out considerable cash and the toys were still in the toilet. I do not recommend using this company.

I loved them. They were so good. They had everything done in a day, they were nice and clean, and the guy doing the work was extremely personable. I just liked them. They even called afterwards to find out how things were. We still need to change the outside plumbing changed, and they can do that too.

We had new shower put in and they did all the plumbing required for that. Put in the new shower heads and base (pan) for the shower.

Went very well, but as usual there is something that needs extra time and work in an older home. They did a very good job fixing it and making it work. Always explaining the situation. Very pleasant people.

Mike and Cyrus were the most friendly , knowledgeable and professional plumbers we've ever dealt with. They looked at our currently leaking hot water heater, and although we knew it would have to be replaced we were hoping they could fix it. They looked it over and explained to us in terms we could understand why it needed to be replaced soon. They gave us options and a fair bid. Due to how professional and thorough they were at both our house and our son's house we would definitely use this company and request them for all of our plumbing needs in the future, which will be soon because we'll be remodeling our kitchen and will need a lot of plumbing moved and replaced. Both I and my husband liked them so much that this company will be our number 1 choice always!

We woke up to no running water in the kitchen due to frozen pipes. We called our plumber who said he didn't do that kind of repair and suggested we call At Your Service. We called and Andy and a trainee came within 20 minutes. Within a very short time we had running water. While he was here Andy did a thorough inspection of the house. He strongly suggested we cover the foundation vents (which we have done). The cause of the problem was that the pipes froze from under the house. The weather had been very cold and the cold air was blowing in right on the pipes. We discussed maybe having to do a re-pipe down the road due to the age of the house. Andy went into the crawl space to check the condition of the pipes to give us an estimate. While he was there he saw that the pipes that had been frozen had no wrap on them. All others were fine and the good news was that our pipes were copper and there was no need for a replacement. In addition to the main water problem we had Andy wrap the pipes and fix a crack in another one. The service was excellent and Andy has now become our new plumber.

They were excellent. They've done extra things for me, including helping with my dryer lint issues and lights. I called in the morning, they said they'd come at noon, and they were here at noon!

As usual, they provided excellent service. These guys are trustworthy, and very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I had two companies provide bids for the job, but I was most impressed with Dan's knowledgeability and his explanations of how to accomplish the work. In addition, I also liked their program that offers two annual check ups and reduced prices on work for a monthly fee. Ultimately, they did a great job for a reasonable price, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Andy is the most professional plumber i have ever had. I will never use another plumbing company again. He explained everything and wrote it down for me. They really care and they know what they are doing.

He was a great plumber, cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him.

They were very responsive and they were very nice.

They put us on a monthly service plan. They were supposed to give us a discount when we called them, but they were a total rip-off. They did give a discount but it was on a ridiculous price. Our toilet needed a $10 part and about 5 minutes of work. They wanted to charge $250 for each toilet to do the work. I was appalled at what he tried to do, their prices were absurd.

Very complete inspection. We have used this company for years and have never had a problem. They do quality work.

From the time I called about my toilet problem until a new toilet was installed was less than 3 hours. Everything went very well and smoothly to my great satisfaction.

Scheduling the work was great. The office staff were really nice and they were able to respond quickly to our needs with getting someone out within the timeframe we wanted. They were great about communicating when they would arrive and being there on time. My husband met them at the house so I was not here for the service itself. I came home to a surprising bill total of $849 for the toilet seal leak and pressure reducing valve work. They left some paperwork about the 2003 Uniform Plumbing Code recommending a lower psi than we had but it does not seem to be required per any local regulation. The water pressure in the house does not seem any different than before. I am not sure whether we needed the $533 pressure reducing valve installation so don't know whether I will re-use this company again. Update to review. The company owner followed up with me explaining more about the water pressure situation and the need for the pressure reducing valve. It is nice to see their concern for our situation and she offered 100% satisfaction. I took no further action but appreciated the follow up.
