It went great. I have used these guys for several years and they always do a great job. Andy also installed an airgap protector for the dishwasher drain to bring it up to code.

Andy was extremely professional and great to work with. He gave me several options to choose from and the pros and cons of each selection. We are going to get out whole house repiped this summer and I will definitely be using At Your Service and specifically asking for Andy to do the job.

We have been subscribing to At Your Service Plumbing's "Diamond Club" for many years now and we could not be happier with their service. Part of the Club's service is an annual plumbing inspection and Mike came today and did his company's prescribed inspection in his usually outstanding manner. This inspection is totally thorough, covering every aspect of our home's plumbing. We reviewed the end report and I bought the drain cleaner which gives us an annual supply for keeping our sinks' drains open and clear, and for keeping the septic system which we have in good order. We are totally satisfied with AYSP and can recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a 100% operating plumbing system. We also recommend the Diamond Club as well. Having that got us immediate one hour response on a weekend when our water heater sprung a leak a couple of years ago. They came, fixed our problem with the water heater and got us back up and running in short time. These people are wonderful! -Chuck W.

AYSP (At Your Service Plumbing) did an excellent job clearing a clog in my bathtub that 2.5 Gallons of drain cleaner couldn’t clean. And the fixed a toilet that was leaking between the seat and the tank. And now it’s better than brand new. The plumber also noticed when he was approaching my home, that the outside faucet was dripping and he fixed it with a quick screwdriver adjustment. And he also CLEANED my bathtub. As far as I’m concerned, they are the best. Very reasonable pricing, which they will quote you up front, so you know what you’ll pay before they start working. From the first call, to scheduling, to alerting you they are on the way, and everything I’ve already said. They do it right!

I felt the prices for the work were high. I disliked the fact that they never mentioned the automatic 69 dollar charge per call. I did not have them replace the spigot. It was over 200 for a simple non-emergency drain clean plus the 69 dollars. They were there 15 minutes. They do send a thank you note after the service. The estimate of 400.00 was above the Angies list highest price for our area.

Plumber answered all my questions and gave me a detailed estimate of cost for the jobs I requested. He was courteous and very thorough in assessing the scope of the projects in the estimates. Estimates were too high for my budget.

I love the "Miracle on 34th St" mentality, and I'm grateful that J.R. didn't just send someone out, just for the business. I will call them again if I have other plumbing issues.

They came out right away--on the same day I called in. My water heater is located in a very difficult-to-access location, so they also helped me figure out a plan to move it to a more accessible part of the house. They were very helpful throughout the whole process.

They have been very responsive and professional. They are not the cheapest company, but they aren't the most expensive either. When I have needed them, they have been very responsive and they are very good. When I first used them, it was on an emergency basis. I have been using them since. They are very knowledgeable, and professional. They can be kind of high priced, but I know what I'm getting.

They are one of these plumbers who come out and give you astronomical quotes for everything and anything that could be replaced. High pressure sales and a fee for a quote. Thanks but no thanks.

We were very impressed with the quality of work that was performed and the fact that the work was completed in one day. The fact that the worker noticed that our water heater was leaking helped us avoid the damage that the leak could have made to our floors. Everything was cleaned up and ready to go by the time the worker was finished. This company definitely has our business for future plumbing needs!

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the actual repair work, every employee I dealt with was very professional. Repair options and prices were given to me up front so there were no hidden costs for the work done. At Your Service Plumbing is the only company I'll ever call again for any future plumbing issues.

-Cyrus came & tried auguring the pipe, even from the roof but he couldn't unclog it. Charged us $580 for job not done-kind of steep! He called later to say that they'd need to cut through the kitchen pipes & that would cost about $800. Going with someone else. -In 2013 we had Andy unclog 2 kitchen drains & had him replace pipe from kitchen to sewer line & the large sewer pipe; charged $1927. That was a good job. Seems they got young guys working there since the owner's husband died recently. Anyway, my husband unclogged the drains using various chemicals--took a while but it got done!

Very professional and friendly, punctual, clean, knowledgeable. No complaints, only nice things to say about the men and their work. My only issue was the cost. Two guys worked for a little over three hours, performed three standard tasks, and my bill was ~$1700 before tax. Seems really high since parts were minimal (I provided the sink/faucet). I would have liked to obtain a couple other quotes, but I had been without a kitchen for three months and was anxious, so I paid it.
