Description of Work: We have hired At Your Service twice, first to install a new kitchen faucet and correct leaking from the the sink basket and to install new outdoor faucet in the front and rear of the house and performed maintenance on our tankless water heater. Andy did an excellent job and explained was what he was doing, kept us informed, very efficient and kept the work area clean. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and gave of options for our bathroom remodel. While performing an estimate for an indoor water cutoff, Andy discovered our dryer ductwork was disconnected in the crawl space and tried to reconnect. I was very happy thatAndy he let us know. We would definitely hire At Your Service again and definitely plan to consult with Andy for our bathrooms remodel.

Description of Work: Dan was excellent! Knowledgable, professional, friendly, willing and eager to teach plumbing. The whole process he explained why he was doing what he was doing, the math and reasoning behind it. He really made an effort to involve the home owner in the entire process. He and his assistant spent three days performing a whole house re-pipe. Replacing all galvanized pipe with PEX and fixed portions of the drainage system. They took care of all plumbing needs in our new master bath. Including a steam shower unit, multiple shower heads and valves, new toilet flange water lines in shower and at vanity. They treated my home with respect, covering all carpets and walking surfaces with drop cloths and wearing booties when walking into areas not covered with cloths. They were always on time and provided a courtesy phone call when they left the shop and were on the way. Quality company that has won all my business no questions asked.

Description of Work: Did a very nice job replacing sink disposal. Very thorough, extremely professional. Definitely will use again, as well as refer, too. Price was a bit higher than anticipated, but we know they will be responsive if an issue arises. Courteous, friendly, thorough- a real step above the regular experience. Well worth it.

Description of Work: These people are very professional and do very good work. I find them to be very pricey though. I was recovering from surgery so had to hire them to replace a simple toilet supply line for about $250. That is steep in my book. They gave me an estimate of around $250+tax to install a new dishwasher. I shopped around and found another installer for $125 total. I discontinued their Diamond club as I did not feel their was any significant advantage to it. Even with the Diamond club discount their prices were too high for me. But again they are very professional, explain things well and do good work. Just don't look for any bargains.

Description of Work: I had a bathroom sink pipe repaired in November, new kitchen sink installed in December and an outside faucet replaced in December. I found the employees of this company to be prompt, helpful and professional. I would definitely use this company again.
