It went very well. Mr. Springer came to my home and gave me an estimate. They called me the day the work was to be done to let me know know they were running late and we're only 20 minutes late. The work was nicely done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to any one who needs plumbing services.

Don was great, personally and professionally. Arrived on time, provided reasonable quote and completed all the work in one appointment.

They arrived promptly ontime and got right to work on the water heater. I had mentioned in my contact with them that I had some issues with my faucets dripping. They went ahead and while the heater was draining fixed all my issues at no extra charge! These guys are awesome!

Very straightforward. Knowledgeable and friendly workers. Cleaned up after themselves. Price seemed high, but I did not do any competitive bids, so I trusted that they did not raise the price to cover the discount I got with the Angie's List special deal.

From the first contact on the phone, the experience was great - friendly, caring, efficient - and even though they were booked for the week, they squeezed us in and even came a day early, which we appreciated since the leak was getting really bad. They installed the new heater very quickly and were truly professional about answering our questions and then completing the job. Awesome service! Kara found an opening in the schedule and got Ron and Tim out to the house and had the repairs done in about forty-five minutes. I could believe it but most people wouldn't. These people are professionals. They know what the what the h*** they are doing. They don't mess around and try to squeeze more money out of your wallets. I was in a jam and needed a waste line repair done for an inspection. Called and they got someone out the same day, quoted a fair price and completed the work. They were professional and diligent and I will definitely trefer them and use them again.

They were on time, and explained the options I had for a replacement valve. They did the work quickly and did a super job!

They were able to install the hose bib where I originally wanted it and did it efficiently and quickly.

I had my tenants called them to tighten the connection. This is a brand new heater installed by contractor in October, with brand new line connections. Springer came out and replaced the line and charged an additional $184.79. Springer did not called me (landlord) and replaced the line which had no need to be replaced. I called them upon receiving the invoice and said the line was brand new which did not replacing. I said the line probably needed tightening since they did the seismic work and the line may have loosened during the seismic fitting, since there was no leak, just wet at the connection, not even trickling down. I called the office and said the work done in January most likely slightly loosened the connection. Tenants said they were there no more than 10 minutes. The tenants only noticed the water droplet when they examined the heater since the hot water seemed to be delayed (all the heating seemed to work fine a few minutes later and ever since). Both heater tank and lines are five months old, and the line was fine BEFORE they did the seismic fitting three months earlier. This is really poor customer service, gauging the client. I offered that this was a ridiculous billing, and said the cost should the very least be split 50-50. Yet, they declined. I will not use them again nor recommend them. BE WARN! If they provide service, they will not take responsibility for the consequences of their work. It's really a poor way to operate a business.

Once we discovered the leak, I called Springer Plumbing in a panic. I was expecting to have to wait for days to get an appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when the dispatcher called me back and told me a plumber would be there in less than an hour. The plumber arrived, helped me find the water shut-off valve, promptly diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. All of this was done within hours of my call. Ron Springer, the owner and plumber, is extremely professional, patient, resourceful, efficient and competent. Springer Plumbing is now on my speed dial list. I would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

They are quick and efficient but a little expensive.

The experience was okay. They did what they came to do and I did not have any other problems with the water heater.

The contact went well. The provider identified that I wouldn't need to replace the water heater and instead replaced the release valve, which saved at least $400, if not more. Springer Plumbing, saved us a lot of money and took care of what we thought to be a much larger problem. They were honest and professional. They were very good and timely, and explained things thoroughly.

I was desperate in getting the kitchen faucet fixed. Originally schedule appt for 8AM for Friday. I called before that time and I was told that the plumber was out sick and let me know on the rescheduled date/time. I was panicky at that time and started calling. Within 20 mins, I was told that the plumber will be at my home around noon. Both the senior and trainee plumbers arrived on time and completed all the work in 60 mins. Also looked at my washer, facet for bath stall and found no issues. Quality of the work is great. Also did fix the cold water valve as part of this bill. On the overall I am happy with their workmanship and quality.

They're fantastic and did a wonderful job. He ended up having to crawl under the house and had to replace a pipe between a beam and the end of the house. He was very informative and showed me what happened to the original pipe and explained what he did to fix the problem. He did a great job.

It went well, He was so nice and took time to explained everything to my son and I. He told me up front what it would cost and what it looked like under the house. He could not see any other problems at this time. I was very pleased with his service.

The technicians arrived right on time and explained exactly what steps they were going to take; also went over the details covering costs and how long things would take. They then went back to their warehouse to pick up the needed parts returning about an hour later. It took them about 3hrs to finish all required work (R&R and cleanup). They also went over the equipment (tank and recirculating pump) operating manuals and warranties; and covered what follow-up maintenance schedule would be required.

Called and made an appointment a couple of days out. They called to see if I could accommodate an earlier time and agreed. Service personnel arrived on-time and quickly reviewed my issue. Provided an upfront cost and went to work. Smooth easy transaction. Darin and Tim were great and even took a few extra minutes to address another minor problem I had at no charge. I'd checked the market and they were price competitive. They'll be my first and only call next time. They're just not on Angie's List but now on my list of who to call !!

The guys from Springer arrived a little bit early, gave me a quote (including Angie's List discount), made the repairs and were on their way faster then I could have imagined. I am so happy with their service and friendliness and now am confident that I have a plumber I can rely upon. Thanks, guys!
