Lincoln Gutters

After using another company once, I switched to Lincoln Gutters and won't use anyone else. They are so friendly and personable, from the phone calls (I got a call within 15 minutes of leaving a message) to the estimate and repair process. In addition to the standard cleaning of my clogged gutters, I talked to Benjamin about some water problems I was having with the foundation, so he extended my downspouts...problem solved without costly foundation work! I like that he takes the time to really understand the problems or concerns I have and offers cost-effective ways to address them. The first time I used them, they changed a couple of downspouts for me. I called shortly after to say one had come out of alignment and they came right out and fixed it EVEN THOUGH the problem was that I had a loose screen door that had knocked the downspout out. As a single mom who is not home-repair savvy, it meant the world to me that they came out and addressed the problem and pointed out the source--which, again, was my fault--and helped me out, and didn't charge me. I've also had them treat/clean my roof, and their prices are significantly lower than what others charge for the same work. I love supporting this small, local business that takes such great care of their customers.

I called on day one and the estimate was made that day. The next day the repair was done. It could not have been better.

Scheduling was difficult because of busy season, but all else was great. Friendly, fair and great job.

Job went well. Very courteous. Even went the extra mile and cleaned the leaves from the back yard.

It was a delight working with Lincoln Gutters. They came out in the rain and worked very professionally. The gutters look fantastic. The cost was very reasonable. I will use them again to put new gutters on my home in the future.

I've been using Lincoln Gutters for gutter cleaning for many years. They are always responsive and do a fabulous job. I also had a gutter repair done by them several years ago, and they did a wonderful job there, too.

Upon arrival Mike came to the front door and introduced himself. He said he would walk around and access the project. The truck was quite new and Mike was proud of the equipment he was using. Chris began taking down the old downspouts, and Mike was forming the gutters to be installed from the back of the nice clean truck. Both of the men were very nice and answered the few questions I had with ease and a smile. The project was completed in less time than I thought - AND they cleaned up the area with no evidence of being there - except the beautiful new gutters and downspouts they had perfectly installed! I emailed the office on Saturday, November 22nd, as a "just by chance" to pay the bill. Allie emailed back within an hour and then called me. What a joy she is!! We had a wonderful conversation and she took the payment information over the phone.(Although they normally are not open on Saturdays) If you want to do business with a company that employs happy, professional, personable people - then Lincoln Gutters is THE one! Contacted Lincoln Gutters via Angie's List on 10/20/14. Owner gave estimate on 10/29/14. Sent over to scheduling on 10/30/14, I e-mailed back on 11/5/14 hadn't heard anything from scheduling. Was e-mailed back on 11/10/14. Completed work on 11/12/14. Two workers and a truck arrived on 11/12/14 spent about 15 min. at my house re- nailed gutters in a couple places on the front side and side of house.

Excellent crew and did a great job. This is the second time I've used them and I will use them again. The are prompt to respond, send out enough of a crew to get the job done in a timely manner and even billed me for the service rather than making me leave a check at my home for them.

Appraisal was accurate and they did exactly what they said they would do, for the cost they said. I was very happy with the final product appearance, their clean-up and function. I already recommended them to another person. Though I was concerned about my plantings growing under the gutters, they were careful and I appreciate it. My only complaint, and its minor, is I wish they had called before they showed up to do the work. Perhaps they tried, but I was surprised to see them drive up. It worked out fine, and I suppose it didn't matter as they knew what I wanted done, but if I hadn't been home, they wouldn't have gotten paid that day.

The whole process of setting up appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate, then have crew come out to do the work was very easy . Everyone involved in getting the work done in such a quick and timely manner was great and very professional. I would definitely hire this company again.

One part of my gutters came loose and was leaking in a couple of spots. I knew that it was time to have them cleaned anyway. I thought this would be a good time to have all the work done at once. I called two places to get quotes and both of the quotes were similar. I chose Lincoln because they seemed less distracted and in a hurry then the other company. The estimator showed up when they said they would and I was emailed a quote the next day. The quote was clear and detailed and showed the prices for what I had asked broken out by job. They even included the price for a full replacement if I wanted to go that route. The workers showed up on time and worked quickly. They removed all of their debris and preformed all of the work that was on the quote. The gutters are clean and leak free so I'd call that a job well done. Working with Lincoln Gutters was a good experience. They were always professional, prompt and courteous.

Arrived on time, completing all work quickly and cleaned up all debris. Initial inspection of house I wanted to replace gutters, Ben was very honest and said they were in good shape, only needing repairs. They have worked great in the couple of big rains we have had since work was completed. I will use them for any future work.

The workers were on time, fast, efficient, cleaned up after and did an outstanding job! Additionally, the office staff was great to work with from beginning to end!

Ben came out on the day of the appointment We discussed the problems with the old gutters, he made a few suggestions, answered my questions, and gave me a written estimate before he left. Originally I wanted new gutters only on the house. I contacted him again and said I wanted to include the garage and received a new estimate within a day. The old gutters and downspouts were removed and the new ones installed. His crew arrived on time, were very professional, and took away all of the old materials and debris. My property was left clean.

My appointment was for Friday the 16th, but they called and had a cancellation so they came two days earlier. They showed up on time and did a great job. I changed my mind on a down spout location after they already had the gutter in place. They told me it wasn't a problem, they would just move that section to another location on the roof. I am pleased with my gutters and the service. Yes I would recommend them to friend.

We were surprised to hear him discourage us from making any changes and gave us some good information as to what our expectations were and how the actual result would be. I told him I understood why he had a "A" rating on Angie's List and that if in the future we were in need of gutter service/repair/ replacement he would be the first to hear from us. What a pleasant experience: He didn't just try to sell us something!

In August of 2013 I had 12 leaking mitres repaired by Lincoln gutter. They were very professional, prompt and friendly and the technician who worked on the roof worked hard to do a good job. This summer I noticed one of the corners was leaking a little bit. I called Lincoln and left a message and the next day the same guy was back fixing the leaking mitre! They did not charge me for the repair. Now that is service. This company goes above and beyond to take care of your gutter issues. Call them! You won't be disappointed.

Very good service! The gentleman who came to do the work was very conscientious...I could see him on the roof and he made sure each corner was very well sealed. And they were! After the winter we just had-not a single leak! Would happily use them again!

Lincoln Gutters was very prompt in returning my calls, providing an estimate, answering my questions, and completing the work. They cleaned up very well and the gutters look great. I couldn't be happier with their work and would recommend them highly.

They did a great job. They were absolutely the best! The job was just perfect. Everything looks clean and the way they got the downspouts to connect together behind the shed and go into our French drain was just perfect. I was pleased with their work.
