The previous tenants in my rental home in Tacoma had let my front and rear yards fall to the wayside. The lawn in the rear yard was knee high, every bush was up past the eaves, three trees in the back yard were so high they were leaning against the side of the house, the front sprinklers were busted, and every flowerbed was weed ridden and in need of pruning. I left a message for Green Grass Landscaping and Rodrigo called me back right away. He went and assessed the amount of work required the very next day (Friday), and was able to get it all done on Monday after the call. After he was done, everything looked great with the exception of the three trees in the back yard which still needed to be trimmed down another two feet. He came right back a couple days later and finished the job exactly as I wanted with no further charges! Rodrigo and his team were quick, very professional, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone needing thorough clean-up in their yards. I will keep them in mind the next time I need them.

Rodrigo contacted me within a couple hours of sending an inquiry and came by the same day to give me an estimate. He was professional and offered his expertise on trimming the three 'bushes' which trimmed look better than I expected. His estimate was extremely reasonable. The work was done efficiently and expertly. The laurel hedge is the best it has ever looked and the three bushes are picture perfect...But what I really appreciated was the clean up. He picked up all the debris from the trim and more. You won't be disappointed if you go with this provider. When we can afford to have the weekly/bi-monthly service we will be contacting Rodrigo and his team!!

The owner was somewhat quiet and did not really ask many questions as we walked around the property explaining what we wanted to have done. I had to ask him questions to make sure he understood what we wanted done. After we were done, it was unclear to us what the next steps were to obtain the actual quote. The owner did not really take charge or guide us through the process at all. He did not take any notes. He talked generally about a price but we were not sure if that was for us specifically. So I asked him to email me the quote since it was unclear (which I wrote on a scrap piece of paper). We did not hear from him via email or phone again until a quote arrived in the mail. There were some errors on it - It stated a price from March - November yet we did told him we would expect to start in June. He told us there would be a different price for summer and winter months and this was not detailed out. While his was the lowest quote and he seemed knowledgable and accommodating, we went with a different company instead.

I pay $180 monthly for this service. They have not been coming around long enough for me to totally dislike anybody so they are fine and do a good job. I think their price is a little high but I chose to accept it. I have only talked to the owner and he was very professional.

Rodrigo arrived promptly provided me an estimate on the same day he arrived to survey the work. He introduced me to his employees. If for any reason he cannot make it on his scheduled day to preform the yard service he calls me in advance to tell me when he will come. I highly recommend his company to anyone that needs yard work (maintenance, or landscaping, or one time clean up)!

Green Grass handed out fliers in the neighborhood at a time when I was looking for that service I interviewed him, and I was impressed. They just take care of the yard. I am not a green thumber. I let them try the job for a month, they were good, and I hired them.
