A terrific experience. Counter to most contractor's, Robert was and is extremely good at communicating throughout the entire process. I never had to chase down a status report, got pics if something needed to change for practical reasons and everything was done on timer and within the budget. He and his crew have done such a good job, I will probably never need their services again, but if I do, they will be my go to plumber and gas line people!

Appointment was set and plumber did no show for scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointment and plumber did not show up for a second time.

They diagnosed it, and gave me a quote, within 15 minutes. Then fixed my heater that same visit.

Bob Larson and his team were great. My remodel was on a tight timeline and dates shifted a few times because of the other contractors involved, and Bob was able to be flexible. The work was performed well, and I haven't had any issues in the five years since.

Robert gave me a quote to replace the entire plumbing throughout my home. They arrived for the job and completed it within a couple days with minimal disruption. They were professional and dependable.

Excellent service and super fair price. Needed a repair done before buyers would finalize sale of a condo we were selling. Bob Larson plumbing has sled it quickly, and followed up to make sure we were happy with finished result; all at a totally reasonable, if not excellent price, especially for such a last minute and not huge fix. We will totally use them for any other fixes we need done on our home and refer to friends and family.

I don’t know why they would claim that they did work at my house. They didn’t.

Very supportive and professional without excessive cost. Explained limitations of repair and went out of their way to salvage my bathroom as best as could be done. Excellent job repairing the washer faucet and even installed a separate shut off valve in both bathroom and laundry room in the original price quote. Will always recommend.

It's good to have a go-to plumber that you're comfortable with. Bob Larson is definitely that for me. I've had them do various plumbing jobs for me over the past few years and I have found them to be professional and reasonably priced.

Fantastic. They came out on two different days, both representatives were polite and professional. Everything was explained fully, including the science behind a septic system and details on how it pertains to my yard. The work was perfect and very quick considering the labor required for the jobs they were doing. I would use this company in the future, and would recommend them to family and friends.

Bob Larson Plumbing has done multiple major jobs at my home from Sprinklers and Kids water fountains to an On demand Water Heater with circulatory pump and a Water Purification System. They stand by their work and put the Customer First. They have many good employees that do quality work. One worker stands out his name was Dennis and he was an absolute master of his trade and made sure to have that attention to detail that some of us OCD types must have perfect. I recommend Bob and his team for all your plumbing needs.

Very good, professional work, less than 1/2hr...but cost was way high in my view.

The installer was nice. He complained that bathroom floor was not leveled and this would cause problem with toilet being level. He place shim to potentially create leveling. My toilet is seated lop-sided due to over shimming. I complained but no one followed up to correct this issue.

Technician was professional and efficient. He inspired confidence and clearly knew what he was doing. It was easy to make schedule the service and they were quick to respond.
