Kyle was easy to communicate with, extremely helpful and very thoughtful in sourcing and installing our granite kitchen countertops. He clearly has good relationships with his suppliers as well. He was very responsive to questions and was able to make on-site adjustments as needed even once the counter was in place. Highly recommend him for projects and will be using him again in the future.

Very fast response. They came out the same day and drilled the faucet hole I needed.

Kyle was prompt, courteous and easy to talk to. We unexplained that we needed the quartz counter overhang cut back to allow for a wider refrigerator. He went to work on it and had the job done in about 45 minutes. The counter top looks great and we can now replace our refrigerator with the wider one that actually costs less.

Kyle replaced our outdated granite tile countertops with quartz. During the estimate Kyle brought examples of different types of material we could use to replace our countertops and he explained the pros and cons of each type. His estimate was reasonable and fair and we paid exactly what he quoted us. During the entire process he was prompt, professional, helpful, and very clear in his communications. We are very pleased with our new countertops and we would highly recommend Kyle and Backcountry Counters.

Great experience-reshaped/repaired my granite countertop the next day after contacting them , then arrived slightly early for a morning appointment. They did a very nice job for a reasonable bid, which was the same as had been estimated over the phone. I highly recommend this contractor to handle any stone countertop issue.

Kyle does great work in so many different ways. He is highly skilled at his work; careful and thoughtful; creative; quite an artisan. He is complete and timely with his communication and also arrived at the scheduled time without delay/finished it same day (though I'm guessing it took longer than he had planned). He did some unusual craftsmanship with the work at my house; I appreciated his ideas about this, his skill in completing it, and the outcome. He clearly wanted me to be very pleased when the job was completed. He was clear, fair, and reasonable re: expenses. I highly recommend him!
