Excellent service all the way around. Jim and his wife Marilyn are both friendly, professional, courteous, and offer a quality service. We will definitely use their service again. They try hard to arrange a time that will work for you, do the work themselves to quality standards, and call you up afterwards to make sure you were satisfied. They are the only place I will call from now on.

Jim was the utmost professional. I just moved into my home a short time prior and had not had time to get the carpets cleaned. There were really soiled with many stains. I did not think he would be able to get them out. He pretreated my carpets prior to cleaning. Much to my surprise all of the stains came up! I would most definitely use him again! I also want to comment on the customer service of the woman that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. She was so friendly and accommodating.Top notch!

I called around and left messages and emails to a couple other companies...with no responses....It was a weekend and by elderly mother took a bad fall in her room after midnight....there was a substantial amount of blood in the beige colored carpet...That Sunday afternoon I called Crystal Carpet Cleaners and was surprised someone answered the phone...because it was Sunday. The person that answered the phone was Marilyn and was so very polite and professional...I told her my situation and she scheduled the next morning that I was available...which was the Wednesday coming up. On the day of the cleaning the technician...I think his name was Kevin...he was prompt...very attentive and professional.I plan on continuing to use this company as my carpet cleaners...I plan on calling on them again in the Spring.l..Thank You

Both Marilyn and Jim were very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them. Marilyn is very friendly and answered all my questions over the phone in detail. Jim called me because of a problem on his truck (not his fault) and let me know that he was going to be delayed. He called me again when he was about 30 minutes away. I appreciated him taking the initiative to do this and letting me know when to expect him. Jim was very courteous. He worked hard and cleaned our carpets until they looked gorgeous. I didn't even want to walk on them after they were dry because they were pristine and perfect. Jim helped me move a couple of mattresses in order that the maximum square footage in the room could be cleaned even though technically, I would not expect someone to do that. He was very helpful. Lastly, Jim was very realistic about what he could and could not clean in the shower stall. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the results. Marilyn and Jim were great to work with. I so appreciated their hard work and attention to detail.

I initially called this company because of its high ratings on Angies List. The woman who answered my call was friendly and did a great job of asking pertinent questions to help give an accurate cost/time projection. She also did a good job of asking questions to clarify exactly what I needed, in terms of cleaning/deodorizing/protectants. She called the day ahead to confirm and tell me what time the technician would show up. He showed up within 10 minutes of estimated time and finished about the time he thought. He also asked good questions about what I needed and explained the limits of what was possible. Boy did he work hard! My family and I are very happy with the work done. The house smells clean(a miracle considering incontinent family members, both 2 and 4 legged ones) and the carpet looks terrific. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Crystal Carpet Care did an awesome job of cleaning my carpet. From the start, I had an immediate response from my email to make the appointment. I was scheduled within the week and was given detailed information about pricing and what to expect. I was absolutely satisfied with the cleaning, communication, and the follow up call to see if I was satisfied! Yes I was!!! I've asked that they notify me in a year's time to reschedule. I had no idea that my carpet could look new again. And, I haven't had any old stains resurface. That is pure satisfaction. I highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care. They are truly professional.

The technician was extremely nice and helpful. He worked quickly and methodically and did his best to really get all the problem areas cleaned, deodorized and then cared for with an enzyme cleaning solution to break down the cat urine. He was extremely polite and kind and he even helped me carry a large box up the stairs (I'm in the process of moving into a new place and he noticed me struggling). I highly recommend this company!!!

Did a great job, very helpful. Our carpets had been worn out and with a dog had gotten very dirty over 6 years. Crystal was prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. The wife (co-owner) even called the next day to followup on the work. Thanks Crystal!

When I called to make the appointment, I talked to Marilyn. She was very sweet, patient, and thorough about the whole process. She was the same when she called me with my appointment reminder. Jim came out to do the cleaning and was also very nice and professional. He did a great job. The house smells like new! I highly recommend them!

Kevin came out to do our carpets. He was on time, was very friendly, and did a fantastic job! When I called initially, I spoke with Marilyn. She was so kind and friendly. She called to remind me about the service appointment and called to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with Kevin's work. I was so impressed by our experience, I would highly recommend and will use Crystal Carpet again for our carpet cleaning needs.

Jim arrived exactly when I was told he would. He came inside to inspect the areas that we wanted cleaned. After I put our two cats in a room where they couldn't get out, Jim went right to work. We had Jim clean our Family Room, Dining area, Hallway, Master Bedroom, and walk-in closet as well as two large wool, area rugs. He started in the closet at the back of the house and worked his way to the front where he had entered. The area rugs were cleaned before the Family Room and Dining area where they were located, and then draped over furniture on the patio to dry overnight. Jim also sprayed Scotchgard on the carpets (not the area rugs) to help preserve the cleaning. I had a $25 Angie's List coupon which I used bringing the price down to $400. Jim did an amazing job, and we will be using this company again because of this and his professionalism. They also clean upholstery and grout. We'll have several reasons to bring this company back to our home.

Marilyn scheduled our appointment and was very helpful on the phone answering my questions. Jim was right on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and got out many stains from the previous owner's pets. The carpets were dry the next morning. We couldn't be happier, and we will definitely use Crystal Carpet Care in the future.

I talked to Marilyn who said Jim, her husband would be coming to do the job. I had a white couch which was past its best cleaned hoping to have it last another year or two. Jim showed up when he was supposed to and set to work. He spent longer cleaning that couch than the big guy (you know who) did when they came to do the couch and carpets! Would highly recommend a thorough professional job will use Jim again when its time for the carpets.. Marilyn is also a nice lady who set everything up...

The Carpet was really dirty. I was on the verge of replacing it because I thought it had no life left. I thought I it was worth the chance to see if I can get one more rental out of it. Crystal Carpet cleaning did a wonderful job. They tried hard to get all the stains out. Unbelievable, they got to a point that I could get one more rental out of it. Thanks Crystal Carpet.

I tried this because I thought I might need to replace the carpet. They did a terrific job and the carpet does not need to be changed this time. The carpet did not need to 100% stain free. I would say over 95% was clean. It was amazing. Thanks!

Company called in advance to confirm appointment and see if had any questions. They arrived on time and performed the cleaning without any hitches. They had advise me ahead of time that a few pet stains might not come out, but other than this the carpets looked great.

They were very responsive and professional. Jim warned us that our traffic patterns on a 20 year old carpet would not clean up. He was right. We picked them due to consumer report information. They met all the requirements ie certifications. The primary issue was the stretching of the carpet which not many carpet companies provide that service. Jim did this first then another employee cleaned the carpet. We are so pleased not to see the ripples in our carpet. Marilyn called to check up on the service and any concerns. We are pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning.

This was an excellent service! Jim did a real good job on my mother's furniture and carpets, and Marilyn was very prompt and professional setting it up. I then had them do the carpets in my home and was very satisfied :))

From the first contact, Jim and Marilyn were fabulous. Marilyn was able to schedule Jim to come out to our house and have a look within a very short time frame, which was very helpful! Jim was completely up front about the fact that cleaning the carpet may not remove all the cat urine odor, but I felt that it was worth a try before replacing what is fairly new carpet. I did, however, appreciate Jim's honesty very, very much. Jim's professionalism and honesty allow the customer to make his or her own decisions, rather than the alternative - not getting all the facts and spending money while uninformed. Marilyn is an absolute delight to work with on scheduling, and she was able to schedule Jim to clean the carpet within a very short time frame. It is VERY clear that both Jim and Marilyn are very professional and organized because the communication as to scheduling and the work was top notch. Finally, the carpet looks and smells great! If some odor returns, so be it, but - to emphasize again - Jim was upfront and honest from the get-go that cleaning can't always conquer cat pee, so I'm beyond pleased with the service and would absolutely hire them again. He looked it over and said I would love your business but because the carpet was so worn he knew we would not be happy. He said the carpet was worn out and we would not get the results we were looking for just by cleaning it. He showed us how the high traffic areas were worn and would not respond well to the cleaning. He was very personable and on time. he was great.

They came out to my home that very same day and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They even cleaned the area leading into the bedroom. I will certainly call them again. They are great!
