Left a message on my first call. It was promptly returned. An estimate was given over the phone and I was told the name of the man who would do the cleaning. I asked if there was any senior or that kind of discount. Since I asked, she told me that there was a coupon and she'd give me that price. The lady who called was very friendly and cordial. A time was set up. On the day the carpet was to be cleaned I received a call that the cleaner would be about an hour late. That was fine with me since I still have furniture to move. The carpet cleaner was courteous and careful. He moved a couch and chair and put protection under the feet so they wouldn't stain the wet carpeting. He also gave me something to put under the legs of chairs, etc. I needed to move in from outside before the carpet was completely dried. I received a call again the next day asking how everything went. Overall, it was a good experience and we'd use the company again.

I made the appointment and on the day of the work he was kind enough to call and keep me updated on his true arrival time which I appreciated. When he arrived he confirmed that he would charge the estimated amount as it seemed to be accurate. It took him about 1 1/2 hrs. to spot and clean everything. The carpets look great!

They got here on time, right when they said they would. They did a real good job with my carpet. I was going to call them to tell them what good work they did, but they actually called me first to follow up and see if I needed anything else done. I m very pleased with their service.

Arrived on time, was friendly and got started quickly. All stains were removed and he made sure to put paper protection between wet carpet and furniture to avoid rust/rot, etc. They were great at giving me a quote over the phone and even followed up the next business day to make sure I was satisfied.

The workers are punctual and do a good job. And we get a follow up call from the owners to assure that we're satisfied. Highly recommended.

WE HAVE BEIGE CARPET AND THREE DOGS - NOT A GOOD COMBINATION. CRYSTAL CARPET CARE CLEANED AND DEODORIZED AND MANAGED TO REMOVE ALL TRACES THAT PETS LIVE IN THE HOUSE. THEY WORK CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY TO LEAVE THE CARPETS LOOKING GOOD AS NEW. WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH.

THEY SEEM TO BE PRETTY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. I APPRECIATE THEIR PRICE. THEY HAD A MIX-UP THE DAY OF THE SERVICE. ONE WORKER DID NOT SHOW UP, BUT ANOTHER SHOWED UP AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK I HAD DONE. THE GUY THAT DID THE WORK WAS THE OWNER. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT DIFFERENT CLEANING SYSTEMS AND STAIN REMOVAL.
