CRYSTAL CARPET CARE

My renter moved out and upon inspection I found dog urine stains throughout the house. I used a rug doctor steam cleaner to remove the stains and odor, however found that it would take more than that. I called and spoke to Marilyn, who asked very detailed questions, told me what to expect and gave me a precise cost estimation (only varying based on the amount of enzyme they might have to use). The technician was able to come out the next day. When he arrived, he performed a moisture probe and determined that the carpet was unserviceable due to extreme urine contamination. He called me immediately, in order to prevent further unnecessary costs. I really appreciated the professionalism from all folks involved in my interaction with the company.

I called and got an answering machine, left msg, and the call was promptly returned. They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours I don't know if this is typical or if the scheduling gods were just in my corner this time, but I was very pleased at this. The end of my work day is very fluid, and they were able to work with me to find a time that worked for both of us. They arrived promptly, were friendly, and did the job quickly. I had some pretty bad dirty paths in the traffic pattern, and I'm very pleased at how they cleaned up.

Jim showed up exactly at the time agreed upon, was well informed as to what needed to be done, explained how and what he would be doing, and did so very efficiently. He treated parts of the carpet with enzymes for removal of odor. Some of our carpet is bleached out from previous problems, but the rest of our carpeting looks great, much better than before.

When I called for an estemate, I was given the price. When the work was completed, the price was the same...no hidden fees! The gentleman that cleaned our carpets and upolstery was on time, professional and did a fantastic job. I was concerned about our family room with very high traffic areas. The carpet came out beautiful. We will gladly use them again.

They were all really nice to work with, from my initial phone call to ask questions, to the follow up call.

He was on time, took really good care of my furniture, and worked really quickly. And he even got out a stain that I thought for sure would never come out.

They are efficient and it seems like a reasonable price. The service is good, they come out when they say they are going to, and they are friendly. It is an all around good experience and I would recommend them.

I contacted Crystal Carpet Care, the woman I spoke with was very nice and professional. She asked some questions about house size and any special needs (ie: problems stains) my carpeting had. She was able to give me a price range over the phone, and was able to meet my scheduling needs by coming out the following week. I was not home when the carpets were cleaned, but my husband said there were no problems and that the person cleaning the carpets was friendly and responsive to the areas we wanted special attention paid to. The whole house smelled very nice from the cleaning, and most of the problem stains were gone. I received a follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the work, as well as a hand written thank you note. I was very happy with the professionalism of this company and would definately use them again.

The service person showed up on time and walked through the area - he wasn't sure if the pet stains were permanent or would come out. They did. The carpets look like new again.

They did a wonderful job. They were very professional and worked alone. I did leave them in the house alone. They did the job without any supervision. They left and locked the house and left the property in great shape.

I used them two times. They are a local company and have been around for a long time. They have a really good reputation in this area. They get you an appointment as soon as they can. They follow up to make sure everything is good. From my experience with other carpet cleaning companies, they don't try to get you to use services that you don't need, which is nice. I am planning to use them again in about six months.

They were excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I wasn't there when they did it, but they did a fantastic job. They got out some very difficult stains. They were very thorough. Their price was consistent with the bid they gave me. They were very prompt. They called us afterward to make sure everything was fine.

The cleaner arrived a little late, but called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived and walked through the house asking where I wanted him to pay particular attention. I showed him the stains that we made in the house. He warned that red stains may not come up, but he would try. I left to run some errands and came back a couple of hours later. The cleaner had already left (I paid when he first arrived) and cleaned my front door rug as well as all of the carpets. I was absolutely amazed at how well ALL of the stains came up! Stains that were there when we moved in (after another company had cleaned the carpets) were gone! The house smelled amazing as well. He also left a free bottle of spot treatment. I will definitely use again and now plan on having my carpets cleaned every 6 months. I received a follow-on call from the manager the next day to see how it went. He was also very polite and let me know there was a stain that the cleaner could not get up. I did not notice and neither did the property manager. She also commented on how awesome it looked. Really, I thought the carpets were going to need to be replaced, they looked so terrible. After the cleaning, they looked like new!

Carpet looks good as new. They were on time, followed up, and the phone estimate was accurate. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I contacted Crystal Carpet Care based on the wonderful reviews here on Angie's List. My technician, Nick, was polite and professional. He was very diligent and even took the time to explain to me that the cleaning solution will tend to smear ink on the labels that are sewn into furniture, but that once it dried, there wouldn't be a problem with smudges. It was a nice touch that he took the time to mention this. I also appreciated the fact that he was running a little early--he called to let me know that this was the case, and that he would be showing up sooner than anticipated. The work itself was done very well. My furniture is usually slipcovered, but needed some freshening up and the ottoman did have a few drool stains from one of my dogs. The 3 items are all microfiber and now look as good as new! I would definitely use this company again. They even called a couple of days after the appointment just to check in and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

It went well! Scheduling service was quick and easy. Carpets were cleaned within 48 hours of the initial call. The worker arrived precisely on time...my guess is that he arrived within 30 seconds of the time promised. Extra effort was spend cleaning the soiled areas. When the work was completed, the carpets looked better than I had hoped. One nice touch was that a temporary insulation barrier was installed at the door where the vacuum hose entered the house. Since the work was performed on a cold windy day, the barrier helped keep the house comfortable and probably saved a few dollars on our heating bill. A follow-up call was received from the owner the next day to check to see if we were satisfied with the service. We will use Crystal the next time we need carpet care.

Gave detailed description of work they perform when called for estimate. Straight forward explanation and answers to detailed questions. The job took over three hours, but care was taken to remove spots.

He didn't clean the back of the sofa, even though he claimed he did. Everything else was fine. He did an excellent job in everything that he did.
