We had out of town guests coming in for the holidays that had cat allergies and I wanted to be a good host and at least the area where everybody would be congregating would be somewhat low on the dander side. Marilyn was very professional in explaining the work and gave estimate. I made an appointment about a month later and the price quoted would be used for the job. They called me the night before to confirm the appointment. Jim Showed up with 1 min to spare for the appointed time, that was the comments I had read prior, on Angies list comments, had mentioned. He prepared and cleaned the areas and furniture taking extra effort and care. I was very impressed that he leaned the loveseat and couch to get underneath carpet cleaned. Took about 2 hours. I highly recommend their services to anyone, very professional and honest.

Went great! Nick showed on time as arranged, cleaned the carpet, nice, friendly and informative employee. It was a great price for the amount of cleaning. I was especially impressed that Marilyn called the day before to confirm the appointment and called the day after to check on how everything went. Love this company! Marilyn was pleasant and responsive when booking, and she worked with us when we needed to reschedule. Jim arrived a bit late (but called before hand to let me know), and got immediately to work. The product he used smelled pleasant (citrus), and the carpet looked great when he was done. He was very personable. We plan on using them again!

I got them from Angie’s list. They were great. I will use them again. It’s a family owned business. They are sort of dealing with the business owners. They called, explained, and made sure everything was okay. They seemed to be very knowledgeable. We have two cats and two dogs and they were messing up. They were knowledgeable and seemed to know how to handle the pet problems. I would recommend them and I have recommended them to others. The guy who came out was the owner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went in and out and took care not to damage anything. I would use them in the future.

We had a piece of carpet that had ink spilled on it. Crystal Carpet Care took a piece of carpet out of the closed to replace the damaged carpet. They were very careful about making sure the replaced section would blend in with the rest of the carpet. After the repair was done, they did a great job cleaning out carpet. I would definitely use them again.

We have carpet in our finished basement that was a little more than a year old, but with general use and a dog, needed a cleaning to refresh it. We didn't have any stains, etc. Overall we were very happy with this provider. Marilyn is the nicest person you will ever talk to, she set up our appointment and was very accommodating of fitting our job in before we had house guests. Jim came to the house to do the cleaning and was very quick and professional and particularly dog friendly. The carpet looked new again and smelled great. I was concerned about an overly chemical or perfume smell and the cleaner they use smells freshly clean but not fake. We will definitely have them back this year.

We had a great experience with Crytal Carpet Cleaning. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning our beat up old carpets. We will absolutely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Crystal did a superb job! Before he started, he advised us that some of the stains might not come out or might come back. After he was done the carpet looked newly-installed. He even left some spotting fluid fo subsequent pet stains.

I?ve been very pleased with them; they are good. They have done a great job in the past. I will use them again in the future when I need a carpet cleaned. I have a three bedroom house and I think they charge about $200 plus 10% tax. They are quite reasonable, compared to the other places I have used prior to them. The people that come out are very professional. They are on time. Their cleaner does a good job. He is very efficient. One thing I like about them is that it is a small family owned business and not a big company. I prefer that.

Professionally scheduled and reminded us of cleaning date. Nick arrived on time and did a complete survey of the extremely dirty carpet. Renter had 2 teen boys..they cleaned car parts in their bedroom...(on light honey colored carpet)...Nick did a great job on this disaster. We were pleasantly surprised at the outcome...in 2000 square feet of carpet only one bedroom has to be replaced and not because Nick didn't give it all he could. Car grease just doesn't behave. We will call Crystal Carpet Care again...because all other rooms look as good as new..and that was a gift...

their worker was prompt, friendly, professional,went right to work and cleaned my whole house top to bottom in a few hours. They did an amazing job on the heavily soiled areas, and were very honest about the areas that they probably wouldn't be able to get out. The carpets still lookmgreat and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. This is the first time I've ever gotten a follow up call from a carpet cleaning company to see if I was happy. The whole experience was pleasurable.

We scheduled the cleaning; I thought we had scheduled it for today and they thought we were talking about next Thursday. When no one showed up at the appointed time I called, and got an immediate call back. When Jim realized what had happened, he volunteered to reschedule his day, come over to our place immediately, and do the cleaning. He was there within 45 minutes, and did a great job. He was very professional and very gracious, particularly considering I am convinced it was my mistake on the original scheduling.

Top notch customer service, very conscientious and professional. Have used them a few times; they consistently provide the highest quality work, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Cannot recommend them more highly.

I had to change the appt several times, but they were cheerful and courteous. Tech arrived promply and did an excellent job. Owner called me later to see how it went. He even cut off a piece of the excess carpet for me to use at the front door.

I contacted Marilyn for an estimate - she was very polite, prompt and helpful and I'm sure the subsquent minor price confusion was on my end. There was a little bit of juggling of schedule but it didn't affect our plans that day and they were great with communicating the arrival and estimated completion times. There is no polite way to put this - we have cats that consistantly throw up furballs and cat food and Crystal did a great job removing all the evidence! After Jim arrived I thought to ask about getting a sofa cleaned as well but the schedule was pretty tight and I respect that he couldn't add that in and risk affecting the next customer. Next time. As for pricing - the estimate provided over the phone did not include the basement (playroom) because I was hesitating on whether or not to do that room so I was a little surprised when the total was announced. Juggling a toddler, I probably just didn't catch that detail in our discussion. They did honor the Angie's List discount, so that helped.

The office was pleasant and responsive. The man who came was prompt, professional and friendly. I felt fine with him in my home. The office followed up the next day by phone to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would certainly use them again.

I was impressed with the company's professionalism from my initial call to inquire about services, to the actual service performed, to the follow-up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that had been completed. The owner of the company actually performed the work and had a good working knowledge of how to deal with our various pet issues. The heavy equipment is truck mounted so the only gear that is in the house is the hose and extractor nozzle. Even so, Jim used corner protectors and padding in appropriate places to avoid damaging any walls or baseboards. All of the stains we had came out and the carpets look good as new.
