It does not come better than this when it comes to carpet cleaning and great service! Marilyn was great about keeping in contact with us, even calling when she was on vacation to check that all went well. Frank cleaned the carpets and his service was also exemplary. He arrived on time, was prompt and thourough. Everything was explained to us,recommendations about how to keep it clean were provided. One area rug they cleaned was such a surprise - cleaned thoroughly, we discovered all new clear colors we had never seen. Marilyn is extremely responsive - she called to follow up on the service and when we sheepishly mentioned that one carpet (admittedly old and made of who knows what) had looked unusual, she had Frank come back and redo until it was looking great. No additonal cost and done very promptly. If professional carpet cleaning is not something you are accustomed to doing, this company is the place to go. They explain and follow up and are polite, welcoming and professional.

We were really happy with how clean the carpets were and called them again to clean our rental unit. They did an excellent job there, also.

They Frank Beavers was the tech the was sent out on this job. He arrived one hour early after calling first. He was very professional and was very careful around the wall taking extra care on the stairs. The put block under the furniture that was to bulky to be moved. and moved the wing chairs in living room and got underneath. All in all a much more enjoyable to work with then past companies I have used when nothing was moved. Frank also left booties to keep our feet dry and spot remover to use as need since I share my house with one cat and two dogs. He also explained how long to wait before removing the blocks and putting things back on the floor.

The experience was wonderful. I spoke with Jim to get a quote for the work on cleaning the upholstery on two recliners and a four piece sectional. I was able to get a quote over the phone, and the price was great! I was able to get an appointment two days later to have the work done. Frank was the technician that provided the service. My appointment time was 11:30 to 12:00. Frank called to let me know he was going to be running about fifteen minutes past twelve which was very much appreciated. Frank evaluated the pieces to confirm the phone estimate, and was able to provide me an additional $25 off the price for being an Angie's List customer. Frank quickly got to work and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use the company again. Additionally, Marilyn called today to confirm that I was completely satisfied with the job performed. Great customer service! Expert knowledge! Friendly staff! Great pricing and value! What more could I ask for?

From my initial call to the cleaning technician driving away everything went as smooth as glass. The technician was thorough and fast and put everything that was too big to move into the kitchen up on foam blocks so the wood feet wouldnt get water damaged.

Arrived at 0730 as agreed. Finished at 1230 for a total of 5 hours non-stop.

I was so impressed with Frank's friendliness and helpful attitude. The whole 3 step cleaning process lasted only 90 minutes, and my very old and stained carpet now looks brand new! I will now not wait so long to have my carpet cleaned, due to having this cost efficient and pleasant experience with this amazing company!

I looked at carpet cleaning services online from Angie's list. I dialed the number I thought was for this 'special deal' only to discover I misread the advertisement. The man on the phone at crystal care carpet couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Without hesitation he said I certainly could call the intended company if I wanted or...yes, he could match the advertised price. Since I was unfamiliar with either company ~ I decided to go with this company. They offered convenient scheduling and prompt service. Frank did a great job. When he left I thought how fortunate I was to have made this 'mistake'! A lady called the next day asking if we were happy. YES WE ARE. Thanks crystal carpet care!

Called Crystal Cleaning because of the great reviews from others on Angie's List. I initially figured there was no way a carpet cleaning company could have such stellar reviews however I soon discovered I was wrong. I called Marilyn to obtain a quote, she was very friendly and detailed. The price was very reasonable so I booked an appointment for the morning after the New Year. After booking it, I realized I had conflicting commitments with the initial appointment time. I called on New Year's Day to see if I could move my appointment back half an hour. I figured no one would be in the office due to the holiday but thought I could leave a message to catch them the following day before the appointment. To my surprise Jim answered the phone! I explained my situation concerning the arrival time, he moved his schedule around to accommodate me; all the while very helpful and I was never made to feel it was an inconvenience. Frank showed up promptly as scheduled, placing booties on his feet before surveying the work to be performed. Upon reviewing the area to be cleaned he went straight to work. He did a fantastic job, he even asked if he could do a entryway rug at no charge - wow! After the work was completed, he left booties along with a bottle of stain remover should be need it in the future (again, this was provided without charge). The next day Marilyn followed up with a call to ensure all the work was performed to our satisfaction. It was at this point I realized Crystal Carpet Cleaning was truly in a league of their own when it comes to satisfying their customers. It is no surprise this company has the type of scores on Angie's List. They put their customers first! Take note other companies because this is how customers should be treated!

Jim came right on time and got to work. He did a marvelous job! The carpets looked better than when they were first installed. Even the high traffic areas were beautiful. His wife is the person I spoke to on the phone, and talk about great customer service! She was the best, and even called the next day as a followup to see if we were happy with the work done. I appreciate that kind of attention after a job is done. We highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care!

I called the folks at Crystal Carpet Care on very short notice and they were able to accomate my rather limited schedule. Jeff wore cover ups over his shoes so as not to soil my newly shampooed carpet. He also applied a covering over the door (it was very cold and windy that day) as he ran his equipment through the house so as not to cause a draft. My carpets looked and smelled great in the end. I'm very happy with his work. Ms. Marilyn was super nice on the phone and even followed up with me the day after the service was performed. I told her, as I am telling you that I am very grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Crystal and was immediately impressed as Marilyn explained the costs and the specific times they could perform their services. I had always cleaned my own carpets in the past and had never hired a professional.After explaining this to Marilyn and telling her I had a coupon for a three room trial, she happily scheduled us for just the three rooms. The job Jim did on our carpets was vastly superior to my do it yourself efforts, and I will have them back to clean all the carpets in spring.

We got a reminder call a day or two before, and he showed up on time and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I'd recommend Crystal to anyone.

Marilyn, who has a lovely and professional phone presence, provided me with an estimate, scheduled the carpet cleaning, and re-scheduled when it turned out I had a conflict. Jim showed up exactly on time, took a look at all the carpeted areas, and told me what to expect from the service. The carpet looked fantastic when he got finished. Everything dried within 12 hours. I was extremely pleased. Crystal Cleaning did a much better job than my previous carpet cleaning service--spots I thought were permanent were removed and the whole job reflected an attention to detail that can be hard to find. I love that when you call you get a real person, not a machine. After the job was complete, Marilyn called later that day to check on whether I had any concerns or questions. Great job, great service.

Before moving into a rather large house, we wanted to clean all the carpet areas of the entire house. Marilyn was a delight to talk to over the phone to get the appointment set up. Unlike a competitor who I talked to first (and come highly rated also) & was gruff & wouldn't give me any cost information over the phone, Marilyn was friendly and asked several questions before giving me a rough cost estimate over the phone. I thought the per-sqft cost was pretty low compared to a couple of other companies I researched. On the day of appointment, Jim showed up right on time. He was courteous, careful & worked hard to clean all the areas and an area rug that I forgot to mention over the phone. The result was a squeaky clean house with nice smell afterwards and the carpets looked awesome. The final bill came out slightly more than the phone estimate given that the stairs were slightly larger than expected and I asked to clean the area rug too which were all very understandable. Jim gave me a discount for just mentioning Angie's list, no coupon needed. I thought the end result was fabulous & the cost was absolutely reasonable. The next day, I got a call from Marilyn to follow up on the service - I've used many contractors but this was a rare treat. I also got a thank you card in the mail several days later. Overall, great service, very reasonable price, and I am one very happy customer. Would definitely use them again.

Last November, only days after Jim had done an excellent job cleaning my carpets, a drain backed up and water came into my carpeted basement room. I called Marilyn and she thought Jim could do something about the soaked carpet so she sent him as soon as possible. He painstakingly soaked up the water with a special device that pressed down on the carpet as it vacuumed up the water. Two days later the carpet was completely dry with no lingering odor. Sadly, the same drain backed up again this year (gotta do something about that drain!) so I called Crystal Carpet Care and JIm came out and worked his magic again. I also had him clean the carpets in the rest of the house plus a chair and love seat. Marilyn is wonderful on the phone, sympathetic, concerned, professional, and helpful. And Jim is all about the cleaning. He is careful, meticulous, and accommodating. When I asked him not to let my cats out of the house, he installed a device to close the gap in the doorway caused by his hoses so the cats couldn't go through. My carpets and upholstery looked great when he finished with them. From the time I call, through scheduling and the actual cleaning, to the follow up phone call (they actually call to make sure you are happy with their work!), Marilyn and Jim are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care and I wish all the businesses I work with were as good.

Our cat had urinated on the carpet in the master bedroom, so I was in a state of panic trying to find somebody who would answer on a Sunday, and Marilyn did! I explained to Marilyn what had happened, and she was very helpful in telling me what to do until they could make it out Monday morning (thank you) and explained the process that they would use to help with the cat accident. The price she quoted for the bedroom was very reasonable, so I decided to do have the other areas cleaned as well. Frank called me about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time (as I requested) and he showed up right on time! He took extra care with the problem area (the last area to dry) and gave me a bottle of spot cleaner and some recommendations for the next time an accident occurs. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely use this company again in the future.

I was very pleased from start to finish with Crystal Carpet Care, I left a message with them and got a quick call back from Marilyn who was very nice and helpful with getting me a quote on my sectional. I had to send a picture via e-mail to get the most accurate quote. For my 5 piece sectional it cost $180 which went down to $155 with an online coupon from Angie's list. Frank was a 15 minutes early which was great, although I wish he would have called first. He did a very quick and thorough job and was very courteous and professional. Marilyn called me the next day and asked if everything went well. I did get a cheaper quote from a competitor but got a better vibe from Crystal Carpet and trust is worth the extra price to me.

Our carpets needed cleaning, and we didn't hesitate to call Crystal Carpet Care, as we have hired Jim every couple years for at least a decade now. Why? Because Jim is very good, and it shows by how good the carpets look by the time he's done. He is prompt, courteous, and very good at what he does at a reasonable price. My wife absolutely loves how great the house looks now. So all is good . . . I mean great!

Jim did a wonderful, quick job of cleaning my carpets....I was very pleased with the outcome. We also had scotchguarding done-- and already had a spill that was easily cleaned! With two dogs and a teenage boy, I think I will be using their services again in the future. I'm already considering having the rooms that weren't done this time cleaned... PS- their "spot" cleaner is great stuff! I've already used my bottle completely!

The carpets look great. They took about 12 hours to completely dry (probably due to how dirty they were). The service was professional and fast. It took only 2 1/2 house to clean our house. I spoke to Marilyn both before and after the cleaning. She was very informative about what kinds of discoloration I was seeing in my carpets. She called back after the carpets had been cleaned to see how everything went and to make sure that I was satisfied. I will definitely have them back when my carpets need to be cleaned again.

Great company. I loved working with Marilyn. She's my new best friend. Marilyn told me what they were going to do and the price they would charge. They did what they said and charged me the quoted price. This shouldn't seem exemplary, but it is anymore. Their service was fantastic, punctual, quick, and professional. We had 2 rooms with carpet stains from heavy traffic and were going to replace the carpets (10 YO) that have never lived up to expectations. Crystal Carpet Care made them look new and saved us many hundreds, likely thousands, of dollars that it would have cost to replace. We are new, return customers.
