Very timely, great communication, good price, professional and overall great service/ experience. Very respectful of my time and my home. Carpets look and smell great. Got many of the small spots/ discolorations out. Will definitely call them again!

I am so happy that I called this company. From the time I spoke to Marilyn to the time Jim left after cleaning the carpets, I have nothing but postive things to say. Marilyn was helpful in scheduling my appointment, Jim arrived on time, did a fabulous job and the carpets look fantastic. I highly recommend Cyrstal Carpet Care to anyone looking for this service.

Frank, who provided the service, was very nice and was very efficient. When he was done, he went over the details with husband. Marilyn (I believe was her name) was who I conversed with multiple times to schedule the cleaning. She was very responsive, friendly and helpful. This is a great service and company!

Service was prompt and the carpets looked good the day they were done by the technician. However, the next morning, I noticed brown stains in several areas. I called the office and Marilyn scheduled Jim to come out and take a look. He did and immediately identified the cause of the stains (browning) and explained how they happened and how I could fix it next time. He sprayed the stains to restore pH balance and the carpets looked great after that.

Excellent as usual. This is my 3rd or 4th annual cleaning and I love this company. Marilyn in the office is always so responsive and receptive. Scheduling or emergency rescheduling is never a problem. Frank has been here the past two years and is polite, prompt and thorough. He does a great job. Love these guys!

The customer service on the phone was outstanding, the rep got all the details and provided me with accurate information and pricing. She honored the online coupon I had seen, even though I did not have the coupon in my possession. They were available to complete the service on the day I requested down to the time of day. The service provider was on time and did a fine job, and the carpets came out in good condition (I had considered replacing them but was wanting to hold off through one more renter). The pet deodorizer was a great option and worth the extra pricing. This company uses water heated in the truck for a much better clean than "do it yourself" machines. I will use this company in the future.

Marilyn was great when I called to vmake the appointment. Jim came out and did a complete and very professional job. Extremely satisfied. Already have recommended them to friends & family.

I contacted several companies for quotes on cleaning our (very dirty) carpets for a short sale we just purchased. Crystal Carpet Care was the cheapest initial quote. We later had Jim come out for an on-site quote, and the price was higher, but we expected that to be true since the carpets were much worse than anything I could have conveyed over email. I decided to also have our master shower cleaned. The results were amazing! The work was better than I imagined and the house looked brand new. A couple of spots did not come out, but we were informed that that might be the case and weren't surprised due to the severity of those spots. The rest of the work was so fantastic I didn't mind. You will not find better customer service at this company. Prompt replies to calls and emails, timeliness in arrival, and very polite and cooperative throughout all the confusion going on in our house at the time. As long as we live in the South Sound, I will never call anyone else to do our carpet and tile.

VERY happy with the results! Jim was prompt vey personal and did a fantastic job on our home and furniture. We will be moving across country next month and our carpets looked dingy and had spots from our daughter and 2 dogs....no more! Jim took care into having me walk around and showing him the trouble spots taking extra time to get the carpet looking fresh. Positive experience from the first phone call; Marilyn was like talking to my favorite Aunt ? she wanted to hear about our upcoming move, when I got off the phone I told my husband WOW I feel like I'm really being taken care of by this Company! They did a great job. Their customer service was the best I have experienced in a long time. From the time I made the appointment until the the van pulled away from the driveway we were treated like their favorite customer. We will be recommending them to our friends and be using them for a long time.

From my first phone conversation, to their follow-up phone call after the work was completed, this is a first-rate company! I had read the reviews on Angie's List and they did not let me down. During my initial phone conversation with Marilyn, she answered all my questions and was able to schedule our carpet cleaning to suit our needs. She called the day before the scheduled cleaning, with a reminder call and made a follow up call the day after, to make certain we were pleased with the service. Jim called the morning of, to let me know he would be able to come earlier than planned which worked perfectly for me. I couldn't be happier with the cleaning itself. We had some heavily soiled areas which Jim was able to clean. I had removed as much furniture, etc. as possible before hand, but did not expect him to be able to clean beneath our heavy sofa and love seat. I was wrong! Jim was willing and able to tip them forward and clean underneath. Never before have I had a carpet cleaner willing to do that! I felt their prices were competitive, Jim's knowledge and quality of work superior and their over all service and professionalism, was "top notch"! I will definitely use them again.

Jim (the technician) arrived right on time! He was courteous and professional and set directly to work. The whole process took only an hour and left my carpets looking (and smelling) brand new! Marilyn (the scheduler) was a joy to speak to. She was accommodating and sweet and explained their rate system simply. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I had a window of time appointed, but they called and asked if they could come by a little earlier than scheduled. A very nice young man came in, looked at the carpets, and gave me an estimate lower than the phone estimate I had been given. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it in less than an hour. My carpets look amazing!

Called one day and received a return call the next. The appointment was set up, and then Marilyn called back and asked if I minded if they came at an earlier time. Frank showed up on time, and completed the job in about an hour and a half. Some minor pet stains are still visible, but you have to know where to look, so we're not complaining. Sure was easier than doing it myself.

I had used other carpet care companies before so I was thinking to try something different, try someone new. Crystal Carpet Care's customer service is remarkable. I was just amazed with the person on the phone, it's like "I want to hire you, you're good." The fellow came out to do the carpet cleaning and he was "I can't promise you I can get these stains out" but they did a very good job. I would recommend them. I was pleased with the outcome but more than that, I was pleased with the phone service with making the appointment and the follow-up they do after the made the cleaning. I'm very pleased with the customer service. I think they aim to please and I did not have a need for them to come back like they missed a spot or "I want you to do it again" but I get the sense that they will be more than willing to do that if I was not happy. I think they would have gone the extra mile to make sure I was.

Prompt, well done. Appreciated the follow up call a couple days later to check on satisfaction with the work. Wish they would move some of the lighter furniture, but I guess that's how it goes! We are repeat customer.

Jim did a terrific job! He was punctual, courteous, and professional. The results were far better than I ever anticipated or expected. I highly recommend this company!
