I have used them several times and was always extremely happy. Came back the next day to check on everything, when carpet was dry he laid the carpet and made sure everything was clean. They are always so helpful.

The carpet never looked so good. The carpet is almost 20 years old and Crystal Carpet Care cleaned and mananged to remove almost all spots! The Crystal Carpet Care Crew are friendly, efficient, and skilled in cleaning carpet. They are the best and I am almost looking forward to when I can call them again.

I live in one of those tall, skinny in-flll houses and Jim was able to clean and restretch the carpet on the top floor of my house. He deserves a medal for hauling his equipment up that many stairs. He came prepared with the right amount of hose and everything he needed to get the job done. The carpet was like new when he was done, and his wife, Marilyn called us a couple of days later to make sure that we were satisfied with their service. Great work and great customer service, can't beat that!

Jim arrived promptly. We spoke about what rooms needed to be cleaned. Jim efficiently and professionally worked through each room. We had an issue with the bottoms of my furniture which left an off-colored imprint in the carpet. Jim suggested the furniture might have been put down on a wet carpet. I told him I've never had that kind of problem before. He, thankfully, was able to remove most of those marks. Jim and Marilyn were both a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants an ethical and professional job done and will plan on using this company again.

They were just very professional from my first contact with them by phone to the completion of the job. I felt very comfortable having Jim in my home & he did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I would definitely use their service again.

Fast & Professional. Ended up getting it two hours earlier (they called to ask) than originally planned, I think they were two hours ahead of schedule which was nice. Gave me the price up front and processed it before even starting, and thought it was reasonable. Carpets came out a few shades brighter and smell a heck of a lot better too. Will re-use this service in the future.

My carpets look great! I had them cleaned two weeks ago. They were very professional and polite. I felt very comfortable talking to him and having him in my house. They followed up the next day to see if I was satisfied. I will definitely be using them in the future.

They were excellent. My dog had gotten in a car accident and there was a lot of blood to clean up. It was the weirdest situation because I had to go somewhere the people above me let her in, but they didn't notice that she was hurt. She was in the house for three hours by herself. They were excellent. He let me know ahead of time that they may not get all of it out just because of the amount of blood. He said I might have to come out again, I don't know, you don't know if it will lift up afterwards. It came out really good.

My dog ate a bunch of chocolate and vomited multiple times on my light colored carpet. I was in a panic thinking I would need to get new carpets but when he left, my carpets looked like new. I was amazed. Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I most certainly will be calling. Great service and great work!!!

I first contacted Jim at Crystal Carpet Care back in November to have him come and take a look at a couple of areas in my carpet that I thought might need repair before a thorough cleaning. He came out and determined that my carpet actually did not need repair. I thought that was very honest of him because he could have said they needed repair anyway and charged me for something I didn't need. Anyway, I also had him give me an estimate for carpet cleaning. I was very impressed with Jim's kindness and professionalism. His company had such good reviews on AngiesList that I thought I could not go wrong. Finally, I called him back and had him come out to clean my carpets. He arrived promptly on time on our scheduled date and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. In fact, they looked good as new.

This is the second time we've used this company. They are Top Notch!

We have a home with about 1700 sq.ft. of white wall-to-wall carpet. After almost 10 years in the house, the edges of the carpet had suffered from dark dust being blown up through gaps in the floors and through the carpet edges, making them almost black. We described this condition to Crystal(Mrs. Marilyn Torrence), who advised us that they could perform a special cleaning treatment on the edges, as this was a condition with which they are familiar. When Mr. Torrence came to perform the cleaning, he gave the edges a lot of extra attention, at least as much as the whole rest of the carpeted area. As a result of his efforts, the carpet is clean and the edges do not show the black color as they did before. | |We are very pleased with the cleaning that Crystal Carpet did for us. Mrs. Torrence talked us through the estimate process, advised us what was the probable cause of the darkened edges, what they might be able to do about it, and gave us an estimate price based on the information we provided to her. Mr. Torrence arrived to do the cleaning exactly on schedule, and went about the process in a completely unobtrusive manner. He confirmed the estimate of price by actual walk-through. He was careful to answer all our questions concerning moisture and returning furniture to the cleaned areas, and provided us with shoe covers to use while the carpet was wet and protectors for the furniture legs. His equipment appears to be excellent and well maintained, and he did an excellent job for us. The next time we need our carpets cleaned, we will definitely call on Crystal Carpet Cleaning.

It went fine as usual. I have used this company for eight years and they do a great job. One time I had cut my toe right after they had cleaned my carpets and got blood all over the carpets and they came back and got the stains out at a discounted rate.

I had my wife set this up when she usually does not handle dealing with any contractors. I have to say I was very, very impressed with not only the quality of the job they did, but their utmost professionalism and courtesy from the beginning (setting up the appt) through the actual work. They were very thorough in explaining what to expect and then followed through in every way. Very well done and will use them every time in the future!

4 Bedrooms, one stairs, one living room, on TV room, one hallway.

AMAZING!! I called them in the morning of the day of service to see if they had anything available that day and since I live close they were more than accommodating. They had Kevin out there at the scheduled time and I let Kevin know that I was kind of in a hurry to get Downtown. Kevin worked quickly and was out of there in about 45 minutes. Amazing job, I didn't think it could clean up as well as my carpet did. Kevin was very professional and a very nice guy. Marilyn was very accomodating with the schedule and very nice to deal with. I will be a repeat customer.

This is the second time I have used Crystal Carpet care. Both times I have been extremely pleased. The life of my almost 14 year old carpet keeps getting extended. Amazing what careful, thorough carpet cleaning can do! From the initial scheduling to the actual appointment and through to the follow up phone call to check on whether or not I was satisfied, Crystal Carpet exceeded my expectations.

Cleaned about 800 square feet of carpet, consisting of one living area and associated hallways on the first floor, the master bedroom area and associated hallways on the second floor, a small office and the set of stairs leading to the second floor. |We were very satisfied with the quality of work and we were especially pleased with how well the stairs turned out.

They took their time , spending a total of 4.5 hours to do the work. They were able to get out stains on the carpet that two other companies failed to get out and they did a great job cleaning the soil filtration stains along the walls. They got most of it out and it all looks so fresh and clean. I highly recomment this company. It was a pleasure to work with John Suri, the scheduler.

called on to ask about services, very nice and friendly, made apt for next day, and Frank came as scheduled, agreed on price and he went to work, he was prgfessional and friendly and did a good job cleaning the carpet and informing me of some of my problem area's ( as I already knew) but appreciated it. All went well and I am completely satisfied with their work !
