They arrived earlier than quoted and wrapped up on time. They were quite friendly and professional.

They were hired to make the repairs required, and we will use them for annual maintenance. They are very professional, and responsive to our septic issues.

Martin discovered that our routine pumping request was just a small part of the work we needed done. Turns out our system had become flooded as a result of a clogged line leading to our distribution box. He explained how and why this could happen, laid out our options and recommended another company that was better equipped to fully diagnose and repair the problem. We ended up contacting his referral, then having Greenworks return to repump after needed repairs were made. Greenworks initial estimate was in line with others we received. Their responsiveness, patience and willingness to answer all our questions confirmed they were the right choice. They will be our first call for pumping in the future.

My company, Stylemaker Homes, buys distressed homes quickly for cash and we chose Greenworks because of their competitive pricing, and their ability to fit us into their schedule with a quick turn around with the report. They are also Certified On-site System Maintainers (OSM) with King County Public Health, and Master Installers.  (not all septic companies are)

Since we buy homes quickly, we had contacted Greenworks as soon as we had the property under contract, which also meant that we were closing in about a week. Greenworks was able to not only schedule us quickly, but also turn around the report the day of the inspection. This was critical for us as the septic system was our only contingency with the property.  Closing was the day after the septic inspection!  Greenworks was also able to go above and beyond with bringing water in for the stress test since the property had a lien by the water utility which meant the water main was locked and there was no water on site to put into the septic system to see how it performed.  Other companies could not do this, or had to coordinate with a third company to bring water in which would cause delay and add cost.

Our experience with Greenworks was great. Martin and Amy are knowledgeable, passionate, and truly enjoy talking about septic systems. They took the time to make sure that we understood the system, and suggested repairs (which we did) to be proactive with keeping the septic system in top condition. They travel everywhere and we were impressed by their timeliness considering the distance and morning traffic.  We were also impressed by their strong communication with email, phone and texts as well as being personable.
