Description of Work: 3-D Construction built an RV port attached to one side of my house. It was per his design, which I approved, and has been protecting my RV from rain and sun ever since. Excellent and professional job. I have hired him before for decking and will do so again if needed. 3-D is A-1!

 + 1 moreThis contractor is a very professional, knowledgable, and service oriented individual. He kept me informed of all aspects and was flexible in his time management to accommodate my schedule. Quality at a fair price is as good as it gets. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to call on 3-D Construction again.
Description of Work: Shower Repair: Removed and disposed of existing shower surround material and drywall inside shower. Removed door, reconditioned, and reinstalled. Repaired rotted mud-sill and door curb. Installed new mold and moisture resistant drywall. Repaired drywall outside shower as needed. Installed fiberglass reinforced panels inside the shower. Rebuilt the door surround and curb. Removed old shower pan and built a new one (tile and grout). Installed new shower controller and trim. Kitchen Sink: Removed old cast iron sink and replaced with stainless steel. Installed new faucet, lines, pipes and shut off valves. All materials were supplied and the debri disposed of.

 + 3 moreWe found Joe from a reference. Joe helped us immediately by suggesting a replacement shower that loooked nice and fit our budget. He worked his schedule for shower removal and replacement around the PermaDry work so all the work could be done quickly. In addition, we had Joe and a sub-contractor replace a utility room floor and patch a few wall cracks. All work was done quickly and we were extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: We had water problems in our basement and had another company, PermaDry, come out and do waterproofing. that project required removing a basement shower before the work and replacing it after. Joe did the shower work for us plus a few other smaller jobs around the house.

 + 4 moreJoe is a real pleasure to work with. He is punctual, neat, a talented craftsman and a very nice guy. He did the majority of the work on two bathroom remodels: electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, new pony walls, and glass blocks. In addition to the bathrooms, he also installed a new water supply and hose bib, replaced our exterior front stairs, installed the interior portion of a Solatube skylight, and replaced a pocket door with a pre-hung door. Before he started any interior work he put down tarps to protect the floors. Joe does all phases of residential remodel and repair. Everything from small plumbing or drywall repairs to complete residential additions including kitchen and bath. If he can't do it, he usually knows someone who can. He is unconditionally recommended.
Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms plus various other handyperson jobs.
