They have been cleaning our house for about 7 years now- they send a team of 2 cleaners, and in general they have done an excellent job. We recommend them to all of our friends. They are punctual, professional, and go about their business in a friendly yet efficient manner. We recommend them highly.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for about 10 years. After having experience with a few different companies prior with mixed results we were referred to the Cleaning Authority by friends. In our opinion here is what sets them apart. 1. They work in teams - at least on our home. This team approach creates very good continuity and consistency. If one team member is ill or cannot clean one week the other knows your home and idiosyncrasies. 2. They are accountable. Over the years we have had two items which have been broken in the course of cleaning. One was replaceable - a glass table top and the other was not (a vase acquired in Mexico). For the vase we were compensated to purchase something roughly equivalent. This no hassle replacement policy is very impressive. 3. They pay attention to details. My wife is extremely detail oriented and meticulous. I have been surprised at her level of comfort with the Authority. She is not easy to please when it comes to the small things like putting hair care products and other small items back in their proper place. 4. The little things count. It is not a big deal, but a good example of some of the little things they do is to fold the ends of the toilet paper in each bathroom. This is what you find in the finer hotels like the Four Seasons. 5. Friendliness. Probably unlike their common customers, we are home when the cleaners are working. We have a 4 and 7 year old who are very engaging. It is neat to see our children interact with our cleaners. Very good with kids. 6. They bring their own equipment and supplies. Even though we have a Beam, they bring all of their own tools of the trade. 7. No surprises. They may relate back to number 1 on the list, but after our cleaners leave we never find ourselves thinking they have changed a routine, placement of items or left something in a different state. Highly predictable. 8. No obnoxious smoke or perfume. When you let somebody into your home the last thing you want is to have them bring along unpleasant odors. In the entire period of time we have been with the Authority we have never had the smell of lingering smoke or perfume when they left. Cleaning products too are not heavily scented. This is a big plus for us. 9. They always show up. Every week, the same time, rain, wind, snow or sleet. 10. Noninvasive. We are very private people. We live in the country at the end of a private drive. We have never felt any of our cleaners have been invasive or ask private inappropriate questions. 11. Staffing consistency. Over the years we have had no more than 6 different cleaners. When they work in teams this means no more than 3 teams. Given the nature of the work, this is impressive. In two of the instances where there were changes it is because our cleaner was moving up to a managerial role in the company. 12. Quality control. Periodically and randomly a manager will show up at the house while our cleaners are on site to review the quality of work. 13. Flexible and responsive. We travel a bit and so at times cancel service for a week or two if we are gone and nobody is in the house. At times we also have special requests or needs. We have always found the Authority to be responsive and flexible. It is without reservation we recommend this company. The best proof? When confronted with what gift to give one of our key company employees who recently gave birth, we opted for cleaning services from the Cleaning Authority. I do not know any of these folks personally but can only speak to our experience with their company.

We have used the Cleaning Authority since they started having a franchise here in Spokane. We have had wonderful results, time and time again. The cleaning teams are professional and work hard to please us. The office staff is friendly and helpful, too. We trust the people coming to our home and feel very thankful for them.

The cleaning team or a team member was not adequately trained. Dusting was not completed in obvious places. Floors were mopped, but sticky or gummy spots that did not come up without extra scrubbing were left. Dog hair was left under furniture and in corners. However, bathrooms and kitchen were very well cleaned.

Have used their services for over 7 years. Discontinued them for over a year at one point so our kids could fully appreciate the work they do and learn how to do all the needed cleaning tasks. TCA was terrific about discontinuing and then restarting. The very few times we have had a problem (schedule, something broken, service not up to par) they immediately handled it. They have been great about meeting our schedule changes, when requested, and always get a team out when we learn of unexpected house guests headed our way. I have had many different housecleaners in the past 20 years and TCA is the best! I recommend them all the time!

These two women are wonderful. They arrive on time and get started and in an hour and a half my house is clean..

We have been happy with them. They do a good job. They do vacuuming, dusting, and those sorts of things. They come when they say they will. They are on time. They leave the place looking nice, and the house is locked. They do what they are contracted to do. I will continue to use them.

A quote was made and they have been doing a great job for 5 years. They stand behind their people and their service.

They come in monthly and provide great service. I pay them monthly. I have no real complaints about them. I have to switch my cleaning schedules around a lot, and there is never an issue doing that. It's been a while since I've done any pricing comparison, so I don't have much to compare their prices with.
