Perfectly Fast Moving, LLC

I woulid give this a NEGATIVE 100 if possible. This is the worst experience of my life. First they said they don't subcontract out their work, they use their own employees and vehicles, which was a bold faced lie. They then got a contractor whom they have had known theft problems with and let him into my home. This guy took my belongings to an undisclosed location and then HELD THEM FOR RANSOM. He called me several times asking for money and also asked PFM for money before he would even allow access to my belongings. Over the next 3 months my property was held 'somewhere in the midst'. This wasn't just one person, it was many families over a few states and PFM kept quiet about it. They even stopped answering my calls for awhile until the police were involved. This is a known case in Colorado and many other states. When i finally did get my property 3 months after scheduling it, the most valuable pieces were missing and much of my property was damaged.... to the tune of over $87,000.

Islam and his team were honest, efficient and professional. They wrapped our furniture with care and unloaded and assembled everything in a timely fashion on the other end of the move. I would definitely use Perfecty Fast Moving again!

They took $4,283 from our family under blatantly false pretenses and provided zero services. What followed was a classic bait-and-switch scheme marked by lies, threats, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent business practices. Here?s what happened: We were promised a full-service move from CA to CO by a rep named Roman?packing included. We paid $3,433 based on his assurances. The night before the move, a woman named Joelle called and demanded an additional $850, threatening to forfeit our deposit if we didn?t pay immediately. Feeling cornered, we paid. We were then berated by a so-called manager named Mandy, who told us Roman ?forgot? to include packing and that it was ?our problem.? WARNING: SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT USE. NOT BBB Accredited. Owner: Said Giyazov. These people make moving more stressful! Completely unprofessional and disorganized experience. Held our things hostage, forcing us to call the SHERIFF. Extortion, broken items, no labeling of boxes, used a secondary company, smoking in truck. They bait and switch you from the start. Contracted for a ?Full Pack? but did not do the reassemble, instead the crew left my furniture wrapped in blankets and cellophane, feet side up! Completely understaffed. When they couldn?t fit everything in their truck, they asked US to rent one! I ended up helping extensively to get the job done. There was no apology or discount offered even though I did a lot of work. I fed the crew two meals and bought the cigarettes they requested. But the mover Slava I hired from perfectly fast moving turned what I expected to be a nightmare into something surprisingly smooth ? almost graceful. They showed up early, full of energy, lifting boxes like they weighed nothing, navigating tight corners and stairs with calm precision. Not a single item was scratched, dented, or lost in transit. I watched my life get packed into a truck, driven hundreds of miles, and reappear intact ? like magic. These guys didn?t just move furniture, they moved my peace of mind. Total pros, no drama, just results. I wouldn?t hesitate to trust them again ? they?ve earned it.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I was quoted $1,899 for my move and paid a $250 deposit. The company did a full inventory of my items beforehand, and I was told that price reflected everything. My move was scheduled for May 7th between 10?11 a.m., but the movers didn?t arrive until 12:30 p.m. After raising the cost $1100. Transparency is key and they do not provide that. Calling no calls back until input a review up which a woman called and threshed and said if I didn?t take it down I wouldn?t get my things for 21 days. The next day got delivered and no surprise that went horrible too they put one bed together. One bed was backwards and tables and another bed they left. They said they were taking a break and coming back. They never came back but got paid immediately when they arrived. Horrible experience. Now I?m left trying to put things together they took apart. I have never experience this type of business with anyone.
