i am sure the rate i was charge was fair market value, but still i wish it was about $300.00 cheaper, to be clear, i dont believe they took advantage of me, i just believe the prices are too high across the board regardless of gets hired.

Innovative's technicians were hardly "innovative". They had to come out to our place 3 times to try to fix a faulty circuit and never actually repaired it. I have asked for a refund and after a brief call from the owner there has been nothing but silence: no further attempts to finish it, no calls. In over 24 years of experience as a home owner and various electrical repairs on several homes, I have never seen such poor service.

I would like to commend the electrician that came to my home, I think he was the best electrician I have ever dealt with. His work ethic and knowledge was just the best. If I ever need any electrical work done again I will call and personally request for the gentlemen.
