It went great. He came in the last half of the time window they suggested and replaced my door with a liftmaster that is connected to the internet. I have more options to open and close my door as well as a quieter door.

Called at 8AM and the repair technician arrived about 11AM, earlier than expected. He was friendly and did a quick and professional job, and took the extra step of adjusting the door travel. Got a discount for being a first time Angie's customer.

He checked the door, replaced the rollers quickly, and pointed out that the springs were getting weak. He quoted a fair price for replacing the springs, and did that for me. I was impressed at his attitude and his work. I will recommend him to anyone.

This is a great company. Will quoted me a reasonable price for a good product, and Arturo came right on time and installed it. The motor they gave me is so quiet it's almost ridiculous, and Arturo is a master at his craft. The motor they gave me is not some cheap item, really appreciated the product, service and price point. I can see why the reviews before me were so positive which is why I took a chance on them as well. These folks are the real deal!

While not sales-y, he did point out a couple of other potential problems with my opener / door and I am going to have him address those also. Will did a fantastic job. We wanted custom garage doors and he warned us they would require more care but we still went ahead and ordered them (and at a very competitive price). Are we glad we did - the doors are beautiful, a rusted metal that goes perfectly with our house. Work was done exactly as scheduled, everyone was very punctual and there were no problems. They replaced everything connected to the garage doors and had to have some things rewired, but that, too, went smoothly. We would absolutely recommend them.

They did good. There were additional fees but not on what they charged originally. Things turned out fine.

Repairman showed up on time and quickly set about to lubricate the parts of the door that were causing it to not open and close via the automatic garage door system. Explained what was wrong.

Our chain driven garage door opener was original to our home which was built in 1994. In the past, it has had a few repairs (performed by other companies) Several years ago, the opener developed a loud, annoying, screeching sound, coming from the motor area, any time the temperature dipped below 50 degrees. Needless to say, this was really getting on my last nerve! (I'm sure our neighbors weren't too thrilled with it either) I called Discount Door Services and Will promptly showed up to take a look at it. He lubricated all of the parts that could be lubed, and told me to contact him, if that didn't work. He indicated it may be coming from the motor. The next day, it was a little quieter, but not much. The second day, it was back to it's same loud SCREECH! I had had enough of this opener, and did a little research and felt that a belt driven opener (although a little more costly than chain driven) would be a better option. Will came out and installed a Lift Master Belt driven opener. Is it possible to be in love with a garage door opener? if so, I am. I should have had this replaced years ago and saved myself a lot of aggravation. After install, Will showed me all the features of the opener. Automatic lighting when you come out into the garage for something. The Temperature of the garage displayed on the wall mount-Various settings to personalize the performance of the opener to your liking. The ability to check your garage door from your smart phone. How many times have you left the house wondering "did I close the garage door"? Now I you can easily check that. The list goes on and on. The best part is how QUIET a belt driven opener is. I could not be any happier with the opener and the service I received from Discount Door Service

The representative of the company arrived on time. Worked quickly yet thoroughly. Got rid of squeaks and checked various settings. Wireless entry pad and door are working perfectly. Very happy with work.

Great service! I called knowing that I might have to wait for service since it is Christmas week, but the owner of the business was able to send someone out the same day. The service provider was very professional, he had brought a replacement motor with him and was ready to install it immediately which I appreciated. He told me it would take an hour and 20 minutes to complete the work and was right on. He not only installed the motor and its new sensors, but cleaned the tracks and the spring. The new system is quiet and smooth - I couldn't be happier!
