Description of Work: Motor stopped working - fix motor, put on nylon wheels and replaced metal guide track which was wearing - they found the track wear when replacing the wheels and had to order the piece, then made a second trip to install it. Pleasant, called before arriving, worked quickly and were helpful with suggestions on how to save money.

Description of Work: The technician tuned up the garage door motor that wasn't opening or lowering the garage door and greased moving track surfaces. He also offered to sync any remotes (if any) that were causing trouble.

Description of Work: Really did a good job on the garage door we contracted them for. The day after they left, however, the OTHER garage door started acting up. Coincidence perhaps? They did give me good advice regarding the proper spray to use on the doors from time to time. I WOULD use them again in the future.

Description of Work: He serviced the garage door, replaced the springs, recoded the opening and the remote and repaired packrat damage to the wiring on the sensors. He also replaced the flange on the bottom of the door. I found Will to very responsive and a pleasant young man. He took care of some minor problems and replaced the flange for the cost of the materials. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing service.

Description of Work: I called the company to diagnose an ongoing problem with the opener. The contractor came out the same day I called. He determined the problems with it and gave me two options. I went with a full replacement of the opener, and he scheduled to come back in just a few days to do the work. He was prompt (and gave me a call when en route, which I really appreciated). He did the installation without any issues, and then walked me through all the components when he was finished. It couldn't have been easier for us. We've had the opener a few days now and are very happy with its performance. I put "N/A" for the price rating above because I have no idea what openers cost, so can't say if the price was typical or not. But it seemed fair to me. He did offer a 10% discount for Angie's List, which I greatly appreciate. I definitely recommend this company and will be telling my neighbors about them too.

Description of Work: I called them out for a squeaky and non-responsive garage door. On the phone, he suggested that the batteries that I had just purchased were maybe no good and to try that. He also scheduled a consultation with me. He came out exactly when he said he would. The batteries were indeed dead and the new ones resolved the non-responsiveness. He also said that he could fix the squeakiness if I wanted but that I could also buy some garage door lubricant and do it myself if I wanted to save money and he took the time to show me exactly where I should spray it. It was incredibly kind of him and I did exactly what he said the following week and it worked. I would definitely use him next time I have a real garage door issue. He was ethical and honest and professional. Loved him.

Description of Work: The owner of this business was very thorough in taking care of the garage door. We also had the bottom rubber replaced at the same time. We were very pleased with the excellent service that he provided and will use him again as well as refer him to our friends/family.
