Description of Work: We signed up for the deal offered on Angie's list which was for an inspection and a key pad for $99. While waiting for them to come out for our appointment our garage door spring broke. They worked extra hours that day, traveled clear across town and in the early evening replaced our spring and finished an inspection and installed the key pad. We are more than pleased with this company, their service and their excellent employees!

Description of Work: They replaced both of the coil springs which counter-balance the weight of the overhead garage door. They tensioned the springs properly(equally)so that the door goes up and down beautifully now. I believe they performed what is called a "tune-up". This includes replacing all the noisy, worn out all-metal wheels with new wheels that are made of metal with plastic rollers. These new wheels operate much more quietly. They also lubed the worm gear overhead. They were quick, efficient, clean and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends, and I would call on them again in the future.

Description of Work: LUBED MY LARGE GARAGE DOOR AND INSTALLED AN OUTSIDE SWITCH TO OPEN AND SHUT GARAGE DOOR FROM DRIVEWAY. ALSO, I HAD A STRANGE NOISE WHEN THE DOOR CLOSED AND HE FOUND IT HAD A BEARING THAT WAS OUT OF ROUND AND STRAINED THE DOOR. HE ORDERED THE PART AND RETURNED 3 DAYS LATER AND INSTALLED THE NEW BEARINGS AND THE DOOR NOW WORKS PERFECTLY. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ON TIME.
