Will was great - I bought a garage door tune up package which included replacing the rollers. He also replaced some cables to make everything run smoother. Garage opens and closes so much quieter now. I would highly recommend Discount Door Service.

A two man crew came to my home to perform a maintenance check on my garage door. They were very professional and honest about the condition of my garage door (which was good). I really appreciated the fact that they did not overcharge me or try to sell me parts or services that was not needed. I highly recommend this provider.

Yesterday, my door banged on the way up and again on the way down. I oiled the hinges and it helped but the resounding BANG kept happening whenever the door was in motion. I called Will and he came the same day and with one look, he diagnosed the problem...a worn trolley which was missing some teeth and banged whenever it hit a joint in the track of the garage door opener. He had the part in his truck and replaced it on the spot. The door now operates the way it should.

Will arrived before the scheduled time and was very thorough in inspection of the door operation and explained everything. The door was jerking when closing. Part of the package I bought was to replace and lube the rollers. He was going to move the tracks but noticed that they were embedded into the garage floor coating. He didn't want to damage it so he took the longer route and removed each roller hinge. He suspected the end hubs were causing most of the jerking but first made sure the rollers weren't the cause. They weren't so he replaced the hubs. The door works like new and it only took him an hour. He cleaned up well too. I noticed the weather stripping was getting old and cracked and asked Will about it. He told me how to do it. I asked him to and he came back and replaced them. Definitely recommend Will if you need your door serviced.

Will Anderson showed up within the time promised, explained what he was going to do and did it. The door has never operated better. He is punctual, skilled, quick and extremely polite. Hard to believe in this day and age such service is available. Thanks Angie!

Will was great! He answered the phone right away, kept us informed of his schedule, and even gave us a courtesy call 15 minutes before he arrived. The work was done within 30 minutes of his arrival. He came out the same day we called. Very friendly service.

He showed up on time. Checked everything out. The problem was a misalignment of the infrared sensor, and he straightened it out. Made sure everything was where it was supposed to be. He did it in 30 minutes or less, and charged the rate that was quoted on the phone. It was straight-forward and professional. Prior to Discount Doors, we attempted another contractor, and just coordinating schedules and lack of professionalism were problems. Not the case here. It was what it should have been, and Discount Door would the first I call should there be another problem.

I had a garage that had been turned into a family room and I wanted to convert it back into a garage again. The frame rails and motor had been removed and the garage door had been braced and sealed from the outside in such a way that it became a "wall." I called on Tuesday and spoke to Will who said he would be out on Wednesday between 3-5. He arrived around 4 on Wednesday and we looked at the door and the parts that had been removed. Will said he could reuse the existing frame rails but that it would be better to replace the motor and spring. They had been left outside for quite awhile and were in questionable condition. I agreed. The new parts come with a warranty, my old ones would have been "as is." I got an estimate for parts and labor and was told they could do the job Friday afternoon. I agreed to the estimate and told Will to proceed. Will arrived Friday afternoon, on time, with his co-worker, and began working. 3 hours later, I had my garage back. I found Will and his team to be professional and self-directed. They worked quietly, had all material, tools and parts with them. The work was performed as expected and within estimate. Very satisfied with this company and their work.

My old fiberglass garage door had numerous problems: the coil springs were shot, one of the cables was frayed, an the rails/tracks were bent. I was hoping parts were still available and that it could be repaired. Will came out Monday, at the agreed upon time, and checked everything out. As you would imagine, the parts are no longer manufactured. So we discussed the cost of a new door, and Will quoted me a more than reasonable price that was within my budget. So we made arrangements for him to install the new door a few days later. With each visit he was on time, very professional and very personable. A very nice young man. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their existing garage door or to have a new one installed. The new door l looks great, and works perfectly. The only downside . . . the new door makes the rest of the garage look bad . . . so now I have to paint the garage!

We use the garage entrace as the main door to our home, so we use the garage door opener multiple times every day. I had the motor and springs replaced two years ago, so I wanted someone to perform general maintenance. A Discount Door technician called to let me know he was on his way (within the agreed time slot) and was very courteous and professional. No pressure to buy add-on services. Quick and thorough.

Will arrived at the agreed time and performed the work in a professional manner and he answered several questions about door operation and maintenance for me. As a result of this visit I called him a few weeks later to replace a broken spring. The spring broke on Sunday and he was here before noon on Monday. After some discussion I had him replace both springs. All is well now. Pleased with responsiveness and quality of work.

A little bit difficult to get scheduled but they were responsive and did a great job.
