My husband called to ask for someone to come and look at the door, and Will came round just a few of hours later. Will knew exactly what the problem was (a gear failure that is apparently common in the model we have). He even had the spare part with him and was able to fix the garage door there and then. Will was polite, friendly, and efficient, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or want (a complaint we had noticed on some of the reviews for other companies). We would definitely use Discount Door Service again.

As it turned out, the problem seemed to be with the motor, which is covered by a Warranty Service, so Will did not have to do any further work on the issue. Will responded to my message very quickly, came over promptly. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He gave me his assessment and explained how he came to it in an easily understandable manner. I will have no hesitation calling him again if the need arises.

It went quicker than estimated. They showed up on time and completed the work efficiently.

In Jan 2014 he replaced the main spring that lifts the door up and down. Spring snapped inside the holder. He replaced same, made sure it operated properly. Had the same young man back in Oct. to replace the rollers that allow the door to slide up and down when door opens and closes with electric door opener. Before he left he made sure all was working properly.

He came quickly, did a good job, was polite and on time. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Very knowledgeable about what they were doing, they even put new rollers on door, fast and efficient, I will call them back if anything else goes wrong.

Old garage door opener was removed and replaced with new one. He worked very quickly and the device was installed correctly. In addition, he assisted us in setting up the code for the numerical keyboard remote. He was meticulous in cleanup. Would definitely hire again for any garage door services.

Technician Inspected existing door and track system for defects: Installed all new rollers, adjusted door and hardware as necessary. Advised customer on applicable garage door openers and installation requirements. Installed new electric garage door opener, controls, switches and automatic sensors as required by manufacturers specifications. Operationally checked all door functions and controls. Explained to customer, operating requirements, safety aspects of door operation and demonstrated operation, including manual clutch disconnect features. And provided customer with manufacturer's operating manuals. Needless to say, I'm extremely well satisfied with the professionalism, high quality of his workmanship, subject knowledge and the way he operates the business. The complete job was finished in less than 2 hours. Door works great. At $300 plus tax, this was a really good deal.

Just as advertised. They did the work, did not try to up sell me! I will use them again.

Fabulous service. We called him yesterday and he came out today at the time he said he'd be here. Took him about 30 minutes to fix the door. It wasn't easy as the motorhome was in the garage and the door was broken in the up position. But he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it in under 30 minutes, at a reasonable rate. He also made suggestions about other preventative measures we could take in the future. We will definitely call Discount Door Service again.

I was impressed with the knowledge he had regarding garage doors and his ability to adjust mine perfectly. He arrived on time, was personable and willing to please and he did good work I thought his price was right. I would call him again. I like the work that he did.

provider scheduled work to accommodate tenant availability and determined that a garage seal was available that would not require painting making the job easier. provider came a second visit, accommodating tenant availability to install house color matching garage door seal.

He was fast, efficient, did a great job and the door is now working smoothly and quietly again.

Had an initial issue because I have an 8ft door and they didn't have the correct parts on the truck. We assumed I had a 7ft door. That was quickly rectified and the install went well without any further issues. Belt driven garage door opener is much quieter than my old chain driven door. Pleased with both the service and the product.

Besides tuneup we also had the big torsion springs replaced (one had broken). When done door ran smooth and quiet, much better result than my own tow hours of lubricating and adjusting had achieved. Also they did _not_ use drippy lubricant on the drive screw so no residue on floor or car. Guys were young, earnest and open, easy communication and great result.
