Awesome. The installer and owner of company were there. Very professional.

The provider came in a very timely manner as the garage door wouldn't close at all. He adjusted the motor setting so it would work. He told me that the door is probably at its lifetime end as it is 15 years old and would need to be replaced the next time it stopped working. But he got it working now . I wouldn't hesitate to call him to replace the garage door opener when it finally dies.

Arrived on time, within an hour has all roller replaced and straightened the warped roller track. Very professional and polite.

Our scheduled service time was late in the day, and the installer was late as another call was taking extra time. But, we received a phone call from the owner, prior to our appointment letting us know the installer would be late, and a call from the installer as well. Excellent. Communication was excellent from the initial phone call when Will answered all of my questions and explained his products and my options, scheduling and installing the door. Will was right on time for our appointment to look at the door and on the day of installation. The door was efficiently installed and tested, the area was cleaned up and Will explained the operation of the door opener, the operational options and programmed the remotes. We opted for an insulated door and immediately noticed the difference. The garage is much cooler. An excellent experience, I highly recommend Discount Door Service.
