I discovered that I had a backed up sewer. I called Bulldog Rooter on a Saturday. They do not charge extra for a weekend call. Patrick came and was quite professional and helpful. He discovered that roots were interfering with the sewer. He said that the solution was probably going to be a cleanout, to be placed outside in the front yard. He provide a detailed estimate with a NOT TO EXCEED provision. On Monday they came to do the service. They dug the front yard by hand and replanted all plants and shrubs. I would not have known they had been there. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely use them again.

First of all, how exciting to have a service provider that day or night or even on the weekends, there is no extra charge. That is so awesome! Well, here is the story.....At 9:30 pm Friday night downstairs in our kid's playroom, the shut off valve for the water and sprinkler system sprung a leak. We tried to shut it off and for the most part were successful with the exception of a drip we were catching. At this point we had no water to the house. Early in the morning my husband looked up Angie's List for whomever was recommended. We have only been in the area for a month. We found Bulldog Rooter early Saturday morning and when we called to explain we shut off the water in our home and we still had a leak., Bill told us he would dispatch the call for first thing. We called at 7 am and I told him we could wait until the day started which was in an hour. They would have sent someone out ASAP if needed. I love that kind of service. The owner of the company even called to let us know that someone was in route. Pat (our plumber from Bulldog) came to our home within the hour and he was just fabulous. Our home is a 1968 and he explained exactly what happened and he even gave us different options. We were so pleased with the professionalism and expertise, we mentioned future jobs we will have for them. We will refer anyone and everyone to use Bulldog. Thanks for the awesome experience and we are excited to have Bulldog Rooter as our plumber. Of coarse we are going to try to get Pat each time but we know the other guys will be just as great as he appears to be.

In the spring I found that I had a leak in my outside spigot whenever I turned it on. I called Bulldog plumbing and the service man was able to come on a Saturday within 1 1/2 hours. He looked at the situation, explained to me what he could do and that he might need to go get more supplies, and gave me a quote for the cost. The job took a little over an hour, and was very professionally done. The ruptured pipe, and the spigot were replaced and a shut-off valve was installed. He also re-attached some of my piping in the basement with the proper connectors to help reduce wear and noise - free of charge. I mentioned Angie's list when I first called him, so I was given a 10% discount for the work too.

I had a pipe break in the basement and had water pouring in. I jumped on Angie's List, saw the listing for Bulldog Rooter, and called them. Steve Haller was here within 45 minutes and the the break repaired quickly. He also helped me move some of the items that had been affected by the water. And since he was already here, I mentioned a couple of other issues is had, a slow drain in the kitchen and a leaking pipe outside in the yard. He had to make a parts run but had everything fixed in a couple of hours, the price was fair and I was very impressed!

The company was very responsive and communicated effectively on what was needed and what jobs would be performed. They also were prompt on getting the work done and did a professional job. Their prices were in line with other companies, and the fact that they were prompt and showed up when they said they would was very important to me. They also are a 24-hours-a-day company and don't charge overtime rates. Highly recommended.

Great advice - certainly a big help that saved me some money.

Our main water line broke Sunday afternoon and put 2 inches of water on our finished basement floor. We turned off the water to the home and after removing as much water as possible decided to wait until morning to call in a plumber. Little did I know it would be so hard to find one that was willing to come immediately for such a small job. After calls to 5 other plumbing companies, I spoke with Butch at 8:05 and he had a plumber in my home by 9:50. Steve was knowledgable and courteous and quickly repaired the pipe in little less than an hour. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Whole process took about 5 hours. Worked very professionally, kept me informed of any concerns. Returned front landscape to rough dirt grade and leveled it out. Left the front yard in very clean condition. Found a large boulder during digout and took it away for me. Cleaned up large rocks in lawn and flower bed areas. Over all excellent job performed.

Went excellent. Cleared stoppage then showed me on the camera what the problem with my lines were. Provided estimate to replace orangeberg and will be scheduling replacement. Very knowledgable technicians. Two man crew came to house and cleared up problem.

He did the simple things one day then left to help another person with frozen pipes and came back 2 days later with all his parts to install the hose bib. Efficient and careful not to make a mess. My wife felt comfortable having him work while she was home alone.

Great, took abount 30 minutes and the problem was fixed. Everything working great.
