Aside from having to wait three days for a special order part ( not their fault) Bulldog is prompt, clean, professional and friendly. We have also had service from them for general household plumbing repairs, and the same things apply.

The guys were great! They were at our house within 2 hours of the phone call. They made recommendations to improve the flow and completed it in a timely manner. We will use them again.

It was a really good experience. He came in, knew what he was doing, fixed it quickly, and was very clean.

Submitted an on-line quote request in early July. Received an e-mail response from one person within 24 hours request home address and permission to request site plans from the county prior to the estimate appointment. Was told I would receive a response within in 2 to 3 business days. Didn't receive any response after 10 business days, so I called on Friday 7/20. Patrick (different person than I was e-mailing) immediately apologized and set an appointment for the very next day, Saturday 7/21, on my schedule. On Sat., they called me well before the schedule estimate appt. time to say they received an emergency plumbing call and would be approx. 1 hour late. He was very apologetic. They called only an hour later to say they were on the way. Patrick arrived with site plans already and did a reviewed of the front and back yards. Prepared an estimate based on the plans he already had and the walk through. In addition, he called the county on Monday to confirm the pipe was already installed from house to street (as shown on the plans). Patrick called Monday 7/23 after contacting the county, set up time (on my schedule) to sign the work agreement to start work on Friday 7/27. (I had to have the work had to be done by 7/31/12). From that point, Bulldog did everything, called for all the permits, called to have the site marked for digging, scheduled the mini backhoe, everything. Patrick and another gentleman arrived promptly at 8:00 on Friday and began the work right away. I wasn't home to see the work throughout the day, but my teenage son said they were polite and professional in all their interactions with him. The work was done, inspected and cleaned up by 4:00 pm. Other than the fresh graded spot over the old septic, I could barely tell they had been there. They didn't have to remove the fence or dig up the front yard like I'd been told by other contractors. Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. They even kept their sense of humor with the neighbor dogs barking at them all day. Excellent work at an very reasonable price. Even did a quick repair inside the house at no extra charge. I have already recommended them to several coworkers.

I can't say enough about how smoothly things went, from the time the crew arrived, to the time they finished and left. The backhoe was dropped off about 30 minutes before the crew. When the crew got here they went right to work, and did not stop until they completed the job. I was kept informed throughout the process, and any questions I had were answered. One of the things that impressed me most about this company was their honesty. When the job was quoted we were given two quotes ( best and worse case scenario). When things were opened up I was told the work would fall under the lower quote. They could have easily chosen the higher quote, because I would not have known the difference in the length of area, that actually needed to be regraded, but they didn't! I am a Bulldog fan, and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs work done. Thanks Bulldog crew, you guys were great!

I called early in the week to set up the appointment. They were ready to send someone the day I called. I live out of town and the unit I needed the work on was in North Spokane so I set the appointment for late Friday afternnoon (3 PM). They said no problem but warned me ahead of time that afternoon appointment can sometimes get delayed if there are issues on earlier jobs but they would call me if such a situation came up. The plumber was early and waiting on me when I arrived. Very pleasant person and did a great job. Price paid includes tax and the 10% discount from Angies List.

They replied promptly to my question about service availability. Though they were unable to provide the specific type of service that I requested, they were polite and willing to help in any other way that they could.

We had a backed up drain. They showed within an hour of my call, looked at the floor and assessed how to access the blockage. The best option was the roof pipe. We discussed pricing and they got to work. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and efficient. From start to finish it took an hour. They also offered some extra service because of complications in the work. The senior person was very knowledgeable and explained implications and possible long-term needs and solutions. I would definitely use them again. The person on the phone was nice and explained that they may not be the cheapest price, but they were fair and when the pricing plans of their competitors were factored in, they may actually have the best price.

Very good, very informative, no work done

I called the company about 3 PM and they responded immediately and were at my home by 4PM. The job was finished by 6 PM. They cleaned up the entire area where they were working and even gave me a 30 day warranty upon completion of work. I would certainly use Bulldog Rooter again.

They answered each phone call promptly. Showed up on time, quickly installed the faucet and disposal, explained how to fix a disposal problem, and answered all my questions. Great company.

It went well. He came, unclogged the drain, explained why it was clogged, and gave me a suggestion for preventing its happening again. Then he left.

Turns out to have been plugs and not a major issue with the drain. He explained what they can do if it turned out to be more complicated .. a step process rather than jump into roto rooting. He was exceptionally knowlegable about the types of pipes that I have in this older house and talked to me about what was safe to do. I was exceptionally impressed .. he could have done unnecessary work and charged me and I would not have known the difference. His approach is the most professional I have seen in a long time. I would use them again without hesitation.

They are affordable and trustworthy. They get the job done with quality work.

Called in the morning for a bathtub faucet that would not shut off. They were here in an hour and had the valve replaced quickly. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent.

There is a screw cap that was in place that could be removed in case of needing cleaned out but it was stuck. It took a special tool and he got it right out. He then cleaned out a short section of pipe. He did a good job. We were satisfied with him. He did exactly what he was suppose to do. He was referred to us from our regular plumber.

They had a senior discount and they were very nice. The guy was going to squeeze me in, but I solved it before he got here. So, I called him back and told him that he didn’t need to come down. However, I am going to keep his number because of his attitude and he was willing to work me in. If I do have plumbing issues, he would be the first person I would call. I just talked to him on the phone. I contacted them because of their proximity to me. They were very professional over the phone. Overall, they were great. I don’t have any idea about the price sine I didn’t have to pay them. Their responsiveness was very good because they were interested in helping me. They never had to come out. If needed, I would contact them again.

They did a very nice job. They did a very nice job of cleaning up and everything else. They worked at getting it nice and containing the dust in the bedroom. They moved everything out of the room and when they were finished, they put it all back together. They moved all the bedroom furniture back in. They did a good job. We didn't compare prices.

I have had these folks in my home, as well as at our rental properties, and have been very happy. I would have given this report earlier, but was not a member. I would highly recommend them, love the fact that they're there for you 24/7, and don't charge extra for the off times.

My main water line broke on July 4th. I was referred to a general contractor by a family member so I put my trust in this person to get the job done. What a nightmare! Not only did I find out this contractor's license was expired, he wasn't qualified to do plumbing nor was he insured or bonded. He was paid $5500.00 cash and never came back to finish what he started (yes, stupid me!). I then called Butch at Bulldog to come and give me an estimate to fix things. Not only did Bulldog redo the installation of my main water line with copper pipe; they also replaced the main sewer pipe. They were terrific! All work was done to plumbing standards and codes with the proper inspection by city personnel. A very professional job and very pleasant employees to have around. They saved my day! They will be my plumber for life and I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs a plumber for any type of plumbing job. Oh, and the best part...he was less expensive than the first contractor and that included the sewer line too! Love these guys!
