I bought a new truck, drove it home from the dealership, and backed into a steel pipe in my garage.  My truck was only a few hours old.  Damage was about the size of a dime but I knew the whole tailgate surface would have to be redone (so the paint matches all the way across).  This repair shop gave me a bid of $300 which was reasonable to me.  I accepted and they removed my tailgate on the spot (Monday) and said it would be ready on Friday.  On Friday it was ready, the tailgate surface looked smooth and the paint matched perfectly with the vehicle sides.  Nice job!

The bottom of the bumper on my 1999 Subaru scraped over the top of a parking block in  a parking lot. When I backed the car up, the bumper grabbed the parking block and began to detach. I tried to repair it myself. My repair was marginal and I was concerned that it might come apart at any moment. I went to Washington Auto Collision to get an estimate for a repair. They took a look at it and said they could fix it while I waited. Less than 30 minutes later the bumper was back in position with a fastener stronger than the original. They did this work for free. I would definitely use them again.

After hitting a curb, my truck started steering poorly. I went to a tire shop to get a front end alignment. They told me my truck was too damaged and an alignment wouldn't help. However they didn't know what was wrong. I checked Angie's list and found Washington Auto Collision. I took my truck to them the next morning and explained what had happened and what the tire shop told me. Later the same morning the manager called me. I was expecting the worst. He told me his tech put my truck on the lift and found a joint in my steering arm that was jammed, and he loosened the bolt and retightened it correctly. He said my truck was ready for a front end alighnment and even offered to drop my truck off at a nearby tire shop because he knew I was without a vehicle. I was extremely, with emphasis on extremely, satisfied with the service and price Washington Auto Collision charged me. I highly recommend them.

They gave me a cheaper quote then another company. A free loaner the only thing they wanted was me to fill the tank up when I brought it back. The work is great. I cannot even tell that my rear bumper was replaced. They also painted the other front panel for free so it would match. Super nice. Great service.

It went great! Appraisal was thorough, professional, and fair. Everything was done on time as promised. They even repaired a major, unrelated, door ding for a fraction of what other shops quoted. They did an excellent job on everything. Everyone at the shop is friendly and genuine. I would definitley go back. And, I have recommended them to a couple of friends.
