It went very well! We've had our piano tuned previously by other companies for more so this was a great price. We plan to hire them again!

Good coordination to schedule the appointment. Courteous, polite. Angie's coupon, made it a super good buy.

It was super! Scheduling was fine. He did a thorough cleaning. My wife and I were expecting additional charges since it had been so long since it had been tuned or cleaned, but he did not charge anything extra. Instead of using a tuning fork, he had his laptop that was telling him what to tune. We felt like we got a great deal and we kept his card.

Very no nonsense. He just went straight to work, tuned our piano and left.

I was extremely satisfied with Frank's piano tuning. He took his time and did a great job, and even cleaned out the piano which would normally have been an extra charge. He used a laptop computer to tune the piano, which is a new invention (to me, that is), but it seemed to be very accurate, because the piano sounds great. I will definitely use Frank Acosta again for my piano tuner.

He tuned the piano and asked if I would like to try it to see if it sounded o.k. to me. No piano tuner has ever offered me this prior to this visit. It sounds great and was an excellent price. I will not hesitate to use his services again.

Our upright sounds as good as it did the day it was delivered. He was very punctual, got us on to his schedule very quickly, and was very efficient and thorough at his job. We will call him every spring to have our piano tuned.

My piano was badly out of tune. We have moved 8 times in the last 9 years and have only had it tuned once. He came in and tuned us up. The piano sounds fabulous. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on using him every year that we are here.
