Description of Work: Frank arrived on time and worked quietly until my piano which had broken keys and had not been tuned for 25 years was playing beautifully. His price was more than reasonable and I recommend him highly.

Description of Work: I used a reduced-rate voucher available from Angie's List but couldn't have Mr. Acosta come to tune my piano until it expired. But he honored the voucher anyway, came to Olympia to tune my piano without additional charge, was very respectful and business-like, and offered my several options for improving the piano without pressure. I would be very happy to work with him again.

Description of Work: Frank came and tuned a piano that belonged to my Grandmother and had been in storage for 6+ years. It was in need of tuning and I was having trouble with some of the keys sticking. He did the initial tuning and then made an appointment to come back and take care of the sticking keys. He is very thorough, the piano sounds amazing, keys are not sticking and we will definitely have him back for routine maintenance.

Basically, any repair that can be done on the piano while in the home is what service and repair is provided. Such repairs include, tuning, voicing, regulation, string replacements, note repairs, cleaning inside the paino and other various repairs.
We do not offer moving or refinishing of pianos. We do not work on square grands and pianos known as bird-cage action pianos.
