Description of Work: Were supposed to fix our mower, however, they did not do so. When the mower was picked up from our house the man stated it would take 1.5 weeks to fix. After multiple telephone calls to the company, 5 weeks and 2 days of waiting and continuous excuses from the company and unprofessional behavior from the woman who always answered the phone, we demanded that they return the mower to us, fixed or not fixed. Initially, I was told that the mower would not be returned to us unless it was fixed. One day later when my husband called them, he was told that they would bring the mower back to our house the next day, however, the mower was returned to us on the same day my husband spoke to them. The mower was not fixed.

Description of Work: Took power lawnmower in for tuneup, new blade, oil change and put in new pull cord. They contacted me after doing some of the service, but discovered that the engine was bad (rod bad)and indicated it would cost more to fix than power mower was worth. I donated mower to them and no charge for service. Have used them in the past with positive experiences.

Description of Work: Took a walk-behind mower for a tune-up and a reel mower for sharpening. Both were done well and in the amount of time they stated up front. Turn-around time was slow but to be expected given the time of season.
