They were pretty good. They couldn't get one stain out but they explained why.

Pure Clean did a great job and the entire team is very friendly and professional. I wish the Angie's List service I purchased was clear on rug sizes included in the deal. I still think I got a fair price but wish I had known beforehand to expect extra charges.

Donavan thoughtfully called to let us know he would arrive about 10 minutes early, which was fine with us. We were pleased and satisfied with his professional manner and his energetic approach to a big job. he provided a thorough over view of the packages available and the materials to be used. We opted for the strongest level of cleaning due to the heavy use over 40 years. he completed the job in the time frame he set and left everything clean, tidy and fresh.

Did an amazing job. removed coffee and soda stains, even dirt in high traffic areas was totally gone. The carpet looked almost like new, except in hallway where the wear shows the carpet's age - and in the hall it was so totally clean it was unbelievable. And it was done in about 90 minutes. I expected it to take a lot longer. And it was totally dry by that night, having only been done that afternoon. The stain removal and protectant were extra money, and it is expensive; however, it is a large area with high, messy traffic. That protectant is why the carpet came so clean - so it was absolutely worth the money. Unless you really want to replace your carpet frequently. And of course, the guy that was here was super-nice, friendly, etc. Very professional. I will keep using this company.

From beginning to end the experience with pure clean was amazing. Our carpets have never looked better. Nathan listened to what I was saying about the problem areas and addressed each one professionally. There was no pressure to get the deluxe cleaning and he presented all the options so we could decide what we could afford. We would recommend them to any of our family and friends. They go the extra mile protecting the corners of the walls and doing a very thorough job. It was a great experience and we will use them again.

We found them on Angie?s List. They were great. They were very helpful. They did a good job on cleaning the rugs. They take them up and helped put them down. They were friendly and all that good stuff. The price was reasonable and they were not the cheapest.

Very smoothly. I had scheduled the appointment a month ago. Their representative arrived on time, courteous, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. Measured, told possibilities, gave me an estimate and then did the work. Arrived at 10:00 a.m. and left by 1:30. I was very impressed that their claim that larger truck, motor etc, system extracts dirt/fluid and that carpets dry in 3=5 hours. They were DRY in 3-5 hours!!! (I was home sick, could just rest in other part of house, and NOT walk on wet floors in a vulnerable state.) The indoor/outdoor deck cleaned beautifully.

They were good. I wasn't super impressed, but they cleaned the area well for me. They do not put too much chemicals and too much water. But still they did a good job.

wasn't able to get out a few stains - though he tried! :) I worked on the same stains, though, and was successful. It just took scrubbing and a little trimming (cutting tips off carpet fibers.)

PureClean did an excellent job with my carpets. We were preparing our house for sale, and our dog got sick in nearly every room in the house. I was unable to clean the stains with traditional methods and PureClean came to the rescue. They were professional, accommodating, and quick. The carpets look great, and I would absolutely use them again.
